Is wahedinvest.com Legit?

I have been a client of Wahed for 4 years and have built up my stocks and shares ISA with them as well as become a investor via Wahed Ventures. The migration from the web portal to the app was smooth and the app is very easy to use.My main relationship has been with Ali Ahmed who I cannot fault. Ali stays in constant contact and brings some brilliant deals to my attention. I have invested in 15+ Wahed Venture deals and look forward to getting into more opportunities with Ali and the Wahed Ventures team.Highly recommend this company and the movement that they have worked at so hard for.

Good ETF choices for Malaysians. Depends on what you need-need to do own research on which ETF fund to invest. The robo adviser helps if you are truthful with yourself.

The user interface on the app is very easy for a beginner to understand. It clearly breaks down your portfolio split and also shows movement in account balance. Also relatively straightforward to invest in startups and there is a lot of information at hand for each company which aids the user when deciding whether or not to invest. Customer services team are extremely helpful and show urgency to assist when there are any issues faced. Makes the user feel valued.

Farhaan Iqbal provides very good service and the App is user friendly. Wahed International gives good opportunity for people who want to do Halal investment. At this point in time, it takes a few days for Wahed to process units after receiving fund and it affects in catching good opportunities which arise during market downturns.

Having Wahed as the alternative ETF for halal investors is the best. I have been looking for this option for a very long time.I think the promotion for Malaysian investors maybe a bit slow because a lot of my friends are still not invest in Wahed. Need to penetrate the social media other than FB, Instagram i.e. tiktok, X etc.Another thing I would need to know when the dividend payment comes in by at least informing us through email. In general, I don’t think investors keep checking their monthly reports that you provided. Keep us alert with the dividend earnings and how it is re-invested.

Wahed is one of the many Islamic investments way to earn halal, but gradually their charges for the invester are gradually increasing up and up. I might be shifting some of my investments to some other islamic platform it goes on this way.

Wahed Invest is the best halal investment platform I’ve come across. It is very easy to track where your funds are being invested in. Very easy to track the performance of your portfolio and also very easy to fund your account whenever you need to.

The App is quite good and overall the yield I got on my ISA account for the past 3-4 years is around 9-10% per year with the aggressive plan. Which is quite good for a shariah investment.

After seeing the reviews below relating to the withdrawal process i confirm this is by no means smooth.I requested a withdrawal on 13th June and i received a notification to say there is no connected bank account. Om checking the app, I do have a connected bank account. I've sent an email to the team but received no response and I've called / left a voice message. I've not been able to get through to an actual person.I ne

BEWAREThis company used to be good. Their customer service was responsive and I made a reasonable return on investment.However, for 6 weeks now I am unable to withdraw my money. They repeatedly tell me that the compliance team is looking at my income source (which is entirely legal and I have provided bank statements and even my tax return!).Until then, my repeated withdrawal attempts keep falling. I have a lot of money tied up in this company, and they have literally blocked me from accessing it.I think this is a fly-by-night organisation and I will be escalating to the FSCS.DO NOT INVEST HERE!!!

I wouldn’t recommend investing your money. There is no return, great losses and the withdrawal process is complicated and doesn’t work. Where organisation make it difficult for you to withdraw your rightful investment is a big sign to stay away from. Alhumdulillāh I only invested a little to test out and see how this investment company is. I can say stay away for sure! Made no gains, only losses. Still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and waiting for a response from Wahed. Considering the amount I have requested to withdraw its a shocker to say the least that they are struggling to process that small amount promptly and swiftly.

Don't expect to get a response from customer service. They never answer the phone and do not reply to emails. I would advise against using them, especially as they have recently doubled their fees. You can still invest in halal funds on more reputable platforms like trading 212 which have a functioning customer service department. I will be transferring all of my money away from Wahed as they cannot be trusted to reply to any queries.

I withdrew my dwindling funds from the Wahed app. I wish I could say the withdrawal process was smooth. On another note, after receiving my funds, I requested for my Wahed account to be closed. My account remains open. Over the last few months, I have received up to a dozen emails asking for a phone call. No reasons have been given why a phone call is required despite me constantly asking. Wahed staff should be trained to explain to investors why private information such as requesting copies of bank statements is being asked. Especially, when none of this was asked when I emptied my funds. This could have been handled and resolved much faster.
