vionicshoes.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives vionicshoes.com a low trust score on the platform: 19.7. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: New. Suspicious. Dubious.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 19.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to vionicshoes.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the New. Suspicious. Dubious. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning vionicshoes.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between vionicshoes.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of vionicshoes.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of vionicshoes.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. vionicshoes.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether vionicshoes.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether vionicshoes.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, vionicshoes.com.

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes that don't fit properly for the last two weeks, to be returned within 30 days. I am constantly receiving generic emails back, with a link that doesn't accept my ID purchase number and email, saying something has gone wrong. I have phoned 4 times and left messages, received one answer machine message that said to phone the number I had already phoned or email using the email address that I'd used 5 or 6 times now. Have the company gone bankrupt? I have contacted trading standards for advice and suggest others do the same.I've also had huge problems with Evri that Vionic seem to use. On one occasion I didn't receive the shoes ordered - that company refunded me, then another time I returned a swimsuit following the instructions for returning, got a tracking number and a week into tracking it, the number wasn't valid and the company claimed they hadn't received it back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYShoes are incorrectly sized and will not take return saying item is A FINAL SALE item. Buyer Beware
THEY SELL THINGS THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK AND JUST SEND YOU AN EMAIL STATING THEY HAVE RAN OUR OF INVENTORY BAD COMPANY
I used to love Vionics - in fact 95% of my shoes are Vionics. But for the past year their customer service and inventory has been really bad. Recently ordered a pair of boots on the Cyber Monday sale. Next day got an email that my boot order was canceled because they didn’t have the boots in stock. I could clearly see on the website that my size was still available and told them that. They said they had an Email stock issue. They said I could go ahead and order them then. I mentioned that I should get the cyber Monday price that I originally got since the cancellation was their fault. Received another email that they would credit me that amount if I placed an order. By that point the boots had actually sold out. I had a similar issue a few months back as well. Thankful that there are other brands that other the same or better quality.
My wife and I have bought shoes from Vionic in the past and they have been fine, however the last couple of pairs we have purchased were very poor quality. We both bought a pair of trainers for a holiday in September. This was a 4 day trip with a little walking involved, the soles on my wife's trainers have started to become detached from the uppers. we eventually managed to get in touch with Vionic and their very slow and rude response was disappointing. We no longer have the packing slip or original email, apparently without this we can get stuffed. When we asked them to check their records we got a very positive no from them.
Do not purchase from this company. As others have written, the returns portal does not work, I have had no response to several emails and am unable to get through on their phone number, it goes to voicemail and no one ever returns you call. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card provider to get my funds back.
Vioniczapatos - This is a Spanish web of Vionic shoes. Beware, the payment is charged in USD and the receiver is the company in Hong Kong. I was informed by my bank that this company is blacklisted as scam so I had to block my card. ---Esta es una web española de zapatos Vionic. Cuidado, el pago se cobra en USD y el destinatario es la empresa de Hong Kong. Mi banco me informó de que esta empresa está en la lista negra de estafas por lo que tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta.
I bought a pair of Vionic running shoes in February 2024 for over $200 US and they are my last purchase with this brand. This company makes very poor quality footwear. The soles of the running shoes started peeling off, segment by segment within months of gentle use. I wore them for one hour, three times a week in my indoor gym. I sent photos of these barely worn shoes to Vionic and they insist that I ship them from Canada to the US ($80 shipping) at my expense and will not say what, if anything they will do to make it right. I am out alot of money and I am very dissatisfied. The shoddiness of their workmanship is unspeakable. I am now trying to glue the soles back together on my own since the waste of money is so upsetting. Can you imagine! For over $200 US.
These sneakers were so undersized. I ordered a 6.5 medium width and they were over an inch shorter in length than my regular 6.5 sized sneakers! None of the sizing on the box made sense and did not correspond to the correct European size equivalent for 6.5 US.
We ordre two times shoes from VIONIC France. The second time was Mai13-2024. And twice they grab the money, but we never receive any delivery despite the cardbox should be delivered in our post box. Delivery from mainland China ?????
