Like the options available but don't like the difficulty in making the certificate a gift purchase. First try to validate my credit card got checked as a fraud purchase. Had to work through the card company to clear up. Gift certificates should have a separate line for the recipient and not the purchaser.

Awful, just awful. Purchased gifts for myself & family members for a vacation and were not able to actually book or use the vouchers.Sad part is we have had amazing experiences with Virgin Voyages and their customer service. This division could really learn from them!The worst part is knowing they can’t be used they are still selling them on their website! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Being in New Zealand and wondering what to give relatives in Texas for Christmas is always a challenge.Rather than just a Dollar amount gift card why not provide an experience for them to enjoy together. A very good selection of experiences is available to choose from. Descriptions of inclusions and exclusions are clear along with any T&C's which may apply.Selection, uplifts and checkout are straightforward.

Still awaiting the email but the purchasing was super easy online. I chose the gift card so that the person can pick out the perfect t adventure and I know I still had something to do with it, lol

Offered a booking to a location that is permanently closed and will not respond to any inquiries via email, phone, or social media regarding a refund... I should have seen it coming from the location having no name and saying "Franklin, TN"

I would like a call or email, please. I have used the helpline but have yet to be successful. No answer. I bought a voucher for a race car driving experience and when I went to book, it says there is nothing available.

We love these food tours through Virgin Experience. So far we have done the Ethiopian Food Tour in Washington DC, the Old Towne Alexandria, VA (the tour guide - Wayne Keyhoe was absolutely outstanding - would love to do more tours with him). Looking forward to the Georgetown Tour which Wayne told us it could be the very best.

I purchased an experience for my husband and put the wrong email in, so I did not receive the voucher. Natalie B took care of it in less than 24 hours much to my relief. I was terrified it was going to be a hassle fixing the problem I created, but Natalie B was great!

The ease of accessing your website. The exciting manner in which you presented the restaurant and the upcoming dining experience was very good. This is the fourth time I've given a Virgin Experience Gift as a present! My gift recipient loves getting them and has been impressed with each one they have gone on. They said the Experience was easy to book and redeem and they had a great time on each one. I ordered the Philadelphia GO City Sightseeing Passes for 2 adults 24 hours before the trip, not immediately realizing it might take DAYS to actually be able to use it. When I went to redeem the pass the first available date was 4 days from tomorrow. I still redeemed the voucher in hopes of being able to use it on our weekend trip. Let's see how Virgin Experience works out. Keeping fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

Easy to purchase but difficult to redeem - a complicated, tedious process for what should be a relatively simple process to redeem. Will not be purchasing again from Virgin, will go direct in future - most tedious and no customer support to date...

I purchased a 2 day pass for the Big Bus in Miami. When making the booking, I typed the dates the way we write them in my country; however, that was not the correct format and booked for some random dates. I wrote an email and everything was sorted so fast; the service provided is incredibly good. I have already made a second purchase and I have also recommended this web to family and friends.

I purchased the “date night” package so my son could take his wife out in Austin without her having to plan it. Purchase was easy! Hopefully the date will be great- there was a variety of experiences to choose from.

This experience was great, the pilot was super knowledgeable and trustworthy and I felt safe the entire time. The only piece of feedback was the food was a bit disappointing at the picnic but the views made up for it. And the experience was over in 3.5 hours whereas I thought it was gonna be longer so I feel like we didn’t have enough time on the ground but it was still a great experience.
