vitasprings.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives vitasprings.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 90.6. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 90.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to vitasprings.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning vitasprings.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between vitasprings.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of vitasprings.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of vitasprings.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. vitasprings.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether vitasprings.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether vitasprings.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, vitasprings.com.

They changed the price after it shipped!! They actually charged more. I have the conversation in email where they added on shipping that was supposed to be free. Here's a detailed account. The response I received when contacting them on 7/3 after I ordered. Hello:We have applied the free shipping on this order for you. We are sorry that the system could only use one coupon each time.I was glad as this was my 1st order and wasn’t sure. My initial order was changed and the original subtotal was 61.47. They didn’t have what they were selling online and decided to change the order by deleting the missing item. I contacted them once I received just 1 item in my order on 7/12.Here's the response I was given in email. Sorry, the first item was put as back order, and we will keep you posted.Thank youNow from this communication here it seems I qualified for free shipping even with the 4.00 coupon. I did try to ask about this in email after the last response but thought, if they'll just change the price, charge me what they want and not even proactively let me know, why wait on another item to be charged at who knows what price!! I canceled the backordered item.
I ordered from vista springs, got a confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation with no tracking number. Called and got a voicemail claiming they were busy to email. I emailed and got a message saying email not receiving messages. Calling my cc company tomorrow to stop payment. The reviews are true, this is a scam company.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. SCAM company. They took my money and i never heard from them. I can’t track my order because i never received a confirmation. I will dispute the cheaters with my bank. Buyer beware!!!
Ordered soap once on June 17th 2023 and received it, never ordered again. Got an email through my spam box on March 26th 2024 letting me know the product was back in stock and if I did not reply within 2 days my card would be charged automatically. Then got another email April 3rd that the order had been processed. Both of those emails I did not see until April 8th when I recieved a package for the same order back from last year.. also found a bank credit card charge on 3/29/24 for the same amount. After calling the company, the owner explained that the items I previously ordered had been out of stock and since I was notified but did not reply, the order was fulfilled. Needless to say, this company is very fishy and reading more reviews I see I'm not the only ones who's been scammed... I will be talking to my bank and blocking any future transactions. DO NOT ORDER
Update: I received the goods in the end, it took 3.5 months from order, but the goods are as expected. The communications from the company did seem very scammy, but the correct genuine items were delivered! Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars =)--Previous review:Kept sending links to post tracking but the links never indicated a parcel was on its way. It’s been 3 months now and my credit card won’t open a dispute because too much time has elapsed. They keep you talking until the time expires.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY SAVING A DOLLAR OR TWO. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY VULGAR AND A 1990 WEBSITE CHECKOUT SYSTEM WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG TO ME. OWNERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. I CANCELLED ALL THE ORDERS AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT CREEP
SCAM COMPANy!!! I placed 2 orders the same day over a month ago going to separate addresses, both said they shipped after I ordered, but neither order has been received. Tracking link says there isn’t anything . They don’t answer the phone except with voice mail, they don’t respond to emails as they say. I would leave NO stars if that was an option.
I placed and order and 4 days later according to the lady that answered the phone it is still being processed but no explanation on what is taking so long. I tried to answer but she hung up the phone before the words left my mouth (that was rude). I guess I'll wait until Monday to see if they have some kind of status on the order and if not I'll have to call my bank and ask them not to make the payment.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! PRODUCT I PAID FOR AND RECEIVED DIDN'T EVEN CONTAIN THE INGREDIENTS LISTED ON THE SITE.WAS TOLD WEBSITE WAS NOT UPDATED AND WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT READING INGREDIENT LIST BEFORE OPENING AND DOUBLE CHECKING FOR THEM! WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS FIRST. BASICALLY SAID TOO BAD FOR ME AND NO REFUND!WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
This company is not to be trusted I placed an order on 9/17 it's exactly 3 weeks later I don't even have a tracking number. I have left voicemails that have not been returned, I finally sent an email and got an automated response about Covid shipping delays and stating that I will receive a tracking number this was on 10/2 and I'm still to receive . Please order from a better company!
I placed an order of 3 bottles of fish oil on 8/27, have not yet received my shipment after 2 weeks. My emal inquiry was never returned. Finally got hold of someone in customer services who had no clue where my order was. Eventually someone called back to inform me that manufacture shipped them the wrong products and do I want to cancel the order all together since it won't arrive on time before my oversea trip. The customer service girl has a terrible attitude. Their manager hasn't yet returned my phone call. Unbelievable!
Didn't think to research reviews before I ordered. My experience is similar to everyone elses. Made an order 5 days ago, they sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which says...nothing useful...I emailed them that the tracking link does not work and after two emails they responded with a status and a USPS number...clicked the link and this is the message.... "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later."Will try again later
Oh how I wish I had read the reviews are well before ordering. It has now been 2 wks and I still do not have the vitamins. Just got a tracking 12/20 after sending two email 12/9 order day.As others have said, it does no good to contact them. Still waiting to even see UPSP delivery. I order vitamins because I need them not just for the fun it. I will never order from this company again going forward.
Placed an order in March, items were back ordered and didn't know if or when they were coming in, so I cancelled the order. Four months later, they send me shipping notification of one item, but not the ones that had been on back order all this time, and then charged me shipping for that item because the order no longer met the free shipping amount. Horrible business. Now I've got to convince my credit card company to not charge me and not pay them.
They dont even have a legitimate email address , [email protected] and the customer service rep doesnt disclose their name. Paid for an order and never recieved it. They said they werent responsible since I chose standard shipping which has no tracking number. They will soon go out business
Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.
As far as I’m concerned this company is nothing more than a another Internet scam. They took my money they fail to deliver they can’t be trusted. It’s been over three weeks since I placed my order you can’t get a hold of them I suggest you avoid them. If there’s a problem on their end they don’t bother to contact you.
Ordered some vitamins 4 weeks ago (Oct 6) Got an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. Never came. Emailed "Customer Service" and they told me to expect a tracking number soon. Never came. Called "Customer Service" a few days later and she said the order has not even been shipped yet - still waiting to receive the vitamins from the manufacturer. So here we are 4 weeks later and still nothing. These guys are the worst. Based on all the other terrible reviews, it's obvious this is just how they operate. I wish I had checked up on them earlier.
Customer service was non-existent. I sent three customer inquiries asking for the status of my order (when it left the warehouse, tracking number, etc.) None of my questions were answered. After numerous inquiries, the only time I received a response was when I finally asked to cancel my order, which they wouldn't do. Very rude. Impossible to track my order. Worst experience of online ordering ever. Still haven't received my order.
I totally agree with all previous reviews. This company is awful!!!! Not sure how they actually survived and stay in business.Forget all advertisement on their site. I placed an order a month ago and no one even bother to let me know that my product is out of stock. No, I had an electronic reply that I will receive it in 5-7 business days. only after I contacted them I got a notification" Oops we will send you your tracking later today! Complete disaster!!!!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
