This website gives VIP-Cigarettes a 58.3 out of 100 of that website being a scam. I am here to tell you that it is a 100% SCAM! They wanted me to buy 10 cartons of cigarettes for $190.00. I talked them down to 5 cartons for $110.00. And I got ripped off! I should have known better after finding out that not only was it a communist Chinese country, but they wanted me to pay with either bitcoin or send the money by Western Union. So for whoever runs this website, you no longer need to say that it has a 58.3% chance of being a ripoff. Take my word for it. You can now say that it is a 100% chance of being a ripoff. I checked out this website before I tried to buy the cigarettes from VIP-Cigarettes. If it said that there was a 100% chance of it being a ripoff, I would have never tried to buy from them. So please adjust your rating to what it should be. Thank you.
