Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning villasguzman.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between villasguzman.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of villasguzman.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of villasguzman.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. villasguzman.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether villasguzman.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether villasguzman.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

La casa impecable y muy amables
I wanted to write to say our stay at the Villa Bellissima, Calpe in Spain was overall enjoyable, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The villa itself was very spacious and clean. The highlight was definitely the outdoor seating area, fantastic views, beautiful pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the customer service provided by the company. Upon arrival, we had to wait until 4pm for the villa to be cleaned before we could check-in. Additionally, when we requested an extension to our departure time, we did not receive any response from the company, which was quite frustrating. And we had the cleaners on our doorstep bang on 10am when we were trying to pack and get everyone out of the villa. On the other hand, we did have a prompt response from the company when it came to paying for the use of the sauna and jacuzzi. It's just a shame that the same level of attentiveness was not shown when it came to addressing our other concerns. One particular issue we faced was with the provision of duvets/blankets for the beds. Despite requesting them on several occasions, we were simply told they were not available as they were in the laundry and to turn off the air-conditioning, which we did not use during the night time. This was especially problematic as we were traveling with an elderly guest who constantly felt the cold (even in the 28 degree heat!) but especially at night time when it was cooler. We only had a sheet to use. In the end, we had to resort to using beach towels to keep warm, and eventually had to source our own duvets/blankets as we did not hear back from the company. In conclusion, while we had a great stay at the villa, the poor customer service provided by the company was a let-down. It's important that they address these issues and improve their responsiveness to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.
Booked a villa for an off peak season time and paid up the deposit ( over 500 euros ) received a cancellation notice a few weeks later and when we called all they had to say was that we lost your money. We also called the British letting agent who said they could do nothing. Now Guzman will not return calls and fails to return any money. In the meantime we are left out in the cold.I highly recommend that you do not send, give or transfer money to this company as it does'nt seem legit. Avoid Guzman with all cost as you wont get customer satisfaction in any event.......Everybody with complaints against this company, complain to " DEFENSON DEL PUEBLO O UNA QUEJA EN EL AYUN TAM IENTO " who apparently have the power to address these people in the proper manner (like a consumer rights authority)......... good luck everyone.
Very nice apartment (Nautica) in Calpe with a magnificent view!!! The service and contact with the office before the stay was easy and good. We were met up outside the apartment with keys when we arrived! Highly recomend Villas Guzman!
We used Villas Guzman for our holiday in Benissa and stayed at Villa Melanie which we were very happy with, a lovely bright and airy villa with views across the valley and a wonderful modern wet room which you would expect in a luxury hotel. There is everything and more at this villa. Loved it so much we have already booked to go back.Mr & Mrs Woodward
It's not the first time we use Villas Guzman when we go to Calpe and surely not the last time! Our family (with 3 children) is very pleased with their service and was very pleased with our trip and our stay in a beautiful villa. Everything worked perfectly and we are very satisfied with everything. Would like to thank Villas Guzman for everything they do and will certainly coming back.
My family and I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in August 2017, the stay started off pleasant on the 4th day the Air Conditioner did not work. We advised the letting agency and after a numerous phone calls, emails and visits to the letting agency shop, on the 2nd last day of our stay we were advised there was nothing they could do and if we wanted to request compensation to put it on email. We still have not had a response and have now made a formal complaint with the booking agency. The letting agency service is appalling to say the least and if anything goes wrong they do not care as long as they are paid their money. Just wanted everyone to be warned as we do not want them to suffer what we experienced.
Very bad service, the villa has been cancelled 2 weeks before and they did not had a good alternative. Also didn't compensate anything.
Cannot begin to tell you how dreadful our stay in Villa Arc in Moraira was??!! Guzman agents would not allow us this death trap of a villa before we rented it. Kept making excuses as to why they were too busy to allow us to view it prior to renting . Sadly we went ahead on the basis that the pictures of Villa Arc appeared suitable . However , on beginning our stay, two parts of the villa were closed off not allowing us to use it?? The bottom half of the villa was modern and the top half was desperately in need of up dating but one could not access the top half via any internal stair well?? So was not a villa at all, just 2 apartments ?? The air conditioning leaked and dropped into the plug sockets , the sink got blocked and was full of pine needles , the drain cover was plastic and didn’t have a decent cover over it. The railings over looking the view were loose !! The awning over the locked up area of the house didn’t work?? The pathway way to access the side entrance was uneven and there was not any side lighting so was a danger hazard without a torch and the swimming pool didn’t have any interior lighting at night time ?? The agents “Guzman’s”offered to move us to a new villa but that didn’t materialise and they were frankly disinterested in any of our concerns regarding the safety of our children and ourselves?? Please DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA?! OR..... rent at your peril!!!! But be warned !!!!!
