I bought what normally sells for over a thousand for around 75 bucks... yesterday. I'll be surprised if they send anything other than excuses but the item was so cheap and I've been looking for so long that against my better judgement I took the plunge. Their ad popped up on a Google search as one of the stores selling that product. I'll post updates here if there are any...

Any shipping confirmation?
I got a shipping notification and an overseas tracking number with a note saying it could take up to 25 days for delivery. I've been thru this before, a company sent an item via china post, it was transferred to usps. I was given the usps tracking number, but when it got delivered it was to another address in another town in my state. The post office said the package was delivered, of course. I figured I was screwed because they had proof of delivery. I entered a PayPal claim, explained the whole thing, and had a refund the next day! I figured PayPal was on to these guys. I have a feeling this is going to end up the same way.
Bought an instrument, but I used paypal so I have a measure of protection. Interested to see what happens, maybe worth the price of admissions, or..just the quick dispute and refund
I have been looking at their musical instruments - the prices which seem too good to be true. That said - it most probably is a scam. I emailed and did not reveive a reply, so called the number, which answered something different than website name, i was placed on eternal hold. Hopes of legitimacy shattered!!!
Also the number to call for this company is 205-295-6529. The company that answers is "The Results Co", on behalf of Comcaste. The area code is for the state of Alabama. The company shows itself in Loraine, OH.

I bought a musical instrument with the shape and sound holes I was looking for. The price was too good to be true but I took the chance and thought either someone doesn't know what it is worth, or there was a typo and they would come back with a different amount. But the order went through. The company on the website is in Ohio. I used Paypal to pay for it and thought maybe someone will catch it or maybe I'll get the instrument. I received emails documenting the order. The money went through and I got a notice that the order was being processed. IN SHANGHAI. I was told I would be noticed when it shipped. I didn't receive any emails but checked the USPS tracking system and found it was apparently still in China for about 3 weeks. I went back to the website and saw that there were many musical instruments way under priced, including vintage and antique instruments all under $100. I googled mapped the address in Ohio and went on street view and I was looking at a residential neighborhood with houses built in the late 30s or 40s. I reviewed the website and found curious language in the fine print claiming basically that they are not responsible for the accuracy of anything on the site. I sent an email two days ago to the company and I again checked the tracking system which included a bunch of updates. The updates looked like legit- no links. Then the USPS tracking notices started to include a link as my zip code. I had read the USPS wouldn't include a link in any tracking notice. I realize now that I clicked on the link to the tracking system called 17track from Viugou's email so I'm likely screwed and they have info on my identity. However, the tracking system may be fraudulent too so they may have violated federal law which means the USPS may want to get involved. I'll plan on talking to the local postmaster tomorrow. Fun. Don't buy nuttin and don't click on links from their emails. I think this is not just a rip-off but a way to access our online identities. Forgot to tell you that I got my delivery today. A small package of socks too small for any adult to fit in. (Not the right style for our dogs.) I'll be interested in the company response.
