Is veterancardonations.org Legit?

Requesting a vehicle pick up for donation was easy. The driver that arrived (Shaun) was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and efficient at loading the vehicle and gathering paperwork. Very pleased. As a family of veterans I am happy to know that they will put it to good use to help those who have served our country.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that came to get the car was also very friendly. My son took care of that part and he explained everything to him very carefully.

Well first the company was courteous and on time for pick up, the driver was very polite and professional and knew what he was doing.

The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The veteran who came to haul it was very polite and helpful. It is good to know this car will likely help a veteran in need either with transportation or helping to fund care or essentials. Would strongly recommend as a donation option.

We were informed of the process and there were no surprises. We received an email with a checklist of what we needed to do to properly donate the car. When I called with questions, each service rep was knowledgeable and had all of our information. The towing company was on time when they came to pick up our car. And we received the receipt for the donation right when the car was towed away.

Communication was great with Fernando. They picked up my car as promised, called me an hour prior to pick up time. Flatbed driver was very nice and detail oriented. Overall very easy process!

I never received any information about the auction price of my donated car I edited my review after receiving a call apologizing for not following through with the result of the auction of my car. I am now pleased with the response and the information sent to me.

Had a unique 1959 fire truck I was looking to donate. Asked numerous times over 3 weeks of back and forth "if I get you THiS information, are you sure you are interested?" I was always assured they would pick it up within 24 to 48 hours after I got the information they needed. Last request for a clean title took multiple visits and dollars to the BMV. When last piece of required information was provided, they finally told me they couldn't pick it up! Maybe they do better on regular vehicles, but wouldn't ever use them again - sorry representative organization of our great veterans.

DONATED ITEM I COULD HAVE SOLD FOR OVER $10,000... THEY SOLD IT FOR LESS THAN $1,000. I donated for 2 reasons. 1 to give to Veterans. 2 to get a tax donation. I could have sold this item myself and given cash as a donation! I will never donate to this company again! This was the 1st time I have donate an Expensive physical item. I am really jaded now and in all likelihood never going to donate Expensive physical items AGAIN! Service Value
