Very happy with my purchase , purchased an iPhone SE and works as new for an older model, battery life is perfect and phone is in excellent condition . Great service and they were very helpful in store helping me decide , thank you !

Just received my iPhone 13 pro max yesterday. Absolutely thrilled with the phone. It is in perfect condition except for one or two hairline nicks but they are not noticeable to the naked eye unless you look extremely close along with some excess dirt around the camera lenses. This is expected though as it is a refurbished phone. However, I am absolutely delighted with it and it works perfectly. I am over the moon that I chose Viber Store.

Found the phone I wanted after extreme issues with a UK based seller, phoned to find out if it was actually in stock (per previous experience with UK seller), which was confirmed within minutes, ordered online, received next day.Lad very happy with his belated birthday present, but I should have used Viberstore in the first place.Thanks for a great service.

Have to say I was a bit apprehensive parting with a couple of hundred Euro for a phone I couldn't physically touch or view I had to trust the word of the store saying it was grade A. Fast forward roughly 4 days and I received the phone yesterday as I ordered over the weekend absolutely delighted with the phone it's like new in fact had to admit to my daughter it was second hand as there isn't a mark on it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Viberstore from the moment I ordered the phone I have been kept up to date by email detailing every stage of the process. Very happy with the phone and will buy here again it's great to find somewhere you can have trust in especially when purchasing over the internet. Thank you very much will be spreading the word down here in Cork. 🤣

Have to say I’ve been into my phones for a long time and these guys are the best at the business. Professionals at work, our company needed 6 phones and they set everything up and we got 5% off. Took longer than expected to receive product.Product was a different colour than what was ordered.Product running very slow which is very disappointing.

SO happy with the service & iPhone 8 that I have just received. Ordered on Friday, was with me by Monday morning. Very nice leaflet with all information on possible returns included in the package - a nice touch. I couldn't be happier and will be recommending to anyone wanting a refurbished phone. Don't bother with Swappie & the other UK reburished phone stores. Use these guys!

I recently bought an iPhone x off Viberstore. The phone was in perfect condition on the surface, however, I realized that there was an issue with the screen. I brought the phone back & it was replaced immediately with no questions asked. The guys at Viberstore dealt with the issue with ease & I am very pleased with the outcome. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Viberstore.

I've been a customer with Viberstore for a couple of years. Their phones are of such high quality that I've had no trouble. However, having recently bought a phone for my wife and another for myself I've had to go back with some teething problems. The lads in Viberstore couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. Hats off to Cian, Darragh and especially Martin and Paddy. They really went the extra yard to get me sorted and I'm very grateful. I'll be back there for my next phone.....sorry lads!!!!A seriously good place to buy a phone. Hugely recommended .

Visited the viber store today and was pleasantly surprised, staff were very knowledgable and friendly, got an iPhone X for my other half. I wasn’t pressurised into buying it unlike other stores. Product was reasonably priced with a years guarantee, l would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the market for an iPhone or android device.

I called the store direct as I had issues using my Revolut card on the online platform. Darragh couldn't have been more helpful. He organised the sale there and then. I'm looking forward to receiving the iPad for my daughter as another supplier badly let us down with substandard goods.

Excellent service, I called them Monday morning enquiring about the phone as I had never bought a 2nd hand phone before, they were extremely helpful and shipped the phone to the courier that day. I purchased the Samsung galaxy s10 and it's like brand new. I would have paid 250 extra for a new one. If you are looking to buy a refurbished phone definitely check this site out.

Highly recommend Viberstore. I ordered an iPhone 11 pro max and ordered it yesterday and it came today and the quality did not disappoint. Cian answered any questions I had over the phone and was very helpful. I'll definitely shop here again in the future - the prices in Viberstore are great value. :)

Staff here are amazing and very efficient. Nevin was so helpful with a screen repair, good communication and no issues since repair. Since my first phone from here, I haven't gone anywhere else. Would highly recommend Viberstore.

I had a bad experience with this company when i purchased an iPhone 7 from them. From the get go the phone couldn't stay connected to my phone network and would constantly loose service. After trying to stick with it for a few months trying different things to see would it fix the problem i eventually went back to the shop and they gave me a replacement while they were trying to fix it. It came back to me unfixed and still having the same problem so i went back and they gave me a replacement phone. I have the replacement phone about 8 months and i have noticed the battery is degrading very fast... was on 99 when first purchased and 84 now so not sure if i'm just a heavy user or if the phone itself isn't the best. The phone works pretty well overall with some freezing, crashing of apps occurring but i don't think its the phone, i think that's down to normal apple bugs. This company was the cheapest i could find. I would not shop from them again but the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was happy with the service i received.

I called into the store today and was greeted with the most friendly sales associate who couldn't have been more professional . There was nothing about phones he didn't know and gave us loads of options and plenty of time to decide. Really happy with the purchase and phone is top quality . Like a brand new phone . 100% recommend Viber Store. I think the name of the sale person was Daragh . Totally recommend him .

ordered phone late friday and arrived on tuesday (did not do weekend deliveries) so it was more or less a two day deliverythe phone itself was in grade A condition i could hardly tell the difference between it and a brand new phonevery impressed would highly recommend 5*

Outstanding service. Not only was the iPhone I bought cheaper than any other online store, the phone was delivered in less than 24 hrs. I've been stung before so was dubious. I read reviews before purchasing. They were all very positive and I'm glad they lived up to their reputation with my phone.
