WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!Brought a wig the color was way off, sent wig back they recieved June 10, 2024. I still haven't recieved refund 07/23/24. I called again today and talked to Rebecca and I told her my frustrations and told her their reviews on line about returns are terrible. She said "well we are going out of business so reviews don't matter" .

I would give these people a zero if possible. I have been waiting 5 plus months for a refund and I am continuously being told "the check is in the mail!" I've tried to be nice, patient, understanding and that hasn't worked. They give me no choice as to give them a terrible rating I wouldn't buy any of their products. Their customer service is the worst!

I will never do business with this company. I ordered a hairpiece that they later told me was out of stock. They deducted my money from paypal in one day. I asked for a refund and it is now 3 weeks and I still don't have my refund. They grab your money quick even when they don't have the products, then they dally for weeks to refund your money. It is a totally dishonest company.

This is a fraudulent company to deal with. This is the second time I have ordered something on their website - they provide no indication it is not in stock - charge my credit card in full - and then contact me immediately and say they item is not available. Then NO CREDIT. I don't understand how they get away with this. It is really unbelievable. How do we get the word out not to do business with them? I will never order from them again but I want MY MONEY.

Received a black wig instead of a blonde wig. Contacted them and immediately returned it. I tracked the return and contacted them again when it was received. Many more contacts over 6 weeks and was told it was in processing. I finally disputed the billing with PayPal. VogueWigs offered a refund minus $60 restocking fee. I declined the offer. Then they said they needed proof that it was sent back to them... So I sent the USPS tracking number. PayPal decided in my favor so Vogue Wigs sent me the full refund. The entire process took 8 weeks

This vendor sucks! I placed 2 orders. Both were cancelled immediately due to no inventory. They said they'd issue a refund, but it will take 14 business days to do so. That is some shady business practice. Do not shop here.

This is a GREAT COMPANY to buy wigs from. The service is awesome in every way. In fact they go the EXTRA mile. Shipping time is very fast. And not only do they send you your item in the excact color you wanted, but packaged beautifully, complete with all the paper work, including a shipping label just in case you want to make a return. On top of all that, they include a card that has a great discount to use for my next purchase with NO expiration date!

Worst customer service EVER. They messed up my order, couldn't communicate worth a damn, and now, reading the other reviews, I can't be sure I'll ever the refund they owe me.CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I purchased a wig from the website and the weekday I received it I immediately tried it on. It was way too big for my head so that Saturday I returned it and got confirmation it was returned on the 26th of February. By March 16th I still did not receive my refund so I sent an email to support. They said it would take 14 days from the date of receipt to inspect and then an additional 10 - 12 days to get a refund. As of March 31st, I have not received a refund. I am a frequent customer of the website and have returned a wig before and the process was fine but this is the first time I have received such horrible service.

I purchased and my credit card was charged in full for a wig on their website. The next day, I received an email from Vogue Wigs that the product was out of stock and my card would be refunded. It's now been almost 6 weeks and still no refund. I've contacted the company via email multiple times and was told the refund would be issued by accounting at the end of the day. I've now filed a claim with both my credit card company and the BBB, and Vogue Wigs has not responded to either.

Canadians do not order wigs from Vogue you have to now pay duty for shipping across the border. Two wigs cost me $73.00 duty. I have ordered wigs from Vogue years ago & never had to pay duty.Both wigs were too small all though they were to be average. The company will not contact me.... I now realize their 100% guarantee is not worth anything..

Sent me a wig that was sooo bad couldn't ever wear. I went beyond my 14 days before going to wear it to a wedding. I wouldn't wear it to walk the dog. I've ordered from them before but never again! They don't care about their customers....

Sent back a wig in perfect condition for a refund. Their website said refunds processed in 1-2 weeks. We'll after 6 weeks and numerous calls and emails. Never did get a refund. They kept saying it takes longer cause of the holidays. They acknowledged they got the return and was in the process inspecting it, and refund would be processed the next week. After the last call they said the could've do the refund because they were doing inventory!!! Come on now. It shouldn't take 7 weeks to fight for a refund from a company. I have received refunds from other wig companies within 2 days of mailing the return. I finally disputed this with my credit card company to get my refund!! This is not how to do business and I will NEVER buy from them again and wanted to warn others!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst customer service experience ever. Have been trying to get a return refunded for 3 weeks now. Please save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!

