Although things didn't go smoothly, Aimee Thorp in customer services went above and beyond to help me sort them out. Such a refreshing change to deal with customer service who actually help you make sure things are right. All conversations were helpful and polite. Couldn't ask for more.

Victoria Plumbing dispatched my order very quickly. I paid for next day delivery so it should have arrived Monday via FED EX. FED EX failed to deliver and were less than helpful! I went on live chat to Nat Wildman at Victoria Plumbing who was very helpful and has arranged for a refund of my P&P costs. My purchase of a new electric shower is absolutely brilliant.

Ordered and received next day!! paid £2 more than designer rads were charging, however 3 weeks after ordering i was still waiting! Victoria plumbing were on the ball, clearly trustworthy and worth paying a little extra fantastic service, thank you. Lesson - use a trusted site !

An item I’d ordered developed a fault within the first year. I contacted Victorian Plumbing through their website and was contacted promptly by Kieran McGrath from the Formby store. Don't trust the photos! I recently bought a toilet from VP as the delivery was the quickest (next day). However the toilet was not as per the photo (the toilet has a side filling cistern which is stated in the long technical description but not shown in the photos). VP are hiding behind the fact that this is mentioned in the description. But given I am not a plumber I do heavily rely on the photos (also why bother with photos if they don't show the actual product?!). Really not good enough.

I ordered the Cove Rimless Close Coupled Toilet + Soft Close Seat but it arrived with a seat that was too small and had flimsy plastic hinges. When I questioned this, as it differed from the image on their website, customer services informed me that the images are for illustrative purposes only and not reflective of the actual product. I am astonished by this response. Avoid this dishonest company.

False advertising The shower wand I purchased is not as photographed or described. Trying to return item at your cost but customer service has issued case as resolved based on the fact that item photos are for illustration purposes only. I even checked the description before purchasing as i knew exactly what i wanted and exactly what i didn’t. Unfortunately the item received is exactly what I don’t want. Absolutely ridiculous and shocking service. Why advertise a product with completely different photos?!We still have the larger / expensive items to purchase like the shower bath & screen and vanity & sink to buy but won’t be buying the ones we’ve picked out from here now.

i need to arrange a replacement WC unit and spoke to Olivia Bott who was very helpful and arrange for a replacement to be sent out next day. This is how a company should work, i have never had any problems when dealing with Victorian Plumbing and would 100% recommend.

It was very easy to find what I was looking for at a very good price. Delivery was fast and good and Customer Service was equally good (we found out after a month when we unpacked the goods that one piece was damaged, Mia Kirby was very helpful and ensured that it was replaced fast and without any issues).

I ordered multiple furniture items, only to receive them all damaged. This forced me to replace them, causing significant delays in my construction project as my builder had already planned around the original delivery. Despite multiple replacements, the issues persisted, with a faulty shower tray being the final straw. Instead of adequately compensating for the faulty items, the company offered a mere £50 refund, far below the actual cost. They refused to accept my return and would not refund. The corner shower caddy which was advertised as a strong suction caddy not requiring drilling and screws did not work. It wouldn't stick. So. Sent it back expecting a refund as something that didn't deliver on its promise. But no! They have refused a refund. They sent me very blurred photos of the shower caddy. There was no clear evidence of any damageThe box I sent it in was perfect even in the photos so how had the damage occurred? The return was made within minutes of discovering that it didn't work. Victoria plumbing is a rubbish company. One really struggle to get goods returned and when you finally do they don't refund money. It is appalling. They are not interested in any goodwill factor maybe because they are so big they can afford to 'burn' customers. We wouldn't use them again and recommend to the public to avoid them like the plague. I have items delivered via pallet that need returning. Victorian Plumbing will not, under any circumstances, assist with returning the items. This leaves the consumer searching online for a pallet delivery company, some of which refuse to deliver to Victorian Plumbing because their returns logistics are so bad. “Worst ever on line retail experience”

This is an aggressive on line retail business that spends much of its time focusing on Google ranking and burying bad reviews. Once an item is ordered it's impossible to talk directly with anybody as everything is done via a painfully slow live chat system. There is literally no phone number on their site. Prices are competitive but the after sales service is so poor it's not worth it. They managed to deliver three sinks all smashed to pieces to me in a week. What should have been a simple order took over my life. Eventually I could stand it any more and asked for a refund. I'm not sure when I will receive this. I now have ordered a sink from another company which is a different size so have further work to do installing. I will never use them again. Tip for consumers:Not worth it ! “Taps do NOT work!”

