This website appears to be a scam. I had the same experience as many other reviewers. The article was shipped from abroad (not Switzerland), was returned to sender, and never arrived. I'm trying now to get a refund and getting no responses. Fraudulent. I plan to make a report to my bank and to the police if the matter is not resolved soon.

There's not much that I am able to review. I found what I wanted and made the purchase. It arrived with little complication. The reason for the 2 star deduction:- It seems like half of the products on the website were sold out.- shipping for a swimming cap and floaty bag took almost 2 weeks. Seems like they could choose a better postal partner...

This refers to the watery.ch site targeting customers in switzerland. Advise not to use this company, terrible delivery times. Dont bother not worth the hassle. The items are shipped from another country and never arrive. Possibly fraudulent ? Its been 2.5 weeks since ordering, get chirpy responses that its on its way then telling me it was sent back ( twice), and re-sending again. Am on round 3 now. They will not give me a refund as they claim that after sending it for a third time it will arrive. If they had decent customer services they would acknowledge the mistake and just refund.

Watery is one of the worst websites I have ever ordered from. I have never received my package after 2 weeks of back and forth emails. Their service is ridiculous and i don’t recommend this website.

Do not order if you need the products in a short delay.This review only focusses on the customer experience when ordering in the Switzerland targeted website of this business.The website suggests, via a countdown, that it will expedite an order if passed before 4pm. I asked the customer service agent via chat if the advertised delivery time was accurate - and while they excluded any kind of warranty, they did not express any concern to my 6 days deadline. After ordering hours before the countdown run out, I had hoped to receive some kind of notification of processing, but it took another chat the next day to hear that the order had not been processed. I was promised that this would be expedited, I received a first notification mail with a tracking link. Long story short, the parcel was ready to be shipped only one day later and picked up on the day it was supposed to arrive.Until now, 9 days later, the parcel has not arrived, I had to find an alternative but was not allowed to cancel the order.The order comprises three small products that were allegedly in stock, costing roughly CHF100, I will not be allowed to return the products with a cashback without deductions.Not going to order there again.
