I approached Vietnam Visa VOA in September 2024 to ask a few questions. Susan was also helpful in answering my questions and offered to handle the visa. I hadn't taken it up at the time, as I hadn't had the passport portraits ready yet. After some thought and research, I decided to trust them to handle my visas. Anna is awesome! She was very patient in answering my questions and guiding me through the process. If you don't want to go straight to the Immigration department, these people are the ones who you can approach.

I couldn’t board the plane because of some paperwork issues with the visa. So I called Vietnam visa and they took care of everything very fast and easy. I applied online for a Vietnam evisa Saturday night November 9, 2024. I thought I had filled it out correctly after reading a few guides. However, Monday evening November 11 around 8pm Brisbane Australia time, I received an email from Vietnam immigration saying they needed more information due to me not filling out my name correctly.I could see no way on their website to provide this information, so tried to fill out a new application. This was not accepted, presumably due to me having an active application. So I was stuck. That's when I searched with google for assistance, and found Vietnam Visa VOA. I phone their number around 9pm my time, and Susan answered. She was quick to respond, efficient, and communicated very well in English. She reassured me she could provide the information required and have the visa approved in around 24 hours. I paid the fee still somewhat concerned about being scammed, but Susan helped reassure me the company and her were legitimate. It helped when I found her in several excellent youtube videos talking about visa requirements for Vietnam. Around 24 hours later, I received a visa for Vietnam, and was so happy as time was running out for my flight. I am extremely grateful to Susan. I was really struggling with my visa and I was looking through other people also struggling on the web when I came across this site and I used their webchat and got talking to a person named Anna. We found this agency after we watched the videos on YouTube. We didn’t know that Austrians needed a visa of course and being a Sunday we start looking for via on arrival solutions. Other agencies offer for a lot of $$ Sundays also visa which is apparently a scam since immigration does not work on the weekends. We rescheduled our flight to Monday as the agency proposed and payed 115$ for the next day visa (no further stamp costs at the airport). The agency helped us to save a lot of nerves and dollars, if we proceeded with another agency where we would have bought a fake super urgent visa for 200$ and not received it in time. Very reliable and honest company, we totally recommend 10/10.

Incredible Service. I contacted Vietnam VisaVOA along with 2 other agencies and asked what they could do to help get a fast turn around Visa On Approval Letter.The other 2 agencies asked higher prices for the VOA letter and were confusing with their repsonses.VVVOA responded immediately on Whatsapp (past 9pm in Vietnam last night when I reached out to them). They suggested the Express E-Visa with a one (working) day turnaround which avoids the VOA procedure and additional payment for stamp fees on arrival. All of this was explained by VVVOA.US$95 was paid by WISE and the communication has been fantastic throughout the process.Received the eVisas today (less than 24hrs).100% recommended

We applied for our visa’s through the Vietnam immigration department, we received 6 out 7 with my fathers visa still “processing” status the night before we needed to travel. Susan went above and beyond to ensure my father received his visa in time for our flight. Susan quite literally saved our family holiday.
