Is vidaxl.fr Legit?

Shipped fast. Description of product good. Quality of product I would probably give 4stars, the prefilled holes for the dowels were too big. Instructions ok, some diagrams a bit difficult to see the details.

Bought à small patio table,good solid item,2 bolt holes not correctly aligned but managed to force in order to build.The design of the base means that legroom is limited,I am 1m 88 and cannot get close enough to eat comfortably,would be a good idea to specify leg room in description, having said that it looks good and is perfect for my wife.To update this review, i was offered a refund or replacement or 30 euro refund and keep the table on Aug 12th,excellent customer service,I chose the 30 euro refund.

Lacking quality control.Wooden dowels were missing from package for our headboard and some drilled holes were not in alignment. Customer service was responsive but we couldn't wait for them to send missing items so had to search and buy elsewhere.

hello, a small feed back about this shi... garden shed. i m gone write something directly about vidal XL. stop celling this !!! after all we ve been trough still it was no sens ; the plan is a joke ( too small , no shape view to see the way to place the pieces ; some part you have to guess it...) 3 pieces and big one ( metal pannels) and for roof at least one pannels was wrong so we had to adapt. too much space between the door and the wall's panel when the door is close. not every where water proof ..... for this price i feel srce...i bought it from gueekbu... but it is really vidaxl product !!!! it s on the carton box and i have the pictures, because the first one came with problems... please read their answer and see how they escape responsabilities.. serriously guys answering that u have no shame.

I bought a trolley that didn't fit at the end. I have been surprised by the excellent after-sales service, the people have been very comprehensive and helpful. Plus, the conditions are unique. I won't hesitate to buy again to VidaXL since they respect and listen to the customer.

I order a TV stand to VIDALXL, the product arrived fast and well packaged. They was a quality issue on the product itself. I contacted de VIDALXL service support and they organized the pick up of the product and deliver a new one right after. So I'm satisfied of their service.

I’ve bought a table on the website. The article was sent quickly. I’ve received it after few days. Unfortunately it wasn’t as expected. But I was able to return the article easily. Customer service was available to help in this process. I highly recommend vidaxl for this.

This is about the sellers on Amazon France and their drop shipments of the inferior VidaXL products. Various vendors show home furnishing assembled BUT never is the manufacturer VidaXL listed. Clearly they are listing these extremely cheap and poorly crafted products way over their purchase price. Have tried assembling many of these and they are the worst ever made. Just now received a night stand from them and the paint is watery not covering the wood. Sending back immediately.

I did a wrong order and it was late to cancel it. The VidaXL team was very reactive and helped me to quickly adress the situation.

I ask for a reimbursement after changing my mind about a purchase and I got a reply within the hour and the refund within the day on Paypal. Money is back in my account in a couple of days. AMAZING SERVICE!!

Very bad experience with vidaXL products. A Bed bought on 09/2022, got broken within 8 months. OK, they have given me a coupon for reduction for next purchase. 3 new items bought from vidaXL.fr website on 17/09. 1 item delivered properly, 1 not delivered till now and the last one is an incomplete product (base of the product is missing and the package doesn't have assembly manual. Terrible service. Pure harassments to customers.

vidaXL was easy to reach, very attentive, and much faster and more efficient than most other companies when there was an issue to resolve, which is why I'm very happy with them.

Awful products, I got a bed the wood is really bad quality, it chips-out which can be very dangerous to children, the screws were too big and the measurements are off. For a full refund I need to return the product as delivered, which is impossible as we had to do some holes to attach pieces together... This company is a scam they know their products are bad, so they rely on people like me that didn't do enough research.

I am trying to return this as yet I have had no response to my original message … There is no mention of weight required to catch the cat, therefore the trap didn’t go off … but the food was eaten … the trap was set correctly … I would like to return the product and get a refund … A minimum weight of cat needs to be added in your description … thank you

“Order partially delivered, impossible to fin a solution”

I received half the items I ordered, after a 2 weeks delay in delivery. We are at 28 emails exchanged over a 2 month period, 2 request for the missing item to be re-sent, 3 request for it to be refund as our previous request are simply ignored. Situation still unresolved. Worst customer service ever.

Bought a Vidaxl storage box (84E) but very poor quality and too expensive to pay to return it to the Netherlands. Tip for consumers:Be very careful...... shipping is free but to return a product you aren't happy with can cost more than the value of the article. J'avais acheté plusieurs choses sur ce site et payé immédiatement car il montrait tout en stock avec livraison en 7 jours maximum. Après avoir payé - ici, l'enfer commence - une commande après 5 jours a été annulée en disant qu'ils ne l'envoyaient pas à mon adresse "alors pourquoi avez-vous accepté mon paiement"? L'autre commande a été annulée pour avoir dit qu'elle n'avait pas de stock (bien qu'au moment de mon paiement elle montrait beaucoup en stock) Aujourd'hui, après presque 10 jours - je n'ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement pour mes commandes annulées. Toutes mes questions au "Support" de cette entreprise sont répondues d'une manière totalement incompétente et arrogante qui n'a rien à voir avec mon problème. Ces escrocs doivent être interdits de vente dans la Communauté Européenne et nous allons déposer une plainte auprès de la Cour Européenne, des Autorités et de la Police! P.S. N'achetez rien de ces escrocs du Vidaxl si vous ne voulez pas perdre vos nerfs et votre argent!
