viabill.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives viabill.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 65.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 65.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to viabill.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning viabill.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between viabill.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of viabill.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of viabill.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. viabill.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether viabill.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether viabill.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, viabill.com.

Jonathan CS.TL is an excellent customer service rep. He has worked with me to fix my problem and has been patient, courteous and always professional. I cannot thank him enough for assisting and solving my problem.
I had no idea that they were offering a discount on your balance nor that their services were going to end in the USA.I paid my whole bill off because I was going to use it for Christmas but now I'm pretty much screwed.🤬I didn't get any discount or any warning at all!!Thanks Viabill!
I've never heard of this company, but I got an email today telling me that via bill is winding down and I may not be able to use my virtual credit card. I don't have a viabill virtual credit card. There is definitely some fraud going on somewhere. Whether it be this company or someone else. You can't call them, there's no number listed and emailing back and forth it's a waste of time.
Couldn't contact the company,on phone, chat, help support, email or anything.Didn't get a full refund. Can't contact any supportive representative that i was told to reach out by there contact information there phone lines are down constantly 24 hours A-day due to supposedly updating software WATCH OUT for this company plus the golo product that they worked with didn't know about the hidden membership fee
They stopped my account without warning. I hate this company and will never do business with them again
have been trying to use app/website for over the past 24 hours and havedealt with nothing but difficulties. I have my bank account, as well as twodifferent cards set up currently to the account but still am being told that mypayment needs to be "authenticated" when trying to make a purchase. Both ofthese cards work as I have used them daily so there is zero reasoning behindthis.I then went on to make a different account to try and solve the solution andthen when I use a different number it simply says that "due to my information"I cannot make an account? Please fix these issues immediately as everything isa mess with this company.
Zero support. Their phone lines and live chat are down 24/7 there is no way to reach the company if you have any issues. I was charged twice for one purchase and I cannot reach anyone, i will now have to go to my bank and report the charges as fraudulent.
I still have not received my return check fee going on 2 months and customer service keeps saying it’s been issued but to whom I have no idea because I have not see. The refund
I loved this application! it is very good in these times of pandemic to help us buy what we need and be able to pay for it in parts! I really recommend it, it is very reliable and safe!Me encanto esta aplicación! De verdad que es muy buena para ayudarnos a comprar lo que necesitamos en esta pandemia y poder pagarlo en cuotas flexibles ! Es muy buena y segura se la recomiendo a todooos !
i’ve been a free viabill customer for a couple of years now, sporadically making purchases. i’ve always appreciated their option to make monthly payments to instead of biweekly. i made the decision to upgrade my account to that of a paid one recently, and things went downhill immediately. i was approved to use up to $900. i made a purchase for approximately $150…and haven’t been able to use the virtual card ever since; everything is declined. called customer service, only to be told the information they have access to is “limited” (okay, so why call yourself customer service if you’re useless?) and was told to “wait 48 hours, then try again” (an obvious ploy to get me off the phone instead of making any effort whatsoever to do their job). well, it’s 48 hours later and my card still won’t work. they surely charged me my membership fee, though…that had no problem working. i look forward to paying off my account and closing it for good.
I like viabill because I can pay a payment easier than the whole amount so now it brings products in reach that we’re never attainable without payments.Like good ol fashioned layaway now gone modern to where they store the item with the user rather than with themselves.Thankyou viabill.
I have had a big problem with viabill after trying several times I entered my bank then they want the password to my bank account.I have never had to do this with any company.I use AFTERPAY. With other companies with no problem.I am disappointed that I have come across this problem.
After I used this service, my card was used for fraudulent purchases on the web. As a result my card was replaced and part of the amount due did not get paid off. Naturally, I did not want to associate a new card with this service. I asked for assistance to pay of my balance in a different way, but the customer service was unresponsive to my e-mails about this. They also never apologized for the inconvenience their service caused me. Eventually, I had to do it anyway (load my new card), but I requested to cancel my account immediately. No trust here.
OMG, they want not only your full social security number but to be linked to your bank account. If that doen't scream "Scam" then nothing does. I don't think so, not giving you my bank information.
*My honest review got reported, I have to remove names of competitors.Initiation Fee is $250? Save your money. ViaBill is leading the industry in the category of ridiculous fees. None of the Buy Now Pay Later charged any sort of initiation fee and they offered the same exact support (same speed of implementation if not faster as well).ViaBill also has the lowest cap I've ever seen. 300$ order cap... come on.Better alternatives:1. ****** - sure fees are high, but at least your customer will be able to complete their order 2. ******* - same as ******, but more expensive 3. *******(credit card only)4. **** - actually better than viabill in all categories plus you can set it up yourself with some small tech help needed from **** team. All in all, I feel ripped from ViaBill's initiation fee. That's probably how they make money. I'd rather pay a higher transaction fee, since at least I know our incentives are aligned. Initiation fee.. what a joke.
i bank with Discover and a few other monthly payment plans dont accept that! VIABILL got me approved amd placed my order in seconds!! just a few identification questions and i was good to go! im sooo happy with VIABILL looking into other brands to start shopping with them!!!!
This was truly a breath of fresh air I got everything I wanted and paid next to nothing to get it. The payments are super affordable with me being a college student and full time father I could have not asked for better.
This method of payment made my experience purchasing my order ideal. It allowed me to try the product and not pay upfront for something I wasn’t sure about. I appreciate the experience and recommend this for others.Thank you
Amazingly easy. I chose to use ViaBill because It creates such an easy stress free way to pay a bill and manage the website. The main advantage of using ViaBill when I shop is how they do all the work for me when it comes to paying for what I want online. They communicate what is going to be done, how much and when. My experience with ViaBill so far has been easy and reliable. I’m going to keep using them because I haven’t seen any reason why I shouldn’t!
Easy application, as most buy now, pay later companies are. I like how they do monthly installments instead of the typical every two weeks. This is my first time using ViaBill, but no complaints so far!

“Using ViaBill is like flushing my money down the toliet!”
I have a well established online business. I have been in business for over 15 years and all of my sales are online. I was doing a lot of research on companies that offer financing/buy now-pay later with no credit checks to help increase my sales. There are several companies that offer this service but ViaBill is one of the few that actually charges you a one-time setup fee of around $200. I signed up with them and payed the fee thinking that i would make it back with increased sales. Boy was i wrong! About 99% of my customers that tried to use ViaBill were denied for some reason even though they dont do credit checks. My business sales have not increased at all ever since I signed up with them. Then to top it off their Wordpress plugin always has problems and doesn't work most of the time. Three weeks ago it stopped working and they still haven't been able to fix it. I basically lost my $250 setup fee! TOTAL WASTE!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
