They get one star due to poor workmanship and even poorer customer service practices.

The new rings I recently ordered not only fit perfectly but look great as well. I have received several comments on them.

Their pictures are terrific. However, their products surpass their pictures. I was delighted to open the packages to find jewlery that I have been searching for. I needed a little modification and customer service quickly contacted the manufacturer. They were able to accomodate my needs quickly. I was very impressed with the products and especially their customer service. Buying on line can be dangerous and costly. It is refreshing to find a vendor who treats customers like family. The ring was of acceptable quality, not amazing, but not bad, the customer service was terrible. I wear a size 13 ring. When shopping the site I passed over several things I liked because they didn't offer my size. Placed this order for a size 13 and a size 11 shows up. Customer service insisted that was what I ordered but I simply didn't. The only way they offered to help was to sell me another ring at a discount or pay my own international shipping to exchange it. I am very disappointed. I ordered the same bracelet again because my first one broke, and i thought maybe it was just a fluke. So I payed full price for another one, expressing how much I loved it. Well worry about I ordered a couple of things but I noticed the PayPal payments went to different named companies so I'm just going to say that this website is a shopping mall for various vendors. I was a little disappointed when I ordered a ring and they sent me one two sizes too small and then started the crab dance about well you know you can send it back we'll send you one you have to pay for shipping it takes a long time and then they said send us another 18 bucks and we'll just send you what you want and they did and it fit this time. The shipping times are brutally slow but the prices on some of the stuff is pretty low compared to you know jewelry is a very high markup item anyway but I may order some more things from them when the mood strikes me.
