Is wallfree.co Legit?

Charged in euros .Should have cancelled at this point.Can be bought cheaper off Amazon with faster delivery.Ordered 15th December as a Christmas present and will not arrive in time. Have asked for cancellation and a refund and will update review dependent on response.

I payed and I never received my order. I keep asking their help but no news. Where is my order ? Really no serious company Don t trustTO REPLY: yes i ve wrote many times to your costumer service and you keep telling mw that you sent the order … but, again, I never received your parcel or the info about the delivery guy

I had a problem with delivery. Nothing to do with the company but more at the UK end.You always worry when you buy off the Internet that customer service will be terrible but they were absolutely fantastic replying straight away and helping to get it sortedHighly recommended

The deliver was a little bit late but was in time for Christmas. The product was as described and I´m satisfaid.

I am always happy to leave a review when I receive good customer service. When I ordered a wallfree skylight projector for my granddaughter, I accidentally selected the black instead of white model. I immediately sent an email to Wallfree asking to cancel or change my order. I was impressed by the speedy response from customer service. Erika told me it would be replaced with the white model on despatch. The order invoice didn't change so I was slightly skeptical but, low and behold, it arrived today in white! I'm delighted with the shape of the projector and instructions on how to ensure sharp images. It's beautiful. It took just under two weeks to arrive but the delays were customs related, which I had anticipated as I live in Northern Ireland. Another Christmas present sorted. Thank you Erika!

I recently posted a 1 star article and unable to delete it. It actually arrived later this day. It arrived when they said it would. My one feedback is that the tracker said hours before that it was in India when it was closer. The product is great as well. Compliments to the product and team. Just ensure the tracker is more up to date. Well done.

Zero communication after paying. No sign of the product. I have already emailed hello @wallfree.co. if they bother to reply to this then pls state that it is on the way rather than a generic reply. Bet I wil get nothing or a generic reply to this review.

Similarly, had a negative experience joining the list of customers here that ordered/paid for the Skylight at the beginning of November. The delivery status on Wallfree's tracking page, last updated on the 4th November is 'On its way'. There's been no explanation from the company about what is happening with my order or when it's likely to arrive. I will be claiming a refund.

Ordered paid for in early November 2024 heard nothing since. Avoid at all cost. Terrible customer service. Think I may have been scammed.

There was an initial mix up with my order- something very similar and easily mistaken was sent instead, but I had a response within an hour from Wallfree customer service who sorted everything out quickly, without fus, in a friendly manner and for good measure allowed me to keep the wrongly sent (but very nice) item. The products are high quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered an item over 5 days ago still waiting on delivery.Tracking says item still sat in warehouse for the last 2 days with no further updates very frustrating!Emailed customer help line no response.I wouldn't recommend them.

I'll be wearing my hair halo happily to festivals this year! I picked the wrong colour (my fault totally, should have just trusted the picture) and the brilliant customer service team responded on the same day saying they would send out a replacement. Due to my hair style I'll be using extra grips to make sure I don't have to worry about dancing but that's my own insecurities rather than any proof that'll it'll fall out if I don't. I've yet to try any heat on them but the hair feels lovely. Thank you Wallfree

I cannot rate this company more highly! I ordered a hair extension halo in a colour I thought would work. When it arrived I was totally impressed with the quality, but realised that the colour just wasn’t right. I sent an email to ask if I could return for an exchange, and received a response almost immediately, saying that I could choose another colour without having to go to the trouble of making an exchange. I’ve never had hair extensions, but this product is so beautiful, and of a wonderful quality. If you are thinking of buying, please buy with confidence. Absolutely fab. Ordred the hallo hair extension. Honestly i tho the will never come.but the came after 10 days to Irl.Got emais every few dsys about delivery status.Hair absolutely fab! Excellent quality.im doing hair extension as hairstylist so i was very surprised about how good the are ordered dark brown with copper ends.perfectlly matched my color.Had a bit problem to make the hallo smaller so i message them and got ansver in 30 min.Fantastic customer service. Very very happy. Will defo order more

My hair extensions arrived inPerfect condition and they are beautiful! Better than I expected. I am really surprised how good the quality is. The colour is perfect too. The team are helpful kind and supportive. Mine were only a few days late and they apologied and gave me a discount off my next order and I didn't even ask. I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent Company! Very helpful, professional and quick with on line orders and e-mails. I made a mistake with the colour and they have immediately helped me select the correct item. I have now been promised a replacement without needing to return the original. So no waiting around. I’ll defo Use this company again

Wow. I was not expecting this. Silly me I ordered what I thought was my hair colour. Turned out it was a shade darker. I emailed about returning the extensions. The company were happy to send out new hair extensions and without returning the ones I had. The hair quality is amazing. Quick customer service. Would definitely recommend. Absolutely amazing product and company.I was absolutely thrilled with extensions. Ordered some hair extensions from Wallfree. Shipped and received within a timely manner. What arrived was not the same colour as my hair however, I emailed a week later after receiving my package and they kindly offered a free replacement. Would highly recommend and use again. More than happy with their service
