I have 2 subscription with Vodafone. My name is Ioan Ciupitu and because i'm a foreigner Vodafone employee decided to make a joke on me. I decided to order a simkaart, because i was unhappy about eSim. First simkaart failed to come, so i call today Vodafone to report the problem. In exactly 2 hours i got 2 simkaart, shocking. The one cancelled, because when i call to report my order with the simkaart didn't come... The employee lady kept me on the phone 20 minutes and guaranteed me my simkaart will come in 2 days time and she already transformed in the sistem for a normal simkaart, from eSim. It didn't happen, i tried the 2 simkaart and doesn't work. I need to learn for a test for tomorrow. So if i failed the test i will stop the subscription with this company. I'm not a bad joke of someone if i'm coming from another European country.
I bought an iphone for my company from vodafone in June 2024. the system is unavailable to create the invoice. I asked manually and any of the vodafone's departments cannot create a simple invoice. it has been 37 days since I open the case. it is really annoying to reach to support team each time for the same topic.I really dont recommend.
I ordered an iPhone in September. The delivery person lost it. I was told I will be compensated. If I only knew… first an employee told me I will receive my money back. Then another employee told after 1,5 months that they will deduct the money from my invoices. What a joke. It only gets better. They charge me the FULL amount for November and December. I send a screenshot of the bill and they still have the nerve to say they didn’t front load the payment. To make things worse the employee shuts the phone on my face leaving me dumbfounded. And not only that! There is not even a proper channel to voice my complaints and get my bill changed! Vodafone used to be a decent company…
Horrible customer service, they flat out breaking the contract they wrote. DON'T use it if you like convenience, literally use any other provider out there and you would be better off. I'm never ever going to even think about using Vodafone. In fact I will go on the other side of the road if I'll see a store.
I recently ordered a subscription with a smartphone. When filling out the application, I clearly stated that I am a Polish citizen and use a Polish ID. When the DynaLogic courier arrived, he told me that he could only accept a Dutch ID or passport. There was no such information anywhere in the application. I spoke to support twice and received two different pieces of information. In the first case, I learned that these were the rules. In the second conversation, I learned that it was the logistics partner's fault because if they could not accept a Polish ID, the order was not sent from Vodafone.
No service for almost two weeks since Vodafone decided to block my sim for no reason and without informing me.Now I have to wait for the back office to fix the issue with no indication of how long it might take...Update: After about 4 weeks this issue was resolved. I received neither an apology nor any form of discount despite the fact that I was unable to use my sim for an entire month.
I cannot use the cellular line on my Apple Watch, even though the problem is surprisingly simple to fix. All that’s needed is the ability to select the customer number or account/profile you want to activate the cellular line for on your watch. In my case, I have two profiles (inactive: 512542032, active: 512652676), and I simply need to use the active profile to get the cellular line to work. That’s it.However, when I called the call center, the call was disconnected after a while—accidentally if you believe. I also had a chat with an agent, who suggested I visit a Vodafone shop. Instead, I requested a case number (14804240) and am now waiting without much hope, while actively looking for alternatives to get rid of Vodafone.Anyway, because this option is missing, customer support is unable to resolve or properly escalate the issue to their incompetent product and development teams—an issue that shouldn’t exist in the first place.I even tried accessing community forums to report it, but I couldn’t open the URL. Ironically, one person at Vodafone has figured out how to solve this exact issue—check the forums! It might be your only chance if you experience the same issue.
It’s a mobile phone company they do the same as everyone else calls, messages data packages are reasonably priced like everyone else in this field.WHERE THEY ARE USELESS is customer service. Call them and they will gladly pass you from department to department get them on chat and they will reply back anywhere between 1hour and 24 hours. Then it will be either a bot or a completely different person. I messaged them the conversation was 6 messages took 2 days each reply from them felt like a different person asking the same questions, asking me why I had sent info to them they had previously requested. Finally after 2 days of useless chat with various customer service reps in the same chat differing in enthusiasm… then finally getting someone so useless and unhelpful that they are telling me I need to go to a shop to fix a problem that occurred when they transferred my sim to an eSIM. 2 weeks no incoming calls and having to waste my time going to a shop to fix it easier for me to cancel the contract and give one of the other providers a try..
