Is vodafone.al Legit?

Our recent experience using roaming in the USA was disappointing. We encountered unreasonable charges, extreme prices, and poor service. I do not recommend this service. For anyone needing international communication, I suggest getting an eSIM online and avoiding these unchecked companies.

Horrible service. Working remotely and having no internet connection is simply disgusting. I had to do plenty of work on my pc, called them from 8 am until 6 pm many times and they had the same damn answer :"our technicians are working on thr issue but we dont know when the signalwill be active again". I do t know if it is the little rain we had or else, but this shows the totall lack of profesionalism and service this company provides. I have two annual contracts with Vodafone but surely won't continue with them. Tomorrow i shall request to forcefully end my contract with them and be refunded my money! Enough!

I renewed my home internet at the shop today. After one year of using this service i chosed to get again the same offer. The customer service is excellent. Related to phone service, the bundles are superb! Me and my family use contract numbers, the service is unstopable and unlimited.

I bought a Tourist Pack and the activated SIM did not work due to a fault in their system. The online helpdesk could not provide a solution, one Vodafone shop in Durrës refused to help me, another shop had no replacement card for me.I would give only 1 star, but I give 1 more for Erla, the lady from the third Vodafone shop in Durrës I visited (Vodafone_Shop_Durres_4). She persisted to find a solution. She made some lengthy calls to Vodafone and the next day she called me and told me I could come and get a replacement SIM.Vodafone, please try to provide better service, and please give Erla a pay raise!

Best mobile network coverage in Albania.I have also a fix line with vodafone and never had issues with the service.Prices are affordable to cover all the needs in my appartment.

We bought a sim card on a thursday for a weekend trip. The sim did not work on the entire trip. We could not reach Vodaphone because we simply did not have network as the SIM did not work…When back at the airport we asked for a refund. The stuff in the airport ( a guy called Keshillues (KLEJSI)) looked up and saw that we did not have any data consumption ( again as the SIM did not work) but rejected to help us get a card refund by argumenting that “this is not his problem and he did not care if the card did not work”Aside of the SIM being an absolute scam, the airport Vodaphone stuff was extreamly unprofessional with their answers, rude and uneducated. Nobody in a customer service position should have such behaviour, specially in customers in need if help and solutions.Absolutly unnaceptable and disappointing. Really do not recomend. Lack of professionalism and emphathy.

This company is a disaster. I was a customer of ABCOM before but since they bought it, the issues started getting more frequent. We have internet cut offs almost every week and when you call their "Customer Support" they reply with "There is a general issue in your area, the technicians are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible". I work remotely and to do my job I need a stable internet connection, so I had to find other ways to connect with internet sometimes even risking my job. I worked remotely even when I was an ABCOM customer and even though the internet speed was claimed to be lower, I did not have so much issues. This company now is a disgrace

Before I travelled to Tirana airport, I researched the cost of a sim card.You can get a sim for around 1,100 lek giving you calls/texts and 2gb of internet, perfect for my trip.At the airport they say that you can only get two sim plans, costing 2,500lek & 2,900lek!Why do they have to try and rip you off!I think its disgusting, well done Vodafone Tirana Airport I would wait until you get into Tirana and go to anyone of the many phone shops.If you get the shuttle bus from the airport to Tirana it only costs 400Lek and there is free wifi on it.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in my life was the Vodafone Albania. Do not buy a Vodafone card in Albania if you visit. Choose another provider. I have no words to describe how bad their customer service is... Very bad experience with them.

As a foreign person living in Albania i want to recommend Vodafone to all my friends and even to everyone because with the difficult in language and the help of one from the call center and the quick response from the technician. I was a client on Abcom after Vodafone Albania steps in I had a lot of issue .Bad service internet issue weekly level . At least on average 20 days without internet yearly and issue at least 2 instance per week.I risk my job because of this provider

Cheater cheater composoviter The worst company in Vodafone history The only company on earth where costumers have no rights whatsoever. Have employed the most rude and uneducated employees in Albania. Because they use them as slaves by paying the lowest wages in Europe. The computer in the shop is 30 years old and you can’t pay the bills if you don’t have the exact amount because they carry no charge in their tills.

Every year it becomes worst, you steal from people and tourist, you need to be shamed! We paid for 2 sims 50 euros 25 each sim and it lasts only 21 days!!!! Then after this you need to charge it with another 20 euros to have 30gb internet and 15 euros for 10gb! Just shame on you! Don’t choose this company, next time I am going to visit Albania I swear I am going to choose better companies!!!

The worst company with the worst services. 16GB internet in 12 days with wifi at home and in the office. 16GB internet when the phone only scores 1-2GB used?The rates are then among the highest in the world calculated for basic pay!When you try not to renew your furniture contract, they renew it for you without even accepting your denial!Not to mention the fixed network which in addition to not maintaining the advertised bandwidth, is full of filters that only the mail and some web pages can visit!

If you are a tourist in Albania avoid Vodafone at all cost! You get 40GB of internet for 23€ but it doesnt work at all! In the center of the city of Sarande, in the center of the city of Vlore, the signal is full but the internet works very very slow, almost unusable. If you can, try to find some other internet provider!

Best communication provider in Albania. Also my first choice for internet and tv platform.

The most stressful phone operator ever. They will always play tricks, for instance, if you have an offer until 24 May, that means until midnight of that day. You have to keep topping up so that your number doesn't go passive. If you don't top up for 7 days, you "lose" all the money there was in your card. Honestly, absolute thieves.
