Is vevor.ca Legit?

I ordered a 50-in hydraulic grooming table from vevor via third party through Walmart. It came with a dent in it and I'm not sure where in time that happened however, vevor had rectified the situation for me within 3 days. I am 100% completely satisfied with their customer service. The tub and hydraulic system seem very solid. Very happy with this company and would use them again.

Had been looking to upgrade to a more robust dehydrator for a few months and Vevor was #1 my list. The capacity (10 trays) and the yogurt making option attracted me to this model and it did not disappoint! I’ve dehydrated over 100 chicken feet for dog treats, herbs and made a batch of yogurt in this beast! It’s also so quiet I often have to make sure it’s still running!

So far so good. Products work as listed. Free quick delivery. Did receive one product (impact socket set) that was clearly used and had been returned which made no difference to me considering 1) exceptional price 2)it was fully functional and complete, 3) free delivery . Actually thought it smart to recycle the product. Everything about VEVOR seems smart and efficient. Thank-you.

I’ve bought several products and all have been good but the latest is a water pump. It’s really noisy and I want to return or replace it but can’t seem to get through to them. Artificial Inteligence seems to run the company and I need to get answers and not just go around in circles with a computer.

The products are awesome and arrived well packaged. Work as described. The air jack is easily comparable to the much more costly units we have in the fire department for rescues

I've been enjoying Vevor branded products for the last 2 months. Most items have met or exceeded expectation but a few fell short. One item had to be returned and Vevor did live up to their support guarantee!

Lights are lightweight and very easy to install, have a detached backing plate and fully enclosed front that easily fits together. The gasket is a little flimsy however you don’t actually open up any part of the light where the electronics are so hopefully should be water tight. They’re very bright, I installed them in a commercial car park only a week ago so early days yet. We’ll see how they go over time but for now a very good product for the price. Will update if any issues arise

I have purchase several vevor products and have been please until now. The vacuum pump I just ordered had a leak in a hose that sprayed refrigerant everywhere when I tried to use it. When I contacted vevor for a refund they have offered me less than 1/3 of the cost of the product so I can pay to have it repaired. I am very displeased with their customer support the very first time I needed it! They seem great, but if you have any product issues be warned that you aren't likely to be helped much.

i am new to vevor I've made 2-3 purchases and it went so well and shipped so fast i was impressed , quality is as described always 4th order i got a problem , the item never camed in expected date , i contacted support and immediately they gave me something for the delay and kindly asked to wait a few days , after the few days of delay , i contacted them again and at this point they refund instantly without further questions , thanks vevor , so far you got many decent product for a decent price , it's not that cheap , better quality than the house brand of all big surfaces

I ordered these for our monthly family dinners with all our grown kids as well as numerous dinner parties in order to make the table less cumbersome with platters and serving dishes. These are so beautiful and look extremely well made and durable. The shipping was quick and very well packaged plus the price for four was amazing, trust me I did my research and will definitely be buying future items from them. Excellent all around.

Well put together, came on time A point to consider, to send an email one day before saying the delivery will arrive and give the date .There are a rise in thief’s of packages

Received the outlet hose 2 days after ordering it. Haven’t used it yet, will do another review once I do.

Vevor has excellent products. I just ordered the drain snake and quality is excellent. What isnt great is the delivery by purolater.If purolater would buzz my apartment it automatically rings my phone. Out of 4 deliveries 0 have made it too my door. Purolater does not do their job. When vevor used ups both of my orders came as expected. Thanks ups. Purolater i wish you went out of business.

I recently purchased this battery charger for $99, and it looks incredibly well-built for the price. I have all three types of batteries that it can charge, and it's been working perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought 14 ozone 36,000mg generators for under $1,500 and got rid of all bedbug infestation in 3 month. I use them weekly and haven't had any bugs of any type in several month. Exterminators charge thousands with no guaranty of success. Meanwhile I still have my ozone generators if anything ever returns. Be sure to ventilate house after use and read up on ozone first.

I would have given 5 star for product expectation and delivery but packaging came damage and slightly brushed the product but the impact is not much that i cant use the product

The productsci have received were of good quality. Some products did not tell the whole story about installation and vevorvrefunded this . One item cam in as a smaller unit .vevor refunded .the reorder was ok . And of high quality

Very well made Product, exept for the holes of the 4 flanges at the bottom of the legs (not at the right spot) had to drill at the right height for the boalts

Product damage - no markings to indicate fragile contents. Lights were ordered and the packaging was reasonable but there was nothing to indicate that the box contained fragile goods. The lights themselves are LED so a small chance that they would be damaged but the frame and diffuser would be. Open box to find half the light frames damaged I believe due to shipping.
