Is violentdelights.co.uk Legit?

I made my first purchase here and they sent it straight away it's just arrived and it's perfect I can't wait to buy more from here they even included a little sticker in my order

So I received one day after an email telling me that the package is in the post office. I was hopefully expecting this. Would have been less stressful if they had let me know straight away. Gonna pick it up today. Hope the dress is alright. I'm from France.

Ordered from here 3 times now. Was a bit apprehensive about first order as the clothes are a bit pricey and sometimes don't fit. When items arrived (only took 2 days, dispatched within 30mins of ordering)beautifully made fits perfect well worth the money and will be buying from them on a regular basis.

In need of some STUNNING mens clothing? Honestly you will STRUGGLE to find better. Placed my first order which arrived ridiculously quickly & well packaged. Sizing charts on their website are accurate so take CARE - everything I ordered fit as expected - L for one pair of trousers was 35inch, XL for another was also 35.Highly recommend this company, really good quality clothing and it honestly is VERY good quality! Will be ordering again.

I needed a Victorian Style Ball Gown for the "The Xmas Carol" Play and Feast, taking place in London this coming December. First time ordering from Violent Delights, and I am not disappointed! The dress is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted! All I need now is a hoop underskirt, to give the dress some volume. Cannot fault my experience, and would highly recommend. Really looking forward to wearing the dress to a very special Xmas event.

I bought express shipping and I live in the uk and I’ve been waiting two weeks and 5 days for my order And it’s only yesterday just been shipped. Don’t bother with express delivery because it won’t make a difference. This is a company that popped up on Snapchat and it’s hard to put the trust into none known companies anymore as there’s a lot of scam websites. hope I can trust this website!

They've updated their website and removed their sale section so it's really difficult to find sale items now. I emailed them to ask where their sale section is and they never replied. The quality of clothing is usually really poor, and fall apart within a few washes! A massive shame considering the price of the clothes

Shabby and substandard clothing. the first time i used Violet Delights, i sent back a jacket which cost around £85, they claimed they never received it and refused to refund my money, despite showing my post office receipt. The 2nd time i used Violet delights, i bought an aviation cap, it stunk of stale perfume and (BO) body odor. The quality of the cap was poorly made and substandard. I wont be buying from Violet Delights again, they shafted me for £85 and their clothing is pure crap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

I ordered a dress for my daughters prom and it was coming up a bit small around the neck. I contacted the customer service and they were extremely helpful. They were quick to respond and went that extra mile to make sure the the matter was resolved. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again.

Punk Rave official distributor.Great customer care and Brad was really polite and helpful when I needed an exchange.Basically I bought a dress in the wrong size and I got it delivered in Italy where I am staying at the moment, so not to make me pay the return and the shipping, Brad offered to ship the replacement free of charge at my UK address.Shipping is free of charge towards a UK address and so is the exchange (you only have to pay to ship the stuff back).Really, the staff is incredibly nice and polite and the clothing is Punk Rave, so amazing quality!

I ordered a dress which when it arrived was too big. I contacted Violent Delights to start the exchange process where I was informed they could reserve the smaller size whilst they waited for me to post the dress back which was nice of them, however nowhere on their policy does it say any returns/exchanges postage has to be covered at your own expense and because it was such a heavy velvet item worth over £50 it landed up costing me almost £10 to return it through RoyalMail which has left a bitter taste to the experience. I will return to Kate's Clothing for future purchases who do offer free returns/exchange labels.

Order #9205Excellent products and service but a lack of stock and size options.This company has an impressive selection of the style of clothing I like, in terms of the quality and they delivered very quickly (within 2 days).My only criticism is that they lack the majority of sizes for the majority of the clothes I looked at which prevented me from buying a few outfits and the one I originally came to order.

Never had an issue the two times I have ordered from here ,the customer service I received and the delivery was so good ,my dress came within two days and I always got a very quick response via email ,no problem at all .
