We came up with the 13.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to volkswagen.de's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

While some are self-explanatory concerning volkswagen.de, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between volkswagen.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of volkswagen.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of volkswagen.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. volkswagen.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether volkswagen.de has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

I am left bittery disappointed by the service I have received from Frank (manager) in the service department. Promised warranty repair (both rear alloys have defective finish) not delivered upon and wait times for services/ attempted repair (Tried to fix the rims with a heat gun in the work shop, once they realised it was more involved just flatly refused to do anything further) well beyond communicated (in one case 4 hours). Add to this the nonchalant verging on rude attitude and almost complete lack of communication from Frank regarding issues I raised and I will certainly never return a vehicle for service back to Southern Volkswagen or for that matter make a future purchase. As a family we have purchased 4 new vehicles (2 Touaregs, an Audi TT and a Golf) from the volkswagen group. After this experience it will be the last.
Have had many Volkswagens in the past as a family but we will never buy another. We bought a new car and the dealership offered us a decent price in part exchange for our Volkswagen. Whilst we were waiting for the new car to arrive our Volkswagen broke. To cut a long story short VW were unable to supply the new part ( there is still no date for availability after 8 months waiting ) and once our new car was available the dealership no longer wanted to take the VW because it was broken, which was fair enough. We complained to VW Customer Service but they would not compensate us and the Motor Ombudsman does not get involved in such disputes !We have decided we have no option but to scrap the car at a considerable financial loss. Appalling service from a multinational company who show no regard for their customers.
Once, they built the most reliable automobile to roll down the highway- the VW Beetle. Then, try to revive it- not so good the second time around; then got shifty with its algorithms and lost a big chunk of the American car market (still big overseas as they’re the largest automaker in the world). And as the ad once said, although VW’s float, they won’t float indefinitely.
Ain't gonna lie, Passat CC is a state-of-the-art automobile.Recently purchased the one and now I know what I can do with it =)I really wanna tune it, because it may turn into a real monster! Saw tons of videos, plus, it's a good vehicle for a family, cause it's 4-door sedan with comfortable seats and a lot of amenities inside.
My experience of VW dealershipSt Albans, leaves a lot to be desired, they appear to be incapable of offering the level of service a customer would expect. For example, Tony the managersuggesting I should get a taxi home, £40.00, when the vehicle isthere under warranty. A gross insult to me, some managers could be amused by this, I don't find it funny. But maybe he's financially secure, so to him £40.00 doesn't mean much. This conversation took place at the dealership 14th December 2023.
A total disaster, been obliged to sell my new car after 18 months since the infotainment system crashes as soon as leaving the country. There was massive confusion as to what department is responsible for the issue, sent back and what forth between departments, no one knows what to do. Finally advised to leave the country so they could see the system malfunctioning . The infotainment system malfunctions, and many vehicle instruments do not work: rear camera, airbags, automatic headlamps, climate control. So also a security issue.A nightmare experience.
If you want a new car don't bother! If it's 'used approved' or 'new' anything made by this company after around 2017 is of astonishingly poor condition. Almost every single model and variant of vehicle has at least 1 recall. And if you are looking to go hybrid or fully electric look elsewhere. Every single vehicle produced with an electric motor has safety recalls where it is entirely likely for your vehicles batteries to combust yet the company brushes it off as non urgent. There are only a handful of dealerships that can actually perform high voltage work and therefore having these very important safety recalls completed will result in a 12 months plus wait list. These electric ID vehicles are dangerous and u fit for road use and if you have one make sure you don't have a job as it will be in the garage every month for repairs.
Purchased a Volkswagen 2021 Atlas not cheap.. Been having a issue since the first day of purchase.. Constant coolant smell, keep being told it’s normal. Well it’s not, if you have this car. You’re in for a disappointment.. The car manufacturer not telling anyone, but denying buy back. The service guy was finally honest. He told me. “Unfortunately the car cabin wall was made thin and that there’s no solution as of yet” buyer be aware!!!
Owner of 5 VW Golf consecutively. As soon as I drove the last one, 7 series, I could feel the difference in terms of quality and performance. So sorry for that. Last incident: clutch pomp defective. Even if 3y official warranty was expired for 5 days only, they didn't refund at all. It's with regret that I won't buy a VW car anymore. What a pity for such a good car in the past!
Another disappointment from VW Marshalls St Albans Dealer, after agreeing with Charlotte over 4 weeks ago to get our automatic vehicle booked for diagnostics and requested for an automatic car loan car due to health reasons. I was forced to take a manual car 😡. If you knew you could not provide an automatic car as agreed why book our car in the first place ??? The gentleman booking in our vehicle told me they only had 8 loan cars and all manual. This is unacceptable. I will not be coming back again. Please avoid if you can.