Let me start this review by saying I have bought several Vionic shoes over several years and had no problems until now. Somehow when I ordered my last pair, I got two instead of one pair. I initiated the return process and the rep on the phone said that when I returned it at UPS with the QR code the refund would be immediate. Four days later I still had no refund so I called and the rep was so rude, telling me that the refund process was immediate, but the refund would take 2 to 10 days. She asked me if I needed anything else and I said yes you need to tell people that instead of telling them it is immediate and she hung up on me. I will find elsewhere to buy my shoes now.
Let me redirect you regarding this company and product quality, I have worn Vionics for years or did wear. Then I started to notice they were fitting improperly up around the toe and back around the heels. After about 3 pairs being returned I went and did a Google search and the truth is actually on QVCs website but I can’t repost from another site but it does say the company was sold late 2018 and since then the quality and fit has dropped off as manufacturing the shoes pieces has moved to China. Look at all the buyers on QVC with many complaints. There is no longer consistent sizing and quality control, it’s so sad they were once a great shoeHope this helps.
Just don't buy from this place. Debited my account and never e mailed me with an order #. When I followed up and asked for a refund they instead debited my account a second time and tried to tell me my bank who I have been with for 30 years did this. Thank goodness I have a credit card company I have been with for 30+ years who will fix this.
False information about process or returns. Cannot get my refund for item returned via FedEx. Get different stories and changed their story about how and when they make returns and exchanges. Customer service is very poor. Too bad, because the product is good. They take advantage of the situation that you have to shop on line because of covid. Still waiting on my money.... had planned to order more. Not now!
I took some time for my feet to adjust to such a hard, ungiving sole but my plantar faciitus does feel better. However, after 9 months the sandals look worn and faded to the point where they are embarrassing to wear in public. When I contacted the company they said due to the "extensive" amount of time I've had them, nothing could be done. I asked for a supervisory review and received no answer. Obviously you don't wear the same shoe every day so I don't think 9 months is an extensive period of time for $99.00 sandals to last.
I've not dealt with customer service, so I can't comment on other people's reviews.I have plantar fasciitis and my feet are pronated. The arch support and rigid sole has been a blessing for me. Before I started buying these there were mornings I couldn't walk. Now I'm not pain free, but what was agony is now only mildly uncomfortable.I've ordered five pairs of shoes over two orders. No issues at all with payment or delivery speed to Central Coast NSW.
This is the second occasion I have been disappointed with Vionic and had to order Vionic shoes on Amazon because Vionic did not have my size. This is frustrating because I am unable to earn reward points for future purchases. I have been a very reliable customer for years and find this deeply frustrating. Any suggestions for long time customers who should always be able to earn rewards with a Vionic purchase? Thank you. Maureen Jones
Vionic failed to confirm the order I placed for 3 pairs of shoes. Stupidly, I made a second order. Then 2 confirmations arrived, within minutes. It was after closing, so less than 15 minutes later, I sent a message asking to cancel the 2nd order. Vionic asserted that no order could be cancelled because both orders were in process. This amounted to more than $1,000. The duplicated order arrived in 2 shipments, with 2 pairs in one package, and the 3rd duplicate in a second package. That meant 2 shipments to return the duplicated shoes. Vionic also has only Happy Shoes as their free drop-off return. The places listed for free returns are wrong: driving more than 100 miles round-trip led to NO PLACES willing to take "happy returns" scans. With 2 packages of duplicate shoes, I must also pay $14.00 to return shoes. No matter how good the shoes, this inconsiderate customer "service" means I will never order Vionic shoes again. Their return policy is fraudulent.
I think Vionic should do something about all these scam sites around, copying their shoes in different countries. I'm glad my bank realized before I did, but this site is a scam, and until Vionic does something to put a stop to all these scams, I'm not buying any shoes from them, no matter the site
This is the only brand I will wear on my feet as they offer perfect support for my flat feet and history of plantar fasciitis. However I am very frustrated by their customer service. They say they can't reply to my email because of the pandemic (05/2022, it's over) and they do not answer their phone. Just a few days shy of the return window of 30 days and I can't reach anyone to see about a possible return even for store credit.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