Absolute joke of a company who sell faulty and cheap products that are not fit for purpose. We purchased a bathroom suite from them just under 3 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with all the taps that however many times you replace the cartridges or entire taps they still drip again after a few months. All taps (basin & bath) have now been replaced. 3 plumber visits and also changed cartridges myself, no drips for 2 days and now the shower is dripping through new bath taps. It's not possible to speak to a real person, all complaints are handled by email, they just keep sending out replacements that also don't work. “Fake Guarantees/Dodgy Manufactures”

Beware: Victorian Plumbing are defrauding customers by offering 5 year guarantees, then after a year or so, the manufacture will ‘go into administration', so they refuse to honour the guarantee. Then, quite miraculously, another manufacture pops up, I'm exactly the same factory, selling exactly the same items, with a slightly different registered name. The result - Victorian Plumbing gets away with not having to honour guarantees. This has been reported to Trading Standards, who are wise to this sort of scam, and are investigating. Please, avoid Victorian Plumbing, they sell cheap rubbish and do not honour guarantees, choose a safe, reputable seller. “So after 20 months”

So after 20 months of actually using my bathroom the valencia vanity units stone resin single piece top has picked stains from vanity product containers. It's almost like they have bleached in and the stain is definitely not budging. I live alone so this hasn't even had excessive use and is certainly not fit for purpose given the delicacy described above. Update: I have been in contact with Victorian Plumbing who could not answer the simplest of questions and refused to help in any way. “Delivery Nightmare”

When the goods have left their warehouse the delivery nightmare starts. Three times the courier company promised to deliver and failed to turn up. They finally delivered without any notice. Hi bought a few items from these. All came ok. However when I returned an item for credit after complying with all the rules still No refund. Can't contact them. All you get are generic email advising they are very busy and will be in touch. Going on nearly 8 weeks now.

“Appalling Service”

Certainly the worst customer service I've experienced. On hold for half an hour to be informed they would not help or even advise on basic details missing from their own product listings. No instructions provided for any ordered products. Delivery driver did not speak any English so apparently could not assist with my initial queries. No response to two very basic customer service emails from over two weeks ago. My advice therefore is to avoid at all costs. Plenty of other online bathroom providers out there which I now understand do actually provide the customer service you'd expect after placing a high value order. Shocking really, not sure how they're getting away with it!?!

Absolute Rubbish, order was over a week late, which was ok but no contact from company to let us know what was happening. On arrival Basin was found to be badly damaged, took several photos and emailed company immediately, so far no response other than the automated reply that was two weeks ago, I now have a half completed bathroom with no sink or toilet and can't get anyone to respond despite three emails asking for help.

Never again will I buy products from this company. Quality is so poor. Spent a lot of money on bathroom suite. Looks nice to begin with, until 4 months later, constant issues with vanity unit having to get replacement drawers as veneered MDF swelling up due to slight splash of water from sink which is ridiculous as supposed to be designed for bathroom. Slow close toilet seat falling apart, had to buy replacement from elsewhere and sink taps just terrible. Wish I read reviews before purchasing items.

Just worth noting that Victorian Plumbing do not publish *any* negative product reviews on their website so don't trust the glowing five stars for every product they sell - they are not accurate as i have discovered after two sets of taps both leaked within two years.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from Victorian Plumbing. Now I realise I am just getting the same run around as everyone else. I bought a towel rail, paid an electrician to install it and it never worked. Reported it 3 weeks ago, sent photos as requested and electricians invoice and they have been stalling ever since. I feel sorry for the staff who have to carry out this appalling system which includes waiting for 12-15 other callers each time one calls. What can one do?
