Vivid seats are the BEST ticketing service website. They are the only ticketing site where you earn a free ticket after purchasing 10 tickets. The customer service fixes any issues within 24 hours and they work with you to find a reasonable accommodating solution to your problems. The only issue that I have is all of the extra service fees that they charge on top of the ticket prices. If they could fix that issue, then everything would be perfect.
So i was in a bind with parking and decided to look on Vivid because I trust them and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! First representative I spoke with was awesome and communicated with me quickly! The second representative- same thing! They were able to find me GA parking in a super convenient and easy to get out spot! I will definitely be using Vivid again! Highly recommend them!
So I could receive my tickets and the first agent went through all the necessary steps to trouble shoot. Since it didn’t work they transferred me to Wayne which was amazing and replaced my tickets. The show was great! All of the artists put forth their best effort! The only issue was that Kierra Sheard’s microphone kept going out in her first set, but she kept singing as though nothing was happening. She tried to overcome it and was phenomenal!
Wasn’t Worth the ticket price to see postcard from earth the technology was absolutely amazing. There are some terrifying escalators which climb dizzying heights to bring you to the upper levels. If you suffer from vertigo I strongly suggest you take the elevators.
Absolutely terrible experience with Vivid Seats. I purchased 6 tickets for an event, and they only provided me with part of my order. When I reached out to their customer service for a refund or to get the rest of my tickets, they were completely unhelpful and rude. Update to the companies response: They are not being honest about the situation. The seller sent the tickets from multiple sites. The first email I received was from stubhub, I accepted the tickets and received an error that the tickets were not associated with my email. I tried everything and still no tickets in hand. Instead of holding the seller responsible, I am out $2k because they refuse to admit what the issue really was, the seller messed up in transfering the tickets. Worst company ever. I accidentally put the wrong email I called the vividseats customer service and they were so amazing!! I been buying all my tickets here always good deals. and they changed my email no problems!
I loved it so much the security was really nice to the audience and the concert was one of the best ones I’ve ever been. The pit wasn’t too crowded and you could move and not be pushed by others, and the venue was a really good venue and I really enjoyed my experience and so did the people I brought with.
The fees are a bit ridiculous especially on top of an already inflated ticket price, but it's all my daughter wanted for her birthday so I paid the high price. Thank you for the 10% off. Now let's hope these tickets are real. We are flying in from Boston!

I regularly use Vivid Seats to get tickets and go to baseball games that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford to attend. It’s a great service, but if there is one thing I would like to see changed, it would be that all of the taxes and fees involved in a ticket purchase would just be included in the face price as you search for tickets. I always have to account for some overhead in fees for each ticket I buy. Its fees are far better than some ticket merchants, but I think that being honest with the fees upfront is a better choice.

Conan is not exactly my genre but it was my daughter's first concert. Her and her friend had a great time. The show and and production was very good. It took a little bit to find a spot that was good for us to watch the show from but the view ended up being very good.Skyline Stage at The Mann, the physical venue is just wonderful. When I walked out on top of that hill and saw the city. Wow!! As the night went on I just felt like I was tucked into a grove.I will definitely look into future concerts there just so I can revisit The Mann Center. Thoroughly impressed!

“HIDEOUS Customer Service Dept.”

Been purchasing tickets from Vivid Seats since 2009; but no more. Tried for 40 minutes to get through to speak with an actual Human Being. Only had but one question that would have taken all of 30 seconds to answer. I shouldn't be surprised; though. Customer Service in 2025 America is all but dead. “Dishonest”

I purchased tickets based on best seat availability. I choose my seats and paid what seemed top dollar for them.Tickets were not released until two days before show. Navigating the process to even get tix was confusing. The seats I ended up with were the worst in venue- very last row and tight with no leg room. We could barely see the actors on the stage. “False advertising”

If you are in Canada: Do NOT under any circumstances use Vivid Seats! They advertise as Canadian dollars and then go ahead and charge it as American and then refuse to refund for them misadvertising! I was quoted an amount all the way across the board until I went to buy something for my kid nd didn't have the money to do so because the USD conversion was almost double what I agreed to. I called customer service and showed them the proof and they sad too bad so sad. Our policy is we are an American company and charge American dollars, even if it says CAD, you should know it's USD. “Don't click purchase tickets”

Because the website does not confirm that an order was placed, it looks as if the purchase did not go through. If you click again, you have just purchased another ticket. No refund will be given even if you call immediately. The website needs immediate redesign to confirm an order was placed and then direct you to check email. I can't think of any website I have used that doesn't do it that way.

