Shopping with Vitaly for close to a decade, I get many compliments on the jewelry and it has all lasted all these years; minus 2 thin chains I pulled too hard during partying. my fault! I've recently bought some new things (yay ear cuff, gifted a lip cuff), and the quality is excellent. My 55cm Riot chain arrived yesterday and I'm IN LOVE. it's my favourite, a fantasy really. Comfy and sexy.Never had a bad customer service experience, though I haven't returned/exchanged more than 2 items. Happy to support local, especially when it fits my lifestyle.

I receive never ending complements on my Vitaly jewelry. It is striking, obviously quality, and unique. As a professional physician I can say that the jewelry is truly universal in its appeal.

I had a "refer a friend" coupon denied to me because of some software red flag. Luckily Ryan from Vitaly filled me in on what happened on their end and then supplied me with a new code to fulfill my new order. He was quick, informative and completely solved my missing coupon and was ready for more! Meanwhile during all of that he contacted the ambassador program team to assist in correcting my Instagram name on file.. so I could continue getting more discounts! An excellent costumer service experience!

The necklace I got for my birthday came slightly broken - when I reached out to the team, they were quick in response (less than 48 hours) and immediately resolved my issue and sent me a new necklace. All of this happened within a weeks time! I was very impressed. The new necklace I got was perfect and I will always love this brand and the thoughtfulness they have for their products & customers.

I had a really great experience with Vitaly's warranty claims folks recently. I've owned one of their pieces - a Warp necklace - for about two years. A critical pin worked itself out of the necklace over time (I wore the necklace...a LOT) and so I contacted their customer service to ask for warranty service. For a variety of reasons they did me one better and shipped me a replacement at no charge. Everything was very prompt and they were professional and courteous. I have been buying vitaly accessories for years and am really very satisfied with the quality. Something broke off one of my rings and I contacted Vitaly directly. A new ring was sent to me free of charge by express within 3 days without any problems. In this day and age, many retailers promise such a guarantee, but Vitaly has really kept its lifetime guarantee. Top!I will remain a loyal customer and look forward to many more designs. Marcel

Let me start off by saying that I ’ve been a Vitaly customer for years… and love the style and quality of their products. I’ve bought and wore their Kunai - Matte Black chain religiously and I’m given compliments daily ever since. It goes with casual and even dressed up (how I use it) it’s considered my show piece. The reason offer my review is to let everyone know how amazing the support staff has been over the years. I’ve had to get a necklace replaced once in 5+ years for reasons that had nothing to do with quality but more my own fault and support helped me out!!! Thank you Vitaly for the help and the amazing piece.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. 50CM RIOT CHAIN CAME WITH A DEFECTIVE CLASP. ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING. THE COMPANY PUT UP A WALL AND GAVE OUTRAGEOUS INSTRUCTIONS LIKE TAKE A PICTURE, WRITE A HANDWRITTEN NOTE, AND STUFF LIKE THAT. CHARGEBACK INITIATED NOW. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Great jewellery, i love the minimalistic brand style. The products are of high quality and packaging is adequate for this price. Customer Service also very good they answered my mail literally in 10 minutes. Shipping was very fast, returns easy, overall i can say that this was the best online shop i ever ordered from.

Stellar customer service, I have a few pieces from them! I got a slightly defective piece and within an hour they already sent me a new one after providing details and pictures. Also i have contacted them a few times for informations and always had an answer within minutes of asking. This is what a good customer service should be. I had my few share of really terrible customer service and this is a breath of fresh air and im even more proud for supporting them and wearing their jewelry.

Although my bracelet broke, when I emailed about their lifetime warranty, the responded immediately with a short list of requirements. After I submitted photos of my broken bracelet, despite saying it may take a couple of business days, within a couple hours they responded back to me approving my request. And within a few days I received my replacement bracelet. The service was great and they live up to their lifetime warranty.

I currently own 3 pieces from them (2x frenzy chokers in silver and gold, overhaul x dropdead) just purchased my 4th which will be the “Alert”. Nowadays it’s pretty hard to find quality chokers that actually choke and doesn’t just sit like a necklace! Outside of their jewelry, Vitaly’s customer service is amazing! My overhau x dropdead choke came apart and the within a few hours after emailing them they shipped me out a new one !

Pieces at Vitaly are very well made, durable with a nice weight to all pieces; from their necklaces, rings and bracelets. I’ve ordered a few pieces within the past few years and find myself comparing Vitaly pieces to the ones in store (of the same material and price point.) Always find myself coming back to Vitaly. As for their customer service, 100% satisfied. They get back to me quick with any questions or concerns, they are attentive and AWAYS friendly and professional. Will always check back on a regular basis, and know that I’ll be taken care of if any issues arise. thank you Vitaly. :)

I recently had an order arrive for two rings I bought. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, one of the ring models was swapped and I received a different ring alongside one of the original models I ordered. Two emails and a quick pic to the support team and I had a new order number and shipping tracking for a replacement ring of the correct model. This took all of 5 minutes. Super efficient and helpful! Reasonable steps to prove issue and provide a happy outcome. I’m glad that Vitaly has great customer support staff to accompany a brand with amazing designs.

Horrible experience. Received bracelet. It was too big so immediately wrapped it in original cloth and packaging. Had some difficulty returning as they said order# was incorrect. Then after 2 wks no refund asked and said they would check into. 5 days later told me it had been returned without cloth and scratched. A very disturbing experience.After reading your reply I am just more frustrated . As I said I immediately repackaged and mailed it. The event that I needed it for was after my return date. Your reply has not increased my confidence in your company.