This company will charge your credit card whether they have the merchandise or not. Then they will put you off week after week, telling you that you will receive the order "this week." When you finally get the wig and return it for a better color, they give you 14 days to return the wig, but will take however long they want deciding whether or not to refund your card. In the meantime, you WILL PAY for the second wig. I will never order from this company again. This has been a horrible experience. Before you receive ANYTHING from Vogue, you will get a dozen surveys to answer "satisfied" or "dissatisfied." Too many people are afraid to honestly answer "dissatisfied" because this company does hold your credit card hostage.

I purchased a Rquel Welch wig and it was made of polyester and not a regular synthetic material that all the wigs I have purchased in the past from them. I paid $361 and I returned it because of the color being too fake looking and the streaks in i t looking too fake and the size being too small. they are supposed to take a 15% restocking fee, but they took more than 15% out for restocking. Very rude company to deal with. Fake looking wigs and wrong colors and sizes.

Poor customer service and a rip-off. I ordered the wrong size and emailed for instructions on exchanging the wig for the right size. This should have been an even exchange with me paying for the shipping both ways since it was my fault. Well they wanted a 30% restocking fee to exchange the wig! Will never buy from them again, there are better wig companies out there that don't charge for returns or exchanges. The customer service is weak too. When you email them, it takes 24 hours to get a reply which is usually vague so you have to email again and wait another 24 hours to get your reply. Stalling tactics!

Terrible customer service. 3 phone calls and 3 emails before the run around finally stopped and the item was shipped. 3 weeks to receive an order is ridiculous.

Customer service is always first class at Vogue.

“Beware 15% return fee”

Unless you're certain about the wig you're buying, you might want to consider another website with a more generous return policy. My wig was over $300. I lost about $60 just for trying it on. Their website does warn you. So am I. The refund also took too long. Products used:Wig Service Returns

“Worst Site EVER”

I ordered hair bangs from the Canadian site and paid $160. Then I get a notification in the mail saying I had to pay another $60 to get it from the post office for duty fees. Then WHY TF do you even have a Canadian site? And as far as I understand, customs isn't suppose to charge a duty fee for anything under $800. I refused the duty fee and asked for a refund. It has been almost 2 months now and I still have not yet seen my refund. I ordered off them once before, paid a fortune, and got dried up, frizzy, tangled hair pieces. Pretty sure I didn't get a refund that time either! Never again. There's much better sites out there. Don't waste your time and money on Vogue Wigs. Total scam

“Wrong Item”

I've order from Vogue previously, but this year they sent the correct wig, but the wrong color. I sent them all of the information and they authorized a return, however they are charging me a 15% restocking fee for their error. You can clearly see the wig is not reddish in color... it is black with reddish strips.

I was weary about ordering my first wig online since I'd never ordered a wig before. The VogueWigs had great information to make me feel confident about my purchase. I spoke with a customer service representative via chat, and they assured me the color I chose would match my natural hair color. The customer service rep was also able to explain to me their policies. I received my piece, and the color matches perfectly. The fibers are beautiful and soft to the touch. Feels like cashmere. “Save your money”

I had mailed my item for return in an envelope provided by Vogue Wigs. The following item had been returned back in new condition. This item was for a color exchange. Vogue claimed that this item Was damaged and/or missing hang tag. Impossible. They could and would not provide me with a picture. Then stated the hand tag was missing. If this was the case I'm sure it would be simple enough to Attach a hang tag or replace packaging for resell. No refund or exchange was provided. I had ordered previous products in the past and had been a loyal customer. I can assure this will end any future orders with VogueWigs.

“Return policy harsh”

I order a bang clip and when I got it I knew it was the wrong color. I never even touched the item and repackaged to send back. They charge you 10.00 for shipping back, then 15% restocking fee which I always think is bull$#*!. I ended up with 4.88 refund. The return policy is too excessive.

