We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning vodafone.com.au, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between vodafone.com.au and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of vodafone.com.au. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of vodafone.com.au, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. vodafone.com.au is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status

Stranded in a foreign country with no signal, got cut off from my bank account etc because of 2FA, told me several times it would get fixed tomorrow, never did, do not buy from vodafone.
Vodafone continues to be woeful in every aspect of its service. Repeated contacts with service centre for the same thing, failure to deliver what they say they will do, terrible log-on processes, and denying what was clearly previously told even when provided evidence. Just so painful - noone needs the annoyance this provider brings to your life.
vodafone allows the use of stolen bank details on their system. i have had over $200 stolen and used on vodafone. their indian help desk is useless and can hardly speak english
I am extremely dissatisfied with Vodafone's service and feel cheated by their deceptive practices. I applied for a new connection on June 29th during a promotional sale, which offered a plan including an iPhone 15 for $90. My son applied for a similar plan at $80. After receiving confirmation emails, we heard nothing further. My son contacted Vodafone customer care and was transferred to Neeraj from the sales team, who confirmed our plans but warned that the email might incorrectly state $100 for him and $110 for me, assuring us it would be corrected. However, despite Neeraj's assurances, we have been charged the higher amounts. Repeated calls to customer service have yielded no resolution. Each time, we are promised a call back within 24 hours, but after six calls and 45 days, nothing has changed. The last two reference numbers are #3-10J1YDT8A and #3-10J433V3Q. My order placed on June 29th, VFD20240629210219640, was confirmed at $91 but is being charged at $110.Vodafone's customer service, handled from India, has been utterly unhelpful and fraudulent. In my complaint I had asked them to register that the sales rep had made a fraudulent representation to make two sales. Even after that, there has not been any response from Vodafone yet. This level of service is unacceptable, and Vodafone should be banned from Australia. If anyone has advice on how to take legal action against them, please let me know.
This is for Maggie Vodafone St Kilda who has worked in IT for over 20 years. Excellent customer service Listened carefully Did not interrupt Gave me valuable advice re when where to use Vodafone roaming Did not make me feel stupid or use unnecessary jargon. I think more experienced women like Maggie are important for front facing product advice.
Genuinely one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer service is a joke, even when I finally got to speak with a "manager", he was even more useless than the regular team member. They also willingly allowed us to pay extra for more internet knowing that we weren't connected to our NBN for 6 months. Didn't even bother to tell us and happily accepted our money. Absolute scam of a company - zero stars.
I had a Vodafone number on pre-pay. I was pretty happy with it. I was able to use it normally, with calls and internet. No issues. Then they changed the plans. Suddenly, I was paying $35 / day and all it was getting me was Google maps to work and back, plus 1 call to a local number, and I'd run out of credit. I topped it up a few times, thinking maybe I had something running in the background.... then because I had no choice. I haven't been back in the country long and needed Google maps to get around. Finally, I just went to port my number to another provider (sorry, but the plans are so outrageous that I don't care how good the post-paid plans are - it's extortion)....What is supposed to happen, is you let the other provider know that you're ready to use the new SIM (same phone number) and your first provider is supposed to provide you a service until the number is ported. Not Vodafone. As soon as I update my new provider, Vodafone locked me out, put me in SOS mode, and sent me a quiz asking me why I'm leaving. My new provider is supposed to be sending me codes to login online, but Vodafone has blocked me.... and no, my new provider is not connected yet. So not only are their prepaid plans extortion (although fine when I first signed up), but as soon as I indicated I was leaving, they cut me off with no service at all, and no way to use my number. Let's hope my new provider kicks in soon. Vodafone is unethical. I will never return.*****Update: Thanks to Vodafone for the comment below. So I did actually contact customer service to see if it can be resolved. As it turns out, they can't or won't look at my case. In other words, that comment is for your dear reader, not for me.... Here is the crux of their reply: While we're unable to access usage details on an inactive account, we're sure we can provide some answers. Our Pay and Go prepaid recharges are well suited for those just making the occasional call and text, or for keeping the number active whilst overseas. For clarity, below are our standard Pay and Go rates......*****
Vodafone are thieves. They increase the price of prepaid service by $15 per month. They pretend they charge you in arrears to charge you another month after porting away from them, although they always charged in advance. And they make up an exit fee to port away from this unscrupulous telco. Stay away from them, there's many other telcos.
Worst service! No network from last 4 hours! Contacted customer care, just keeping me in loop , giving me different days !! Paying $54 a month and not able to use the service. From last 1 month network is going on and off for hours!!!
I had the absolute worst experience with Vodafone Customer Care in Australia. I simply needed to change my plan, but instead, I was transferred between 6 different departments! Each employee I spoke to asked the same questions and then transferred me to someone else. Every single time, I had to explain my problem all over again. This is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. It seems like nobody knows what they're doing, and there's zero communication between departments. I've never experienced such incompetent and disorganized service in my life.Vodafone, this is unacceptable. Get your act together!Absolute worst service!!!!!!!!!
The worst!!!!! and the king of being WORST!!!!.Breached my privacy , raised multiple complaints and not a single call back. The agents are driving/travelling when taking calls . its a shame Vodafone allows staff to travel whilst taking calls the background traffic noise is apparent . Will NEVER EVER EVER EVER look at vodafone at all.. you guys SUCK !!!! Pure denial of service
They have terrible service on all levels, it's not worth the price when you pay $100 a month and get 3 to 5 % of the 200mbps you're supposed to get. If and when the data works, customer service it terrible actually brutal. Scam company that will lie, deceive and give you misinformation at every step of the way. It's always fake empathy and no real solution, they will do anything to try get you from cutting off your service by lying and making false promises... do not trust them
Vodafone I am so upset with your NBN- my work call dropped out mid way through… called your 1555 number and said have escalated to level 2 as he couldn’t work out what the issue is as there no NBN outage, will be 24-48 hours. explained to the guy I work from home and need this fixed urgently he said nothing can be done…..
I have never used Vodafone before but now I unfortunately have their 5G home internet. This is the most horrendous product and service I have ever encountered. I’m lucky to get a tiny fraction of the download speed that I am paying for and have to put up with constant disruptions. This is despite the fact that the 5G tower is in line of sight from my place. Technical assistance is worse than zero. The equipment provided is garbage. How is such a rubbish company still in business?
Cheat and lires... Slapping customers with charges which never mentioned by customers care/ sales team...Can't wait for my contract to get over with Vodafake...Cheap tactics to get someone hooked up with services based on false and misleading information...
Literally the worst customer service money can buy
Every time I have had an issue overseas with my Vodafone roaming, it's near impossible to get it resolved. The call centre is voice operated and never registers what you're saying. The app crashes and even to access the app, you need an SMS code which if your roaming isn't working... you can't receive! Totally ridiculous system. Honestly the most frustrating customer service.
5g/4g any G, Their Reception is as bad as it gets sometime won't even get reception.
This is for the Neutral Bay shop. The man that served me, on three separate occasions for three different products, was knowledgeable, quite efficient and polite. He remembered me the second/third time too.I'm very satisfied. I have had no pressure to buy anything and no privacy issues so I'm not sure what the others are complaining about.
Vodafone sucks. Each call I make keeps dropping out and when I make calls people say I sound like I’m underwater and my voice isn’t clear. when I try to get help I don't understand, they all have Indian accents. There should be at least Australians who work there, but each time I call it's all Indians I can't understand their language. If they speak English is really hard to understand I’m never rejoining Vodafone again.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