I have had an issue with my VW Polo GTI it’s gone less that 9k miles and it’s still I. It’s 3 year’s manufacturing warranty. All 4 alloys have got what it’s called spidering on and are basically ruined and would cost a fortune to fix. The dealership have washed their hands of me and so have VW hiding behind the fact it’s stone chips which will have caused this…. Extremely poor from such a big company who with their current reputation would think they would do there ups-most to keep customer not sell port quality good at high prices. These alloys were a £1000 optional extra that don’t last more than 3 years top top quality. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY4 complaints raised and continuously lied to that to that i will be receiving a phone call from a supervisor.......I would like someone in senior management to call me ASAP. Case references FLE-493161FLE-493168 FLE-493186FLE -490926
I bought a brand new VW Touareg Black Edition diesel 6 months ago.I have only covered 1400 miles from new and now have an issue with it.It's burning Engine Oil like it's going out of Fashion-i've never had a car do anything like this.A colleague in the Motor Trade did mention that it might only be whilst it's in the 'Running in'period. So I thought I'd ring the Dealer I bought it from for advice-apparently they don't know and would have to check it out and would probably charge £120 for the privilege,so much for Warranty!!!I rang VW UK to ask if this was a common problem with this model and she couldn't tell me and said I would have to pay them to check it out.I can't believe that they have an issue with any particular Model they produce and don't know about it-oh hang on,they were involved in covering up Diesel Mpg a few years ago, must be inherent within this company.Would I buy another Volkswagen-HELL NO!!!!!!
Worst vehicle. I bought a Tiguan in 2020 thinking it would be a reliable vehicle. It's proven to be the worst decision. Volkswagen corporate won't help. Dealers won't help. I'll be getting rid of this before I hit 50,000 miles. It's the worst car I've ever owned. The Tiguan has brake issues, you'll need 3,000.00 worth of repairs every 40K miles.
Having just paid over £50k for an electric car I was staggered to find out that a handbook is not supplied by the manufacturer. I have been told that if I want one I have to search for it on the internet and download it myself. Pretty useless when away from home and wanting to find out how to use something. This is just penny pinching and unworthy of a notable manufacturer.
67tkm Volkswagen Caddy engine brokeI have Volkswagen Caddy - I bought new one and now it is a bit more than 3 years old and 67000 km driven. Car has been always serviced at Volkswagen authorized company.Engine just broke and Volkswagen tells I need to pay +800 euros to fix it. I asked them what I should have done to avoid this. They told you would have not been able to avoid this and this is just bad luck.Arrogant brand. My friend just ordered new Volkswagen and we try to cancel purchase now.
!!!!!! Ladies be aware if you're not sure about cars please take somebody who does as I was told the repair would be over £300 got a second opinion from another garage and told £45
Have been loyal to the brand for years, but no more, the service at the shops are so poor and expensive you might as well use a random mecanic. I will go for Tesla when buying my first EV.
We Connect will not allow joint ownership. So I put the VW Furer concept of ownership in my wife's name of course. And when I drive I log in as a guest. But as a guest you can't even see if the car is charging at all.And when I log in as my wife, it won't allow me to see the charging information becuase I'm logged in to the car as me.If I log in as my wife both on my phone and the car, I get stupidly incorrect information on the miles that the char has charged to. Total disaster of a piece of software.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately.