the cheating and deceiving, and trying to get you to pay the damages you have not made
Villa L’Arc Benissa….Villa Arc Cala Llobella….Guzman Villa Rentals, we made the mistake of booking with this shower! The following 6 paragraphs were added in November 2019 about 3 months after our stay at Villa Arc. I have popped these 'response to your accusations' paragraphs on as Guzman have foolishly seen fit to try to discredit me? We were 24 family members in 4 rented holiday Villas throughout the town of Moraira. When we had significant problems they would not reply to us for days and then not in English, so strange when they advertise the number of languages they speak!? Typically most of their emailing and correspondence was only after they thought we had left the country, their reply was in Spanish! So weak, so unprofessional! We stand accused on some websites as being freeloaders wanting a rental for nothing......it was Guzman that offered to move us at their expense - that didn't happen of course, it was simply a tactic to get us out of their busy office, we were embarrassing them! We are said to have 'manipulated' the pool railing, well Guzman it was loose and with missing or rusted through screws, there was a huge drop, you would not repair it nor return calls or visits, I borrowed tools and fixed it, with just a few screws, like any sensible father of small children would have done! My older daughter posted that repair on facebook, that was why we are said to be foolish? After some lengthy negotiations and requests for our complaints to be made formal with both the local police and the Spanish version of trading standards, our deposit was returned, less the cost of the septic tank lid that collapsed....so childish of Guzman. Here we are 3 months on and tonight having seen that Guzman have tried to discredit me with their foolhardy and weak defence. I feel cheated at how they have tried to manipulate the truth - so I am here updating my review. I am in construction in the Uk, the septic tank lid at this villa is little more than a cat flap over a huge dark nasty tank of rancid water, would you want to fall into that at night?Guzman are more honest since I have been active on the Tripadvisor type websites. They now make it a little more clear that the villa is in fact two completely separate units with no internal means of connection....How could you put your babies upstairs to bed knowing that? Suppose they woke one night and wandered out trying to find a parent, they would either fall off the edge of the pool into the abyss below or through a wholly inappropriate septic tank cover and drown - such a terrifying thought. No parent in this situation would be happy. Heaven forbid your state of mind if that happened, how could you begin to forgive yourself?Guzman now make it clear, on some websites, that part of the building dates from 1978.....they do not say it has probably not been updated since !!! Lovely try Guzman. Below is my original review from last summer Book with this company if you don’t want to see your deposit again. We booked L’Arc Benissa. Which is now renamed as Arc - Cala Llobella, re addressed too it seems. I suppose an attempt to avoid its past negative feedback? L’Arc Villa. Death Trap Villa DO NOT BOOK IT! IT WAS FALSELY REPRESENTED. Wisely they have reworded the advert now! But you do not get what the poolside photos show! The main patio doors were closed and locked and the shutters pulled shut! Access to those rooms were through a hidden door behind an old wardrobe, crazy !!My family had the most terrifying experience with this death trap of a villa. The photos do not show the true villa. Half of it is closed off for private use. The villa is like two separate apartments. One is a time warp from 40 years ago and the other modern. So the family has to split up. The only way to access the top flat, from the rear, is to walk past an unprotected swimming pool, up a concrete staircase and over a 3m high sunbathing platform with no guard rails. Nothing to protect you from a 3 metre drop onto concrete. The two flats are a total nightmare, trying to keep safe as you pass trip hazards and potential falls. The company promised to move us. Nothing materialised. The stink of the blocked sinks and full up septic tank. Totally blocked with pine needles. My daughter who fell straight through a man hole cover into a stinking tank of black water!!! We have that on video sadly, her bruises still haunt her legs and arm. But let us suppose that was a toddler - ‘Toddler Drowned in Septic Tank’ the headline would read! The air conditioner that spewed out black water into the light switch and plug sockets so that you either got an electric shock or the power went off. There is no useable communal dining area for 14 guests. The lack of shade or awning made huge areas of the patio completely unusable in August. The awning was there and working but we were locked away from the controls! No rails or safety bannisters. Sheer drops off the sides of the pool.Plastic roof lights meant you dare not use the top deck for fear of falling through. The total criminal letting agent refuses to refund our deposit yet we left it immaculate bar the man hole cover my daughter fell through. Terrifying experience. There is a wonderful view. Shame you can’t look at it for fear of taking your eye off your footing. Forget it. Not safe. Not a good experience. So sad when we planned this a year ago at huge cost. The rest of the guests will be adding photos to trip advisor etc but the agents delete, move or rename the property on their website. Truly we have photographic evidence to represent our disaster of a holiday. Someone will be fatally injured here. Date of stay: August 2019

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
