While some are self-explanatory concerning vorstars.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between vorstars.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of vorstars.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of vorstars.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. vorstars.com is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.

I was offered a "deal" at Vorstars.com (pops up Microsoft Edge) when I was shopping for luggage online. I was reluctant because it seemed like a very good deal but the luggage offered was a terrible blue color and it may have been that it was the last one in inventory and they wanted to sell it. ($83.00) Anyway, I paid through PAYPAL. I never received a follow up email confirming my order and I emailed them the next day and have gotten no response. I called the number listed and some lady in Macon GA laughed and hung up. I have contacted PAYPAL to get the amount refunded. I await their response.

Similar experience. No response after I placed order. No response from emails. No invoice.Phone goes straight to VM. I will also be contacting Paypal. Hopefully paying through Paypal will prevent the scam.

I just figured out how their scam works. They're smart and Paypal is enabling this scam. They advertise a crazy cheap price for an item, for example a childrens toy that's normally around $300+ but their price is under $100. After you pay for it you'll never hear from them again. The phone number on their website is someone else's number. Some people will give up and lose their money. If you file a complaint with Paypal they will send you a tracking number of a package that was delivered to your town. THIS IS THE SCAM. This is enough to fool Paypal. All Paypal needs is a tracking # that says an item was delivered to your city, but it doesn't show your name or address. The scammers have a way to look up tracking #'s in a city. More people will give up here because they won't know what to do. Paypal will ask for "written proof that from UPS that you didn't get it". It's almost like they are working with the scammer...how about telling the seller to provide written proof the from the carrier that it WAS delivered to me? I'm sure many people will give up here. If Paypal still doesn't help, just dispute the charge on your credit card and let them know what's going on. Chances are they will also be fooled by someone else's tracking number too. Paypal - it's time to update your policies. It shouldn't be so hard and burdensome to prove you've been scammed.
