 What really helped me was the approach of total wellness including nutrition that allowed my energy to come back. As you may remember, I was being treated for adrenal gland insufficiency with steroids. In getting off the steroids, I felt really bad in addition to the headaches. Your advice allowed me to regain balance to my energy level which continues today.
 It is so hard to know how to help your children when they are struggling with "adult" problems like anxiety and insomnia.
