Is vitamart.ca Legit?

Extremely overpriced item, regular selling $6.99, currently selling exact same product at $69.00. Product in no longer available, thus overpricing to an out of reach rate! Will NOT price match even though advistised as such, zero customer service or effort to make right. Warning to all!! Corporate greed at work 100%

This website is trying to steal your financial information. I tried placing an order with two different credit cards since it was refusing the transaction. I almost immediately received a phone call from my bank fraud department. They copied my online wallet. I will have to put a flag on myself with Transunion and Equifax. These people are scammers.

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑FRAUD ALERT 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑I just got off phone with bank as I got a fraud alert while checking out at the end of my order an I called a sure enough they stole my credit card info,my identity all is compromised!! I’m so mad right now!!

I thought I did my homework before trying to buy something from here, I looked at reviews and only bad reviews were customer service was hard to get ahold of. I tried to purchase something from here and when I put my info in and my card details it sent me a push notification saying I had to Enter it to order. After doing that it said declined, I tried again it said declined. Not thinking anything about it I gave up, 10 minutes later my bank sent me an email saying I set my card up in some ones wallet for apple pay which I dont have. I went into my bank and locked my card just incase and went to bed. Sure enough my banks fraud department called me this morning saying my accounts are locked for identity theft and I told them what happened. I know have to close all my accounts had to put a flag on my indetity with eqifuax it's a nightmare.

Made a purchase on sept. 23, 2024. Order is still in processing.Sent 2 emails and received no response.On another note: the website has been reported for phishing.

Ever since my first purchase, this business has been my go-to for literally anything health. The shipping is crazzzyyyyy fast, I even get surprised when my order arrives in like 2 days from purchase date, which means processing takes no time at all. I definitely recommend!!!

Given some of the older, negative reviews for this company, we hesitated to shop with them.We're glad we took a chance!Service was fast and efficient. It was one week from the time we ordered (10 PM PST) to delivery. That's good considering we live on an island that can delivery by a day or two.

I haven't had any issues with Vitamart and find their products are usually cheaper than elsewhere. Shipping is super fast too, usually a couple days. I have been shopping with them for years now and find just about everything I am looking for supplements-wise.

Ordered still waiting at 8pm been out for delivery since 11 am now 8pm they are using some unknown delivery service.A windows of 10 hours for delivery is unacceptable something makes me suspicious and that’s not a good feeling!Update received my order at 9pm driver had car problems .

I order 2 items, received 1 of the items with in a couple days and have not yet received the other item, tried emailing several times and not one person has replied, have called a couple times and you just get a answering machine and nobody has called me back.I order through several online companies and this is the worst by far. Will never use them again after I get my money back or the product.

In Oct 2022 (yes, 2022) i used the coupon code for 10% but it didn't work. When I contacted Customer Care, they offered 10% refund on my credit card. This didn't happen. From Nov 2022 to May 2023, the Vitamart Customer Care Team didn't resolve this issue. In May 2023 they gave me a new coupon code which I tried to use on Feb 11, 2024, but the code didn't work. How hard is it to have Customer Care do the right thing?Update on Feb 24, 2024 VItamart has resolved this issue. Thank you.

I put my old post code on my order I started calling at 8am and ever Half hour NEVER got Answer. I email them about the problem NEVER heard back from them!!🤬Just got email order has been shipped out. So unprofessional. What's the point for a Customer service line if there NEVER answer??????????

Received my purchase in 2 days which was amazing! The items were on sale which was a bonus. I have had great difficulty finding this particular product in the usual pharmacies. Very pleased that I found Vitamart! Will definitely use this company again.

I received my order promptly; however, the expiry date of one item is not as shown on the site. It shows April 2024 on their site but the product received will expired on Jul 2022. I sent email and left multiple msgs but no one follows up. I would rather buy it from another company as this is considered fake advertisement. I wouldn't have pick the product if i knew the expiry date.

11 days after my expensive order was made I still did not receive it. My attempts to get a response from vitamart.ca failed - no one answers the phone and once you leave a message no one gets back to you. When you send an email it takes them days to respond, and they don't provide answers! They never sent me the correct tracking number, and the one they did send is invalid. Such a bad experience, such horrible service!! shame on you vitamart!

I ordered a couple supplements almost a month ago, that has to be returned to sender for an unknown reason, and have yet to receive a response from anyone (I sent 3 emails). I will be sure to order from pretty much anywhere else

This is the second time purchasing from Vitamart, first time was in January of this year. Their customer service is second to none and I am very pleased with the products they carry. They respond promptly by email if they are unable to answer the phone; if a situation arises that staff has no control of when placing an order it is quickly remedied on contacting them. (I am a bit grumpy at times with little patience). Wish I had found them sooner but better late than never. Great products and delivery is a breeze! Highly recommend Vitamart for vitamins & supplements. Wishing everyone at Vitamart Merry Christmas and may Vitamart continue to have a prosperous 2023 that outshine the other companies!!!
