Is vidaxl.com Legit?

Although the box itself is sturdy enough, the cover attachments are unacceptable. The "buttons" on the box are not long enough to fit securely into the protrusions on the cover. So the cover unattaches each time box is opened. This makes the product UNUSABLE!

It appears the sent parts meant for a different parasol and the parasol arms don't fit together. No customer service line, email only for a response in 24 hours. It appears from the condition of the box that this is a previously returned item (likely for the same reason) that was simply taped up and sent back out. I won't but from them again.

Small self assembly wall display unit,looks great in box but 70%of the screw in dowel fittings do not locate correctly into the very cheap aluminium thumb push in fittings they are so loose and some actually set at wrong depth product not fitt for purpose,.if I could give no stars as rating I would

Wrong size product delivered.Damaged.Complained, asked to replace or refund.Offered £10 coupon to retain the product, or "a partial refund" of £5!Currently awaiting response to my rejection quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The following day, a phone message was left, asking me to "ring to discuss" - at the time, I was unavailable, so tried to ring the next morning at 11:55, to be greeted by a recorded message telling me that the desk was only manned between 09:00 and 12:00. Although it seems to be a London telephone number from which the message was left, VidaXL staff must, presumably, work in a different time zone. No facility to leave a message was offered, so I'll try again tomorrow - most unsatisfactory.This morning (10th July) another attempt to reply to VidaXL's phone message failed being greeted by the same message that their desk only opened between 09:00 and 12:00 - I tried to phone at 11.55.

It's very good experience to buy products from this company. Previously they might have some bad support, but they improved a lot and giving good support in all purchases, which I dint expect. Thanks.

Purchase the stainless steel garbage can container. absolute worst quality for the money extremely difficult to put together not worth the money definitely would not buy from this company whatsoever. Terrible customer service and returns

We recently purchased a Gecheer Garden Storage Cabinet, SKU 340984, thru Amazon. This may be the worst product I have ever purchased from any company. It is cheaply made, poorly engineered, parts do not line up to fit properly during assembly, and assembly instructions are not clear. I will never purchase another product from vidaxl, or Gecheer.If you are thinking about buying one of their products, I suggest you look at products from competing companies .

Ordered a black side cabinet and it's hands down the cheapest tackiest piece of flat pack furniture I've ever assembled. It was also covered in sawdust, at least clean the product so it's free from debris when it leaves the factory

Bare-bones, easy to navigate web based store that does not "oversell" itself, a rarity these days, and much appreciated. Excellent variety and quality of goods. Very low prices. Reasonably quick shipping. Packed well, arrived on time. I could not be happier.

I ordered a stainless steel sink. The accessories did not come in the box. I’ve called them to replace the accessory or even tryed to purchase the sink strainer and attachment still they were not able to help me .3 phone call was a repeat of the first two they state they are gonna send me an email or somebody would get back to me in 48 hours two weeks later no email so I wasted 2 weeks with the customer service department that could not prove any service or solution to my issue

My interaction with the vendor tracked directly with the reviews provided by Trustpilot.com. I ordered two decorative items, a coffee table with storage and a sitting bench with storage. Both items were of solid construction, packed securely, and arrived expeditiously. What more could we ask?

To be honest, I was dreading the customer service experience with this company, based on some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised when they resolved an issue with fairness and expediency, making every effort to communicate and move the process along as seamlessly as possible. Because of this, I would order from them again. BTW, they have a nice daily auction on their site, offering a variety of new items to the highest bidder. Worth checking out!

Got a coffee table.[Edit] 04/24 Customer service reached out to me after this review and offered me a partial refund as well as option to return for full refund. Bumping up the rating given the positive experience and showing care for the customer.Good- quick shipping- no missing parts- easy to install/setup- sturdyNot good- quality(parts don't align - top of table is uneven- slightly damaged(not shipping damage but just chips)- finish(probably need to paint over the black part as it's colour is breaking in places and looks meh)For the price it's ok so didn't bother complaining but would prefer to price the item slightly higher but give better quality. People expect to get what you see and this was disappointing.

Total Garbage. We bought several locker sets. The directions give no indication that some pieces have an up and down. Unless you like spending hours putting together flimsy metal, only to find out that two hours ago you installed a piece upside down because there's nothing that indicates the piece is not reversible, stay away.

The quality was much lower than I expected. Wood is very thin and flimsy, definitely can't use this to bear any weight at all. The top parts were split already before we even assembled it. Assembly was challenging, as some holes weren't even pre-drilled. Interior dimensions are very small, not at all suitable for storing cushions other than small pillows. I will definitely NOT order this brand again.

Great purchasing experience, on time delivery, good quality wood. Putting together the bed was a real hassle. The bed comes completely disassembled (like a cool project for an amateur woodworker). Some of the holes for the screws were not on the right place so I had to use some tools to make them myself. Other than that, the bed is beautiful. I am rating a 3 because of the assembling portion of my experience.

For starters, the swingset I pirchased was super flimsy and way overpriced for what I received. I tryed to contact them for a return and they informed they offer no support, no returns and no solution. I tryed 3 times to reach out and got the same responce each time. This is a very poor shady company with cheap Chinese junk, please avoid them.

I didn’t read any reviews before I purchased from this company! My nest of tables are not what I expected but I actually really like them, the down side every table has a chip in it which is very disappointing especially since they are white so quite noticeable !! My advice is check every piece of the wood before you assemble it, I didn’t so it’s my own fault!! Disappointing though.

Item was received broken. Now the hassle of returning the item and possibly not being refunded the full amount. The online shopping experience is discouraging and not really as convenient as one imagines. The case is not really solved yet. I want full refund of my money. We shall see if tgat happens. Otherwise, i will take that dispute to the bank.The costumer services tried thier very best to help. I will give them high mark for that. The company's rating itself will depend on how its billing deptjudge this case.

After installing the extra braces I was allowed to keep from a new shelving unit, it has helped alot to support my items. Customer service was very helpful in resolving my complaints with the unit. I would highly suggest they consider including 2 braces for each shelf on future orders.