Worse network service and Expensive..When ever you going to buy new phone. they try to sell Vodafone network.. NEVR DO THAT !!
Very bad service and did not give any solution.I pre ordered iphone 16 pro max in first 24 hours but it was not delivered till 5th October so i called and wanted to know the delivery status but they said it is in process.Later 12th October i called again so then they told me that my delivery got stuck and they can not fulfill it and Vodafone employee told me to go to vodafone store and they can help me. I went to shop so they said they can’t help me and later Vodafone cancelled my order and told me to re-order the phone.I asked the store employee if they can give my order a litlle bit boost or something so i can get the smartphone a little but early but they didn’t help me.I was already One month behind now after re ordering the phone it is going to take 4-6 weeks again. Really terrible
Had a rage for unskippable ads on this site towards your company, I'll admit it wasn't my best response. I still hate Vodafone because of it, but it's my home country's side of it that forces their lameness down our throats. Your response was that yours don't do this long ones and isn't unskippable. NEVER USE VODAFONE!!! İn summary, they are liar and swindler!Me and my wife applied for a switch to Vodafone and Ziggo last month from different other providers. Our sims were supposed to be activated this week but experienced a problem and called the help desk. The said my wife's cannot be activated because of a mistake of the Vodafone employer and I was supposed to be able to use my sim card. They promised us to apply discounts on new phone purchase for both of us as excuse. In the meantime I was waiting some important calls which have monetary value for me. Today it turned out that the sim number that I put on my phone belongs to my wife and she was not able to use her phone even for last days because they told us that only mine was working. Due to this mistake I lost hundreds of euros because I could not get some expected calls. İt took me and people from the store half a day to figure it out and they could not come up with a solution even. They also denied the previously promised "excuse" discount. Now I do not have a working Sim card, they do not have a solution. I requested to cancel all the membership but they still can deny because I made a 2 year membership (which I cannot use) with them unfortunatelly. I hope they cancel everything we have with them otherwise this is a complete trap which steal your time, money, and opportunities. Prefer other companies 10 times above Vodafone and Ziggo and don't do any mistake.
My phone was returned by repairs without fixing the issue although they stated that all was solved. In Apple store they made diagnostics and confirmed that radio perception wasn’t functioning. Ooff, be super carefull with Vodafone!!!!!! Unlike t-mobile they dont automatically provide an internetstop after reaching your maximum data. They are super sneaky and charge you max price for extra gb's you use without any notification. I thought I was signing up to a premium provider but as far as the customer experience goes and mistakes made, it’s the worst experience I’ve had with a mobile provider in the Netherlands. The switch over date was missed, so radio silence until I followed up, then a few more days past and nothing, no ESIM. Meanwhile old provider charging me per MB outside a bundel. Terribly disappointing. I wish we could cancel the contract. Update: called on 3 separate occasions to sort out the problem. They didn’t understand that I never received my ESIM voucher, meanwhile SIMYO disconnected my previous sim only. You cannot install an ESIMs without a working SIM card. Need to go the store with 4 phones to get the ESIMS installed. Customer service friendly but useless in solving my problem.

Ordered iphone 15 promax from belsimpel with contract to vodafone and transferring my old provider to new provider. The new abonnement should be started as soon as possible but it never happened! I was using prepaid for my current provider, therefore the transfer should be happened immediately! I have been thrown here and back from Belsimpel to Vodafone. By belsimpel, they clearly provide best service and best help, they told me they have many times as well to vodafone for the transfer happened immediately. Instead, vodafone always changed back the date of transfer into the next month without any logical reasons/explanation to me! This is soo irritating and frustrating because i have called them forth and back for 8 times! Shameful on you vodafone!

Vodafone terminated my prepaid contract without sending me any notice message (allegedly because of a problem in their system).When I requested the saldo back they told me that I need to top-up the number first. After topping up they said that they cannot refund or keep any money from the existing saldo because the data was already deleted from the system despite that happened immediately after the contract was terminated.My advise: Avoid these scammers at any cost !
