Fraudulent company. My server went down and didn't refund my money. He also threatened to sell my activity log records to my Internet Provider.

I like this company and I'm using server for the past 3 years without any issues They have live support and it was useful for megood option was hardware raid and write cache for me because I have website and they enabled it for me for free I'm happy and I hope best for this server provider

i received warnings 2 times First one was for copyright and they helped me to fix it and delete the links Second time i received warning for spamming and smtpThey didn't block my access or suspension the server.They helped me very friendly and we updated the firewall rules. they enable my hardware firewall and set limitation for sending emails per hourly and they sent request to delisting the IP from the blacklist I have this server for 8 months ane i didn't receive any warnings about spamming and firewall is working well for memy experience was good because I was worry and they helped me

i had default situation because i ordered server in Germany and i tried to run my game server I didn't know i should have server in Asia and ping was highI opened a ticket and asked them to change my server location or cancelled my serverI paid too much for license and developer and it was difficult for me to change the IP serverAfter 3 hours they enabled something on my network with free additional cost It was CDN and my server was in Germany and I had local ping with my server with same IP I have still my server and i ordered another one for tutorial and videos in USA location I didn't upgrade my anti ddos yet

Ordered in 2021, they sold my email address to others (used viasky @ mydomain.com so only they would've known), the servers I ordered did not have an active internet connection and also had the wrong CPU being the E5-2660 instead of the E5-2680. Today I received an email from them with a promo code despite having opted out for their "occasional news, information and special offers".

Got 2 servers from Viasky and I have to say despite what I heard from them before, they are pretty amazing. I didn't face any problem with my servers and I could've reached customer support through live chat whenever I need to. so overall I'd say Viasky is a company that you can trust and do your projects if you know how to use a server correctly.

This is the second time working with Viasky I would give him 6 stars if I could. Full explanations and transparent communication. Professional and patient demeanour. Finding a gem of a technical team to work with , let alone someone who takes pride in delivering a job well done. I accidentally enabled my automatic payments on my PayPal account and i sent them 2 payments. when i asked them about the second payment they refunded me the money on the same day. from that moment i realized why some reviews say they steal money. the truth is they don't!I should've disabled my automatic payment in my PayPal.Thank you very much for refunding me even though that was my mistake.

Viasky Servers are very good I used it for two years and i never had any problem. I used the servers for live streaming, their servers are anonymous, I really recommend the Viasky services to everyone .

Do not rent a server from them! They are an absolute scam, they advertised a dedicated server with an Intel Xeon E5-2680v2 (10 cores / 20 threads) on their product page, while the actual service they offered was a VM with shared resources and a Xeon E3-1231v3 (4 cores / 8 threads) which was only allocated a very limited amount of CPU power. Do not get misled by their cheap prices, their product information is a blatant lie.

ordered a "Dedicated server" have nothing but errors all over the place. asked for a refund about 3 times and all they are saying is either, send a screenshot or try this server.it's unfortunately got to the stage where I must let everyone know about these guys. I think its controlled and operated by one guy called Davood Abid.I wish I read the previous review here. I will not stop asking them about a refund. I will never be using or recommending this "company" to anyone.
