A great fan of Porter Yoshida bags, so was happy to find an online store carrying a small but well curated collection of Porter, amongst other ‘niche’ brands, at competitive prices. Packaging could be slightly improved but no complaints as my item was not one that was easily damaged. Will shop again.

Ordered an Aer backpack, as this was the only place I could find to sell them outside the official Aer website. Delivery from France -> Germany was quick, the backpack came unscathed, all the original tags etc still on. I used a pay later feature as I wasn't sure how buying from here will turn out, but everything turned out well!Will definitely order more in the future.

good prices and products. Still room for improvement in the webpage and the entire customer journey and experience and there is still plenty of info that is in french, on the webpage and from their suppliers. To get an email from the french post in French, doesn't help me. They should be international enough that they can muster english at least, as I shouldn't need to use google translate to understand when my parcel should arrive. If you want to be an international shop, go all in! :-)

I really like the catalogue they offer, menu products would otherwise have been unavailable to me. Shipping time was reasonable, but the packaging was to say the least insufficient. Luckily local post authorities had discovered that the tape had come undone and managed to save the contents before it fell out of the thin flimsily taped box. If I buy something for hundreds of euros I do expect it to be safely packed. The goods did have some small signs of damage from the incident but I’ve not had the time to contact Wannaccess yet.
