Is videoproc.com Legit?

"In truth, I used this application from the beginning and really liked it for its fast conversion speed and excellent features. But when I changed my Windows and forgot the purchase details of the paid version I bought, I contacted the company that owns the application and they responded with my data. And when I had a problem, they solved it for me and explained the reasons. Honestly, it's the best value for money with great technical support. I don't regret buying the lifetime version of the app at all. Thank you and keep it up.

When I changed computer and couldn't register VideoProc, I contacted support and my license was promptly restored. The support team was quick and very helpful.

The "Youtube Downloader" side of the app stopped working back at the end of October, just gives me "Analysis Failed" to all video. I used to like this software and used to find it useful but now one of the key features is broken to all videos I try to download plus we PAID for the software and now half of it doesn't work and they don't seem bothered to fix it. I contacted support and they kept on asking for a log file. There's no log file for converting videos. The developers claim that a problem with a Python update is causing it but other downloaders seem to work ? The problem still remains. Shame as I once enjoyed using this software.

Videoproc is the ABSOLUTE WORSE video download and converter I have come across. Don't waste your time or money purchasing this r_bbish. It fails 90% of downloads you try to process, except downloads you can do for free by simply adding a plugin to your browser. And the editing tools are nothing you can't do for free as well on free software you get with any computer.Don't believe in all the positive reviews. They're fake and purchased. Save yourself the purchase and demands for refunds which will never be provided.

I have used the software for 24hours and it is loads better than my previous video encoder. Great quality and high speed encoding.I will update after a few weeks.

This is great software and usually works without any issues. Unfortunately, every now and again, even the best software has issues. With so many pc configurations it's bound to happen. Then the customer support becomes involved and this is the defining moment of how good they really are. Ricky solved my issue and now all is working again. Videoproc Converter AI is an excellent software and does a outstanding job of what it is meant to do. I bought this software after trying it's free version and numerous other free software and found Videoproc to be the quickest to convert and download videos with excellent quallity. The interface is very intuitive and easy as well. The lifetime license is really worth the money and is highly recommended.

This tool has been perfect for my needs. It's my go-to video downloader. If it cannot find the video at the URL, the screen recorder works just as well for my needs. I haven't even used all the features yet - the downloader and screen recorder are worth the lifetime license.

VideoProc converator AI is fantastic. You can convert any video of any format to just about any other format, without the loss of any quality. Not just that, but there are AI tools to increase video resolution, frame interpolation, and stablization. There is much more included in the program, in fact it's all too much to mention. In a nut shell it is 5 stars from me.

This Tool does it all was AI Photos, Videos, Audio, Down-loader, Fixing and editing all in one, using the power of your machine, works perfectly with my GPU 1080TI which is a little out dated can been merging videos at fast speed and wouldn't know where i would be without this very powerful tool. its great to be able to edit old pictures without having to pay high prices of online site or phone apps. using the power of your machine. The Company seems to be constantly updating with new models and tools. and to have a lifetime access to updates is a bargain. A+

Does everything I need for my hobbies. I love to 4k upscale and interpolate into 60fps as well. Had a little technical issue with the program (more of a glitch), but the support team was very friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Needless to say, I am currently rendering as I write this with no issues any longer. Thanks again guys. High quality product for decent price.

When it works, this is a very nice app....when it works. Unfortunately it has about 10 percent success rate; in other words 8 out of 10 files that you try to download (from Youtube) will give you the annoying pop up "Process FAILED" message. No explanation, just "sorry but we FAILED to deliver what we promise to deliver. I use VideoProc mainly to download content from Youtube and various other sites. I will give VideoProc credit that it actually does work for a larger span of websites, including some very obscure ones. However there is nothing more frustrating than spending 2-3 hours downloading a file, only for a pop up to appear telling you "Process Failed...." at 99%! That's right; it will download all the way to 99% and THEN FAIL! Now I have managed to successfully download a few files and the ones that worked look very good. But with a 90%-95% FAIL rate I really can't recommend this..It's a huge time waster...

This product just works. My kids bring home heaps of DVD's from the local library and who has a DVD player anymore? I convert these to play on my TV. It is great as it is so easy, it automatically sets the correct format and does it's job. I haven't explored any of the seemingly hundreds of other converting formats. Regular updates with no problem.

I've used a lot of video software. Winxvideo is, for me, the best. It's easy to use and many parameters can be adjusted without difficulty. For several years now, I've been using it every day, to change the format of downloaded videos, but above all to reduce the size of the videos I keep, by reducing the bit rate, without altering the quality visible on my TV. If I have any problems, trust pilot responds quickly.A must-have

Having trialled other software, I bought the lifetime licence a few months back. I highly recommend this converter when numerous professional conversions are required. It converts a seamlessly all files I require ranging from 25mb - 1gb, 6-8 gb file into 60-100 mb file in my preferred format of MP4 without losing video quality maintaining sharp picture resolution as well as saving space on external drives. It is very user friendly, anyone will be able to use without any difficulty. Thank you for this product!

I downloaded the Free Trial to see how effective this would be at cleaning up some 380p video that I wanted to use for a project. The result was so much worse than the video I fed into it. It was laughably terrible, and impossible to distinguish images that were easy to distinguish in the original video.I tried tweaking it a little bit but it didn't help. Every person looked like a 1990s video game character wearing an ill-fitting wig. I uninstalled it. VSDC is free and much better at touching up video than this.

I have been using VideoPro Converter for some time now and for various reasons I have reinstalled Windows 11 several times, but due to ignorance it did not remove the VideoPro Program License.And I began to face problems with the activation of my License, because I had exceeded the registration limits.Then I asked for help from DigiArty Support Team,and I was assisted by Adam.
