Is watches-of-switzerland.co.uk Legit?

My husband had wanted a Panerai watch for many years and we visited the Manchester shop to ask about a purchase.We were greeted by Jameel who immediately made us feel very welcome indeed. He was very accommodating to our requirements and went above and beyond to locate the watch we wanted. The service he provided was second to none, from entering the shop to leaving with the watch a couple of weeks later, Jameel was warm, friendly and very easy to deal with.Would recommend 100%

Excellent customer service, we went in to try on watches and the service we received from Sanjay in the Cardiff store was second to none. Friendly, professional we had no plans to purchase that day, but I have purchased a watch two weeks later from the store for my partner and would not have done so without meeting him. Likely to buy all my future watches here too. Excellent.

Ross at the Manchester store made the whole experience of buying a prize for my Captain’s day really simple.He was very welcoming, showed us some other watches, but was more than happy when I went with my original choice.The follow up emails made sure I knew when my watch had been delivered and collected.All in all a very enjoyable experience.

A very pleasant buying experience from Ting Ting at watches of Switzerland Glasgow .Ting Ting was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking my choice of watches .I appreciate Rolex’s are high in demand with waiting times a little longer than expected But Ting Ting kept me up to date with my choices and notified myself promptly when my watch became available.Would highly recommend .Regards Jim

Sebastian could not have been more helpful at watches of Switzerland Brent Cross. The watch we were seeking is an elusive timepiece. He searched their database until he could offer, if not the exact watch one that came very close. The watch had to be retrieved from Edinburgh and purchase went as smoothly as he said it would. Kept us informed and made sure we were very happy before leaving the shop.

Rolex via Watches of Switzerland is an extremely poor and gauche shopping experience on Regent St. I was told by Weixiao Yang that there would be circa a one year waiting list. 3 years later the only rolex I was offered was a mass produced model that was performing terribly in retail and on the second hand market. She informed me that until the 3 temporary factories open, supply will be limited. Google the 3 temporary factories!!!! What kind of quality will be delivered from a temporary factory??? As such I will not be acquiring any new or recent rolex due to the mass production and the approaching flood of badly constructed timepieces. Weixiao Yang wasted an hour of my time just to inform me that. Extremely poor service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service when purchasing my timepiece.Sanjay was knowledgeable, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect watch. All queries and questions were dealt with promptly. Given the excellent service and discussion regarding future timepieces with Sanjay, I am confident in returning for future purchases.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Cartier watch which was billed that it included two straps. However when I collected the watch it only had one strap even after waiting an extra three days. No one seemed to locate the missing strap. I asked for a refund as the watch was not as first described . The whole experience was quite chaotic to be honest and an experience I would not like to revisit

My partner and family have bought circa 7 watches over the years, my last experience has been poor promised made and not kept. I tried their live chat and what’s app contact and no response. Can I suggest you employ more people to answer customer concerns. And unless you have the intention to send a customer a promised £250 voucher you shouldn’t allow your sales people to promise it

Tried again to visit the Glasgow store in Buchanan Street. 2nd time and both times asked by the Security doorman did i have an appointment.This is extremely rude of this Company to assume that i should need something like an appointment to walk into their shop to look at a potential purchase of watches. Terrible customer service. Needless to say this will not happen a 3rd time. So have walked down the Street and visited all their other competitors and had great warm and friendly service.

I purchased a Tudor black bay 39 for £3360.00 online and received a £250.00 gift voucher which I redeemed for a seiko field watch costing £280.00 , Both watches are excellent . while I was in their London Brent cross shop to pick up the Seiko watch , the sale assistant was very helpful and honest.Thank you .

Sebastian provided exceptional service, giving me ample time to try on various watches and offering outstanding advice. His expertise and patience were evident as he helped me find the perfect watch, even making me reconsider which one best suited my wrist. Sebastian’s friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Honestly, it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a watch shop. Even my dog was made to feel welcome!

Felt a little apprehensive at first however was greeted by Vivian who was lovely and made me feel at ease. I had a watch in mind which was not available so decided to order, i informed Vivian i was really impatient to get the watch. A few hours later i received a message to say that she had contacted the head office and i would receive the watch i wanted the next day instead of the 7 days.
