Not even deserving of 1 star.Ordered 3 items back on the 8th September 2024 but only 1 item arrived with packing slip identifying 1 item. Countless back and forth with Camila from customer support still without a remedy. It's been 6 weeks dealing with incompetent Camila and im tired, frustrated and extremely disappointed. The matter has now been forwarded to NSW fair trading. Please think twice before ordering online from this mob.
I have been trying to order 7 items on the website for 2 days - I'm in Europe - my husband is in the US and I want to order items to be delivered to his hotel. I can't even open an online account at this point - it never explains why I can't check out or open an account. So frustrating. I expected this to be slick service - surely VC can cope with overseas orders and shopping in different countries. Awful shopping experience. Have wasted so much time trying to spend over US$300. I haven't been able to order ANYTHING...how can you make it this hard to spend money on your products?
I placed an order for 2 bras, 1 thong, 1 gorgeous corset. They canceled my thong. Shipped my purchase late. I had everything in my package but the corset. I have always been a fan of Victoria's Secret bras; specifically, Body By Victoria. Have been purchasing them for at least 20 years, mostly in store but some on-line. Recently moved overseas and had not ordered for about 2 years. I did this year and was disappointed to find the quality of the bra has declined. $50 for a bra is expensive, not sure if i will order again. Thank you.
Worst company. Product has been going down hill stitching falls apart fast. Don't be 1 day late on payments because they will charge the crap out of you. Thieves is what I call them. I paid my bill one day late not thinking about it my bill has been charged an additional 85 usd more. RIDICULOUS!!! There are better product than this. I placed an order on July 19, 2024, with the order number VSTH00043705, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been nearly three months, and I still have not received my items.Initially, my order was lost, and after that, I was informed of multiple delivery issues. Each time, I was told that a new order had been created, but then items I had ordered were marked as unavailable. If my original order had been shipped as stated, there would be no need to remove those items.I am now requesting a full refund, as I find the service I have received to be unacceptable. My daughter and I were at your store this past Sunday of long weekend. Service was awesome from minute we walked in. I bought 1 bra and my daughter bought 4. While in fitting room Catherine helped us 4 times. Shout out to very helpful and friendly staff😊😊
Poor service. Whilst I like the quality of some of their products and the range of products available, the online service is dreadful. I waited over 8 weeks for a size exchange on a pajama set that I ordered. I have just placed an order expecting it to be delivered within a week. I have received an email saying that due to high demand there will be a delay on delivery. They have not provided a new expected delivery date. This is the last time that I will place an online order as VS clearly unable to deliver as advertised.
I love Victoria Secret! I haven’t yet had a problem. I remembered I’ve returned a product once not knowing I’ve returned past its date. I contacted the support and they had refunded me. I’ve been buying them over the years. The quality doesn’t always match the price but I do get them on sale. Great costumer service, cute products and flexible in bra size. It’s not easy finding a band size 28-30.
I was sent an incorrect item. Customer service instructed me to send it back to them and said they’ll cover the shipping fee since it was a reclamation. After I had done this they “conducted an investigation” and claimed that the item was not incorrect since they had now changed its picture on their website. Initially they refused to refund the shipping fee (30€ to send back a 34€ product) even though I provided them with evidence of the picture being changed. There was also other hassle with the matter and it took all together 10 emails on my part to get the situation solved.
I received damaged bras. The customer service said I need to ship them back and they will cover the cost after. After reading the reviews I decided it’s not worth the hassle, I was not ready to loose €60 in product and €30 in shipping.. I will just never order from them again
I recently an email for me to call Victoria Secret. They informed that they have been charging me late fees of $ 50 I wasn’t aware since I never got any notification in my mail or email and let her know that. I spoke to the supervisor name Lisa and asked her to if she would remove the late fees of $50 since she was only able to remove $15 which is nothing. As I mentioned they never informed me that my account is late. BS. And not only I had to pay the late fee of 2 months that will trash my credit score. Be ware of their credit card and customer service is poor. And I had closed my account.
Very poor quality of materials for knickers, only 2 out of 5 pairs ordered are reasonably good, I am size 8 and pants very loose, thin material and probably will get worse after washing them. Quite expensive for poor quality, very disappointed as used to be a good brand. Part of first order was cancelled too and no date for sending replacement.

Hi Victoria's Secret gosh your a hard lot to contact.Over 2 weeks ago I received my lovely order. 10 items ordered, packing slip stated 9 sent…only 8 infact were sent. Packing slip showed no inventory list, no details of who packed it just a simple “9 items sent “I’ve been waiting ever so patiently for “ the resolution “ to this which the lovely isai in customer care promised me more than 2 weeks ago . The resolution being the $94 worth of items missing to be sent .He noted the delay could be due to moving of the warehouse?Hope the move has gone well and your all settled in and your inventory team can now review footage of the packing area to acknowledge that my order was infact short 2 items.Now human error in packing an order during this busy move I can completely appreciate . What I can’t appreciate is the total lack of acknowledgement of this error from any one beside poor isai who half the time doesn’t know if he works for bath and body works or Victoria's Secret as he’s greeted me from both in various emails.Being made to feel like a liar who has to prove missing items after buying in good faith from a supposedly reputable seller?Ofcourse you were thought of as a reputable seller until I read your reviews and discovered this is far from an isolated incident.. infact a large chunk of your reviews are from customers who have experienced this exact issue. Ive been purchasing Victorias secret for years now. Specifically each progressive purchase - specifically the underwear - has gone straight down hill. Tried to make an online order and could not use my card- called number given and was told my account was inactive due to non use for a period of time-the card showed it was active until 9-26-they told me I need to re- apply. Nope for the headache and my time I just will shop somewhere else

“Cheaply made underwear”
When they have a 5 panties for $30 don't waste your money or go to dollar store. They are poorly made and falling apart ( unraveling) I started to think they were fake or little kids made them in a sweatshop. I do not have a receipt because i order them online.