“They retained over 30% of the purchase price on a return”

I ordered 2 wigs from this company. They did not fit. I contacted them to return and receive credit for the purchase price of $263.20. They credited after 1 month $181.44. They retained $14 as a convenience fee for providing a return label; they retained $34.48 as a 15% restocking fee and retained $57.46 amount deducted from original price. Very bad business practice. “Experience with Long hair wigs”

The wigs look 'fabulous' online; full and rich, but in reality they are thinly pieces of hair that do not fit your head; it's like you would have to buy 3 to fit your entire head. This is the second time I've tried VOGUE and repaid your stocking fees………. The last order, somehow some type of spray got onto the order. I'm beginning to think it's a pretty scammy company. “Poor quality and bad customer service”

Received wig and was so excited. Older women with alapesha. Not a fun time, but found Vogue wigs and it was Not anything like pictures. Also did not fit, even though I did measure. Now that just tried it on will not refund money. Please don't let this happen to you.

“Disappointed”

I purchased a short shag curly auburn wig from them. It arrived fairly quickly and in good shape. I even washed and conditioned it with no problem. However it came with no size tag on it and it was too small. I tried to find a way to return it but they didn't help me. They only sent emails back and forth stating that someone would get back to me, etc. I liked the wig, and ended up cutting off the elastic band. It felt a bit better, but a bit loose so I purchased from Amazon, some wig clips. I will sew those on and see how it goes. BUT I will never purchase from them again. It's best I think to go into a wig shop and actually see what's there, try it on, etc. and purchase it without paying extra costs. That's my plan from now on.

“Buyer Beware”

They misrepresent items on their website, photos and colors are not accurate. Half the time they don't have the wig in stock. They have a 15% restocking fee and make up reasons to not allow you to return it. Horrible customer service.

“Out of Stock Items Being Sold”

Vogue Wigs consistently sells and takes your money for items that are "Out of Stock." The customer waits for weeks sometimes. You have to constantly follow up. So the customer passes on other sales from other companies and by the time you learn that your item is "Out of Stock," the other sales are expired. In my most recent case, I was charged for items that I never received and had to make another inquiry only to be told that the email that stated that my items were delivered were in fact not. I did receive a credit (well have to wait for it to be processed) but am left without the items that I was initially charged for and now have to wait for another company to deliver. Waste of time. Very disappointed! Tip for consumers:Know what you are buying as there are no returns. Only exchanges in some cases. Be sure to ask if the items you are purchasing are in stock as you may have to wait weeks only to find that the items are Out of Stock. Vogue Wigs has very wonderful wigs. Received many compliments. Many of them are beautiful and natural looking. Some are great for parties or different occasions. Their shipping is very reasonably priced, and sometimes offers free shipping. Their wig brands are great and very long lasting. Definately recommended.

“Very Disappointed with my Vogue Wigs purchase”

I ordered three wiglets for about $300 total. In the ads, the texture and size of the wiglets looked much different than upon arrival. They were much bigger and the texture was very shiney and fake looking. When i contacted customer service to see about a return or exchange, the rep was rude and dismissive. The company doesn't send a return label so you have to pay for the return and will charge a 15% fee to credit your credit card. I'm very displeased with this purchase and I'm just going to keep the crappy wigs! I won't be doing business with Vogue wigs again. Buyer beware! Buyers beware. Just know that if you choose to buy a wig from Vogue wigs you will not receive the wig that is displayed on photo. I will not even be close to color shown. If you request a refund you will have to deal with unhelpful customer services representatives and even rude and you will only have two options for a refund. 100% refund in store credit or take a loss of 15% for them to restock the item. IF YOU TRY ON THE WIG it will cost you 30% to restock the item. DO NOT TRY ON THE WIG. Paid $198.00 for what I thought was a beautiful wig only to receive and realize it was not even close to the picture displayed on model. Voguewigs say that you can not go by picture, you have to go by description. If that is the case then why have picture at all. Their description are as vague as they can possibly get away with.