“Would not refund tickets that were double the price”

I do not realize vividseat was a ticket reseller and was not the concert venue. The tickets I purchased was double the price of the venue. Within an hour of purchasing the tickets I tried to contact vivid seats but it was Sunday and they were closed. When the opened on Monday I called and ask for a refund but stated the tickets had already been transferred. They are not following their own policy stating that their tickets are "comparable". First timer using Vivid Seats (VS). I made an error, I had deleted and trashed the email that display confirming the transfer of seats. I was very patient, I made a total 7 calls to VS, gave them alternative emails, talked to Ticketmaster and MLB Ballpark since VS had requested that they would help me. Both Ticketmaster and MLB told me that i needed VS to resubmit the email of transfer seats so tickets can be displayed on there end. I tried to sell tickets on this site a few weeks ago. There was a problem with the upload of my tickets, so I called Customer Service immediately after I received an email telling me my transaction had been canceled. They said they could not help me because they could not verify my account after I gave them every piece of personal information I had. I just received a charge for $360 dollars on my credit card. I called their customer service again to have them reverse the charge and was told again they could not verify my account and I would need to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they could not help me. “Avoid it please. Overcharging you by 100$ just for 4 tickets!”

Horrible customer service, overcharging and fraud company that steals your money right in front of your eyes! Let me tell you what exactly happened: I got 4 tickets (etch 47$) through Vivid seats. The total charge became 261.64$ at the end. When I got the ticket's pdf, the price on tickets was actually 30$ only. Vivid seats not only overcharged me for 17$ for each ticket (total 68$ extra) but also charged me 10$ for delivery (just an email) and on top of all charged me 63.64$ for service fee. For those 4 tickets that I should be charged something around 150$ with the service fee, I paid 261.64$. This means they overcharged me about 110$ with no reason. The story did not end up here! When I asked for cancellation, the Indian outsourced customer service representatives who could not speak English well, refused to connect me to the manager and said that they are not allowed to cancel, or connect me to a manager! Purchased NFL exhibition tickets weeks in advanced and was charged thru PayPAL. Days before the game I waited for an email confirmation and never got one. I've used Vivid Seats a couple of times now, but my last experience by far was the worst. I ordered tickets for a basketball game 2 days before the event - and was guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered on time. Come to find out there's absolutely no guarantee at all, 90 minutes before the game I still had no tickets and tried to reach customer service...but they were closed (no number to call, no online chat). “Stay away from this service!”

Stay away from this service! They charged a $140.00 service fee. When your service is horrible and cost more than your tickets that is bad! We didn't receive our tickets until two hours prior to the event and the location was a tow and a half hour drive for us so we were very concerned we were not getting our tickets. In the end you are better off buying from Ticket Masters or a shady dude with a trench coat in an alley.

Game, parking was supposed to be taken care of for us as I am handicapped. As we got into the line we've realized we didn't have tickets and since they had a refund policy if we don't receive tickets in the time, they would refund. So I ordered the parking ticket. $54 yes you read that right. Again I am handicapped and I just needed to get into parking. 25 minutes went by and I still had not received confirmation and delivery of my ticket. I rec'd an email to get a 10% discount. Clicked through links on email and it would not apply. I ended up calling customer service and she mentioned a minimum however the email does not mention this anywhere that i could find. Clicking through email links I still didn't see it. I spend over $100 on 1 ticket and she claims there is a minimum. I do not see that anywhere either. And WHY would you send me an email w/discount that was not usable bc it was obvious what price point and buying only one ticket? False advertising...?