“Worse damage delivery and customer service.”
My Valentine's Day order came damaged because apparently massage oil cap was unscrewed and therefore ruined most of the underwear I ordered. Customer service asked me for the SKU number of the damaged items. It was a long list and asked me to choose a store to take my return. I reminded him of the reason I shop online was because I don't have time to go in store and request that the delivery person could perhaps come pick them up. He the proceeds to issue a replacement for the only 3 items that I had typed the SKU numbers for while the entire package is sitting on my table. I have never seen sickly greedy people happy to take the money and can't deliver un damaged goods. Never will I ever spend another penny in that business. “Merchandise very cheap”
To all customers if you shop at victoria secret or pink you may notice there merchandise in clothing is not well made at all. Very cheap fabric and don't last long at all. Spent alot of money at Christmas time and the merchandise is totally absolutely horrible. After Christmas they have a big sale and toss those clothes in bins like there trash which they are so why charge people full price before Christmas when its total garbage. This store was suppose to close totally a while ago and don't know how they survive and stay open when there merchandise is not good quality at all. Then when you call customer relations they always want to give you a store credit which is no good to me when you still want me to keep buying your merchandise big deal. “Horrible outsourced (outside of the US) CS combined with an awful choice of delivery companies”
VS outsourced its CS to the Philippines. The lines are broken, the Reps cannot do anything, and within 7 calls I have been disconnected 7 times. The Reps in Manila are not trained in CS matters, and they have no solution to anything. Also, VS changed its delivery from USPS to some unknown shippers who lack responsibility and do not deliver to the address used for 2 decades. Those drivers return packages, which results items being no longer available. Such a nice company in the past, this is such a shame. Tip for consumers:This review is about service, not products. When it comes to ordering online and shipping is the worst. I have many a times had to replace items over and over again and several times my items never reached my home. Because of these issues they will block your account and you will no longer be able to purchase when it's technically online continuous fault. “Going down”
I visited the Victoria Secret in Fox Hills Mall today. I was sad to witness how it has changed recently. I feel it is related to poor management. It used to be a thriving location, but now it seems unmanaged and unorganized. The help on the floor was no where to be seen until another customer requested help, I rang for help the dsg room 3-times, and no one came to let me in. I witnessed a shopper allowing her two yr old to play with the underwear in the drawers while she ate yogurt, and the mother encouraged the kid. None of the workers addressed this. There was 4 workers that I counted, and it was only about four customers total just browsing including myself. The items were all mixed together instead of being in the proper bin/section for size. It was bad.
“Terrible customer service and operating in bad faith”
My package arrived incomplete with 2 items less than the order. Customer service basically accused me of trying to defraud them by saying "the expected weight of the items you ordered and the packaging at the time it left our facility". It was a bra and a thong which would have weighted 0.01kg or less, could have easily varied on different scales. Customer service then tried to blame the courier company when I repeatedly told them the package arrived undamaged. I attempted to make a purchase and my card was declined. I didn't realize it had expired in Oct because I never received a new card. I called the 800 number and was informed that VS decided not to renew my credit account, even though I only owe them $100 and I pay my bill on time every month. You greedy, arrogant corporate $#*!s just lost a customer. Actually, they're doing me a favor because now I won't be purchasing their highly overpriced, made in China, $#*! products. What a slap in the face, not to mention the humiliation they caused me. Avoid the Victoria's Secret credit card at all costs. Their interest rates are high and their customer service is the worst. As much as I hate negative reviews, I just can't help myself. I've had a favorite body spray for YEARS! It's the Pink Fresh and Clean. I have not been in the store for about a year and when I went back 2 weeks ago. I could not believe it's a quality couple they are selling these days. I understand prices raised 4 every morning after the pandemic. The way they have cut costs and that cheap. Dollar store like Franklin said, I saw there and how they have changed his ridiculous and outright robbery... “Gift card”
I ordered a gift card from this website only to discover that the gift card was never put in package and was loaded and used date of delivery which means employee that had my shipping information waited until it said it was delivered at my location and ran to a store and used it. I look back at the tracking and found the town where it was shipped from come to find out the town where it was used is close to there which means the employee lives in that area. “Worst EVER!”
I feel like I have been totally scammed by this company. My recent order was missing a bra, and instead had an extra pair of underwear I did not order. The tag that was on the bag with the underwear indicates a bra size, and the bag it is in is far too small to have had a bra in it. Sent photos of all the unopened packages and have been told to print labels and go through the entire return policy, send them the underwear (to what, resell?!) before they will credit the bra I did not receive. Without easy access to a printer and the shipping lines during the holidays it is not even worth my time to get my money back. I suppose that's what they are counting on people to do, don't send them what they paid for and make it such a hassle they walk away. I also now have underwear I did purchase that were a set with the bra they didn't send and now don't have in stock, more wasted money. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the second time happened to me for online shopping. I ordered First time online and bought bra n received wrong size. So twice I had to exchange that time. It was in February n March. Now this time on Black Friday, I order backpack to gift someone and they took money n didn't send me confirmation order n order number. “Don't deserve even 1 star”
VS once made being naughty nice. Order promised for Xmas 9 days prior was messed up so many times it won't get here. I learned it would be late so they had me pay 2nd time and promised overnight. Nope I called 5 days before Xmas. Hung up on and disconnected 5x. In my bag they changed size from XS to XL with no notice. No class and no customer service. Never again! Tip for consumers:A reputable company would have stepped in at any of these steps to at least attempt to make things right but they are so disfunctional that they can't even deliver on the most basic of needs.
