Is vonetel.com Legit?

This was a tedious process to move more than 7,700 photos from my Iphone to my computer, due to my slow internet connection. Shaun S. helped me and made sure I knew how to access the photos. This took a couple days, and he was diligent and courteous.

WORKED HARD TO GET MY SYSTEM FIXED7/13/23 I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding any information on the protection program I purchased. Starting to worry? Calling them tomorrow

Once I was assured this company is connected to Microsoft, I agreed to have them clean my computer which had been hacked and add Network Security. It took a little while but I am feeling confident that no one will get in again. Fortunately nothing bad happened.I might suggest that there be some kind of double check from Microsoft to guarantee their partners as it is very hard to be sure when you have been hacked.Adam was very patient with me, which I appreciate.

My computer was infected with a virus and after requesting help from Spectrum and HP, I contacted Vonetel Support and worked with Mark Yoshito and a technician who repaired the problem. I am not very knowledgable about computers but they were very professionable and worked with me. I am deeply grateful. WE Fremgen

I was very skeptical when I first called this company. Matthew went out of his way to assure me and also walk me through steps to verify this company is in fact legit. I also verified this company with the BBB and they have an A+ rating. Matthew was very kind and knowledgeable and quickly worked to resolve my issue along with the tech Shawn.

After realizing my PC had been hacked I contacted Vonetel Support/Security speaking with Sam. He interrogated my PC , found the problems, assigned the cleanup and after one hour my PC is clean and I have protection and support for 3 yrs. Very pleased

My computer having problems and Vonetel got me all fixed in less than 30 minutes.Very professional and got my issues all solved very quickly and I did not have to be without my computer. Vonetel is a fake support site. They use their customer's computers and their own computers to leave fake reviews on websites to look legitimate, as well as register their scammer business on the Better Business Bureau and leave their selves fake reviews to get a good rating. Also, they use the vast amounts of money they make scamming poor unsuspecting people to pay the BBB to be accredited. What is $45 a month when you make literally millions from scamming people each year?Trust me, I am an onsite computer repair tech and deal with the aftermath of these scammers at least once a week. Vonetel is 100% a scam. Look at the address they use on their BBB listing. The person that lived there ended up going to jail for fraud. There is no business there, just a residential house that also was another scam business called Accent Payroll.

The Vonetel agent was fast and competent. My problem was solved the same evening I requested help. The agent even briefly explained how to fix the problem, which was previously a mystery to me . I would make use of their services again because they saved me a lot of headaches.

Mathew was clear with what went wrong and was willing answer my questions. The rates he provided were reasonable and he helped me fumble through my limited tech knowledge and experience.

I am very thankful for the help getting my computer cleared of the viruses The people who fixed this problem are well aware of the problems and the solutions to these problems. An excellent job was done.

I tried to get into a website and i received a message about my computer being locked due to unauthorized access. I called vonetel and they fixed my computer in less than 45 minutes just in time for my video conference. I will say that is not the cheapest, but it was worth it.
