BewareI bought an item now they keep trying to charge me a subscription fee monthly of $34.99Plus two of their other companies are doing the same thingZoolace and Arden products all at $34.95

Terrible customer service. Hid their no return policy for sale items and pushed hard to sell certain items on a mobile website. Customer service dragged their feel for 2 weeks and didn't offer any resolution except "sorry". I even offered to pay my own return shipping. Triple check their terms as it's a sneaky brand I certainly will not recommend them to others.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Shalini L. was most helpful! They answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of a particular sofa I was inquiring about to find out more information for me. They were always very quick to respond, extremely professional and most kind! It’s really great to see 5 star customer service like this, especially in this day and age when it seems so rare! 🤬 BUYERS BEWARE! Verishop refused to refund for the order I returned! Initially insisted on keeping it. Later, after return, customer service blocked my number and stopped responding to emails! All of this just because I decided to return 2 TV, and that was not convenient for Verishop. Customer service is terrible! Not honoring their own return policy! Order was placed for Natalya Melnyk. This was my first time using Verishop for purchasing things. I found them on the Alaska airline internet mall site and was so glad I did. I purchased items I’ve never used before but wanted to try , both for the quality of the products, ability to fly with them in my carry on, and how the plastic free products help the environment. I was able to purchase bar shampoo and lotion. Haven’t used the products yet but was very impressed with the ease of shopping, great communication once I placed an order and speed of free shipping. Highly recommend using verishop and will purchase from them again.

Verishop was an amazing place for me to discover new brands in all categories, from the coolest silky maxi skirt, to my new favorite sunscreen to a handmade leather belt for my hubby! I'm so glad I found this site and shop it weekly to discover new brands. Now I look stylish but don't look like everyone else! Love it, keep doing what you're doing Verishop.

Worst customer service ever! I never received my order. It has been more than a week and they haven’t done anything to resolve the issue and give me a refund. Seems like they like to hire rude and unprofessional people since shopping with Verishop has been a nightmare. I’ve had customer service reps closing the chat and ending calls without even apologizing for the situation.

Verishop is one of my go-to websites! I always find unique clothes and accessories that I don't see everywhere else. Also the skincare/makeup selection is really good and has introduced me to some of my now favorite clean beauty brands. Highly recommended!

I received an item that wasn't the same as advertised. Please check your items thoroughly, take pictures of the item you ordered (to compare with what you get) keep your tags, any wrapping and box it came in. Although customer service was quick with resolution, their items are not inexpensive and the consumer should get what they ordered, it’s an inconvenience. I will not order here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Verishop! I was able to purchase a designer dress I could only find at Saks (higher priced) at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly in a secured box. The dress fit perfectly so no need to return but it was comforting to know a return was easy and available if needed. I’ve been sharing Verishop with all my friends!

Shopping at Verishop was a really nice experience. Their special occasion dresses are gorgeous. I loved the dress that I ordered. It was elegant and beautiful. I really wanted to wear it for my daughters upcoming wedding, but we decided that it was a little over the top for a summer barn wedding! Verishops returns were very easy.

I've ordered from Verishop a few times now because I love their product selection and they have super quick shipping. However, I'm a full-on convert after dealing with their customer service at Christmas. I purchased some products for my husband as gifts, and the packaging arrived damaged. I messaged the customer service team with pictures, and without me having to do anything else, they sent me replacement products and told me to keep the damaged products as backups! I was so blown away with how straightforward and easy the whole process was.

Highly recommend. Ordered a beautiful mother of the bride dress but it did not fit correctly. Super easy return and refund policy. Didn't even have to pay return shipping charges! My credit card was quickly refunded and I ordered a different size dress; which arrived quickly. This one is a keeper; great quality! Outstanding customer service!

I love shopping at Verishop. Always good deals and quite shipping. The returns are so easy and the one time I had an issue with an order the customer service team did a fantastic job at fixing it, Always been extremely please with the shopping experience. I wish they had a few more brands that I shop but all in all its a great shopping experience,

I ordered my mother-of-the-bride dress from Verishop. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my dress. Also, the packaging of the dress was incredible! The box was taped up so well, including messages on the shipping tape that stated not to accept the package if the tape was broken! Inside of the box, the dress was securely inside of an enclosed plastic bag and on a hanger. Verishop had a great selection of dresses, too! I received wonderful help from the online chat. I was very unsure of the size to order. I looked at the size guide/chart, but truly had never ordered anything in the size that was suggested. After chatting with the Verishop helper, I took their advice and ordered a dress - and it fit perfectly! I am sure that I will use Verishop again!!

I was a little unsure of this company after finding what seemed to be almost TOO good of a deal on some Paige jeans, and reading a few not so great reviews. However, my experience was completely seamless. The jeans are exactly as pictured at a much lower cost than Nordstrom. They arrived within 5 days and were packed nicely.

I give Verishop NEGATIVE stars - they are TERRIBLE and should be called Verish#tty. After having no information about when my item was going to arrive, then triple confirming (email, phone, text) that a $400 dress would arrive in plenty of time for the event I am attending, I got a cancellation email - 4 hours after an email that said it was on its way. No explanation. Nothing. I called to let them know what a lurch they left me in, because I have no time to find something else 2 days before the event, and they just said... "oh, well it must be an inventory issue on the brand's end." DON'T BE FOOLED. They are terrible.

I had a great experience with Verishop. I ordered a jacket, and it arrived from their vendor within a few days! Jacket was too big so I contacted customer service thru online chat to find out if I could exchange. They were extremely helpful, and I ended up doing Verishop store credit. The day I mailed the package back, I received the store credit via a code. Placed the new order and once again received the item within a few days. The vendor packaged everything so nicely, and the jacket was perfect. Throughout this whole process I'd receive updates when the order was processed, when a tracking number was available, and when it had shipped. What a great marketplace, I'm definitely adding it to my list of shopping sites. Verishop is doing a really great job!

Customer service is professional but lack any real tools to help shoppers. I ordered an item on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday, the order was still "processing". A quick chat with customer service revealed that they don't process orders on the weekend. And then it takes 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Meanwhile, plenty of smaller shops process orders 24/7 and offer 1-2 day shipping for free. Customer service couldn't cancel my order, so that's an added pain point of processing a return, if/when my order arrives. You're better off shopping elsewhere.

Everything I buy on Verishop is from watching a LIVE STREAM. I am addicted. It is a mix of regular people and influencers honestly showing you products and sharing about them. It really helps you decide if you want something or not. Or just encourages you to buy stuff you don't need but I am ok with that.

“The lied!”

The lied to me I brought a Bose S1 speaker but before do the purchase I did call just to double check if battery was included, The assured me it was. Nope I did receive the item and It was not there. I did contact customer support they send me a 10$ useless gift card. The battery is 100$ I will not recommend them and I will never purchase again from this people again Tip for consumers:Just do not buy from this people. “Good experience during the holidays!”

I recently bought from Verishop while Christmas shopping and they were absolutely wonderful. My order arrived very quickly, which surprised me especially during the holidays as well as during a pandemic on top of that. They were the cheapest price for the item I was looking for, which was a bonus as well. My item was also wonderfully packaged. Based off this experience, I would definitely recommend shopping with them! Tip for consumers:Check for coupon codes! They usually have one you can find.
