Is vorina.co.uk Legit?

Took three weeks for Fair Isle jumper to arrive. It turns out to be really lovely and exactly as described, however all the labels have been removed ( strictly illegal) makingme think it is “knock off”, as it is actually merino wool and ought to have cost 4 x amount I payed! So very satisfied .

Bought some Pyjamas from them, which they said would be delivered in 5 - 10 days, which meant it should’ve been delivered in plenty of time for Christmas (ordered on December 9th). As of writing it’s still not been delivered and the product is still sat in China, nearly a month after I ordered it. They don’t tell you the product is coming from here when you purchase one of their products and are clearly untruthful on their actual delivery times.

I love the jumper I received. No problem with delivery. So pleased overall.

Don't. Just don't. Advertised product was reassuringly expensive but what was delivered was so completely different and awful in quality it was a joke. They promise a 30 day return policy. I'm on my 4th email requesting a return. Don't reward these scammers.

Ordered a jumper for Christmas which arrived too late! When it arrived the neck was way too big and the full length sleeve was too short. Contacted Vorina for a return and refund as the jumper was £40 so expected good quality. I’m then asked to send photos which I did to be told they don’t give refunds but I can have 25% off which means I’m still paying £30 for an item that is not fit for purpose. They had been pretty quick to respond until I declined their offer stating that I’m entitled to a full refund under consumer law. I have since not heard a word. Don’t buy from this company. Poor quality and dubious customer service.

please don't order from this company. I ordered two bags both advertised as genuine leather however when arrive both are plastic and don't resemble the bags advertised. Emailed to say I want to return them, got a return email saying they'd give me 25% back however email back to say no, they haven't responded. poor customer service..

Ordered a Christmas present for my daughter item arrived late poor quality incorrect size top. Returns policy questionable offered only 25%refund which is dependent on me returning the item other individuals received nothing.I would advise any one considering using this company to think twice before doing so. I have to say I was slightly nervous ordering from a website that ships from china. No need at all! The shipping obviously takes a little longer to arrive, but it’s tracked all the way! I bought a sweater and it is gorgeous! I also asked for it to arrive before Christmas as it is a gift. Customer service replied to my message almost immediately, and they managed to get it here for Christmas Eve. I’m happy to say you can trust!

Nothing like the picture now I can’t get them to provide the correct return address so I can get a refund. They initially offered 25% back which I refused. I ordered this jumper as it looked great online. Nice chunky knit with a slightly roll neck but when it came the colour didn't match the picture and the knit was more like an acrylic school jumper from a supermarket clothes chain. The neckline was also different. They refused a full refund despite the website saying that if you are not totally in love with the product we will refund you 100% instead they gave me 25%. This is a company that does not deliver what it promises

I ordered a sweater a month ago which finally arrived today.I sent numerous messages on various different platforms and had no response to any of them.I ordered a chunky knit turtle neck sweater and what I received is nothing like the picture, extremely sub standard.I would avoid buying anything from this company. There was something still in my basket and they emailed me saying I hadn’t completed the order and giving me extra discount. They didn’t reply to the email I replied to either! How is this company still trading?

I would give no stars if I could, avoid this scam merchant selling cheap, low quality Chinese clothing.I placed an order, but then thought better of it. Within 12 minutes of placing the order (which is within their own stated hour policy) I requested that the order was cancelled. This was ignored and then I finally got a reply saying I had to return the item under my own cost, despite the order saying it had not shipped. Several pointless emails later which completely refused to help, ended up with the item turning up and being so low quality, I actually couldn't believe they had sent it. I suspect this website will not exist in 12 months as it is nothing but a scam, but this is here to warn others not to waste their money. The shopify infrastructure should be more careful which companies they host.

They promise a delivery date that is not delivered on by weeks. You are ordering from China so be prepared for a long wait. My 35 quid "Silk" Pyjamas arrived and they were like some cheap tat from the school lost property box. Awful awful company. Keep your money.

Ordered a coat that looked lovely online. When it arrived it was a completely different coat, different coloured buttons, cheap material, missing its belt. It’s not the same coat as the picture. Scam company! Avoid!

Item arrived three weeks after order. V poor customer service. No full refund offered unless I returned the item to china at my own cost. They did say I could have a 50% refund and no replacement. Please do not order if item is faulty or ill fitting.Telephone number listed is uk address but is not answered

I ordered a beautiful tree knit Christmas sweater. When it arrived it looked like a print of the image of the sweater on a sweatshirt. Cheap trash even though the website price was £70.The order took close to a month to ship to me even though I ordered it to a UK address and Vorina claims to be a UK company. They are not, I had to send my return to China and had to cover the shipping cost myself, which was £17! Do not order from Vorina. You will not receive the actual item. I’d even bet that it was an AI image of a sweater and not real merchandise,

Such a scam, will not let you cancel the order even though it states on the website you can cancel any order within 30 mins. Very delayed and unhelpful customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Will not give you a refund whatsoever, I am planning on dispute the charge on the credit card because such a headache to deal with them! Tip for consumers:They ask you to return the products in Jiangsu Province China which will be a very costly shipping fee, and you have to pay for shipping the items back. Products used:nothing
