really poor quality: some pieces were damaged and the mounting holes are not aligned

Only 1 package of 2 reached destination. Contacted them in chat, they were very quick at taking charge and solving the matter, without asking me to contact the carrier myself or any other effort on my part. Received the second parcel within a few days. Plus, optimum quality products, even better than the online description. I am fully satisfied and will order again from their site.

There was a problem with the dimensions and some others. They replied immediately and offered various solutions. At the end we had the possibilit to send it back and they provided a company for the delivery. Very very corteous, kind and understanding.Compliment!!!

I have to say the CS is the best I’ve ever talked to. All the employees are kind and quick to solve any issue.What I can suggest to the developers of the site is to provide an order cancellation button in case of the customer, once she/he receives the order details, decides the product is not what she/he thinks or has any problems with the delivery of the product with pallet/no pallet.I can suggest to the online SM to add more measures details in the product sheets so the customer can understand properly how the product will look once is assembled.I can say you will get what you order and if you will have problems the CS will surely help you quickly and kindly.

I feel compelled to share my distressing encounter with VidaXL, a company that has not only engaged in fraudulent practices but has also failed to honor their promises, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket.In March 2024, I placed an order with VidaXL, only to receive completely different items that I did not order nor desire. Understandably upset, I reached out to VidaXL, who initially acknowledged their mistake and assured me of a refund. Their lack of accountability and failure to honor their commitment is both disappointing and unacceptable.Furthermore, VidaXL's refusal to take back the wrong items further exacerbates the situation, leaving me in possession of unwanted merchandise and out of pocket.In light of these experiences, I strongly advise caution when dealing with VidaXL. Their fraudulent practices, broken promises, and failure to issue a refund have left me disillusioned and distrustful of their services. I received a broken article.I asked to send the item back and to have my money back.they did it very professionally.

I bought a wooden table for the garden from vidaXL online. it arrived and it was obvious it was damaged but not beyond repair. after contacting the service we agreed upon a discount so I would repair it myself.in short: I would not buy the table again but feel confident to order from vidaXL again.

Ordered an armchair and some wine racks from VidaXL. The process was simple and the goods arrived on time. The chair is fine and the wine racks we have to unpack but the boxes are in good order. Overall a good experience so far.

Unfortunately the bed frame splintered a month after ordering it. The bed didn’t feel safe and the wood was very flimsy and soft.*I was contacted by VIDAXL regarding my complaint and we came to a mutual agreement on a refund solution, Alexandra was extremely helpful and communicative, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you. Even though the product was not as expected I would shop from the site again.

Our order was a day late due to the courier but customer services answered our emails and helped track our order through 2 countries, from the Netherlands to Italy and when asked they emailed a PDF manual for us too.

VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, materials and construction form of a furniture piece for that price!!! Half price they show is still too much.I've been get tricked from their beautiful made marketing photographs.....my fault.Parts also arrived damaged and not from courier handling but package assembling.Do not want to waste time and money again with this company to return items.Funny how some companies are making great business selling rubbish.NEVER AGAIN!!

Absolute load of cheap materials reclining spring mechanism all bent sockets for screws go into missing and as for instructions a waste of time don't waste your money never again next weekend off to DFS and something with BRITISH materials and made sturdy and strong.

Worst client service in my life! I didn't receive 1 product from my order. Almost for 2 months I'm writing to their support and get useless answers. After 2 months they tell me - it's not our problem, this product is from another vendor, so call him and find your product yourself. And gave me some web-site of another online shop.Perfect, no words...So I paid to vidaxl and then should do a search of my product with unknown vendor? Actually it's illegal, if you take money from me, you should provide me a product or return money. And a problem with your vendor is your problem. Shame!

Delivered promptly well packed and easy to erect. A well designed and sturdy product. I will enjoy it for years to come.

Site and delivery ok....could be my lack of the italian knowledge but the garden furniture was a do it yourself package..... Terrible.... But maybe this is to be expected for these prices... The worst thing was the size..... The lounge set is certainly not made fot tall people... If you are under 1.70 i guess its ok, but for me way too small. The cushions are very light and made of cheap materials... I will not buy again at vidaxl
