Is vehicle-spares.com Legit?

Scum. Don't believe the fake paid reviews they're clearly disingenuous. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Scammers. NO contact, I've returned my item as they sent me the wrong one and they refuse to acknowledge despite it being recorded delivery. Give me my refund. I'll be going to the relevant authorities to get this sorted as you disgust me.

Great service . My delivery was late , so I've contacted them by WhatsApp, and they responded immediately providing Tracking number and just got my part delivered safe and sound. Thank you very much Vehicle-Spares .Keep it up.

Ordered the bonnet and recieved a call checking to make sure it was correct to vehicle Dispached straight away and recieved within a few days couldnt fault at all

Wow 🙌 a company that actually makes a purchase online feel like you literally are there in a shop buying it, communication by WhatsApp for any queries you have. In a modern digital world were companies just don’t do the ground work to give the customer a good experience 9 times out of 10 anymore, I have to say I was so impressed by this honestly from purchasing to delivery they have been there updating and putting me at ease regarding ordering the right size item to updates on delivery. We were in desperate need of a headlamp for our Dacia Logan and having already waited many weeks, came across Simon from Vehicle-Spares. I cannot praise him enough from the moment of contact in our desperation to get such a light, to it’s arrival 2 days later. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and confirmation that the headlamp should fit our car which is now thankfully on the road, at last! We would 100% recommend this company and will get back in touch again, should we need any other spares.

WARNING AVIOD -;ACR CAR SPARES BOUGHT 2 x injectors from them for Range Rover. I booked car into garage took 10 days to get an appointment my garage rang and said they were no good so sent them back there was three months warranty on them .ACR SAID THEY DIDNT BELIEVE MY MECHANIC AND WANTED PROOF THAT THEY WERE NO GOOD ALL THIER PARTS ARE MARKED BY THEM BUT WOULD NOT REFUND ANY MONEY . Part was delivered swiftly 👍🏻. But that’s it , after that it was all bad . So I work abroad and was not back in the uk till end of the weeek, slapped on the packaging ( Check within one 1 of delivery ) that wasn’t going to happen. Needless to say when I got back and opened up the part. There was parts broken off completely. Part snapped. Where holes should be there was none . Cheap pattern part at premium price . So! Reached out sent details, photos, and no reply….. make of this what you will ! Customer service second to none 🤔😂

Great website with very competitive prices. Quick delivery and headlight packaged very well. There was a problem with the headlight we ordered, but customer service was fantastic and a new one was sent out to us the next day, which was perfect! The faulty one was collected by a courier. Have bought many headlights now and is always a pleasure to deal with. Any questions are answered quickly and with knowledge. Deliveries are always fast and items are well packed and as described. Not had to return a single headlight.

Replacement wing mirror for Citroen C1.Decent quality product prompt delivery etc.Come after order prior to shipment not great but product arrived promptly.Unfortunately not what ordered, I ordered a primed wing mirror and didn’t receive what was ordered, a black version (non-primed) was sent.Queried with them but not resolved, fortunately I managed to reuse the original mirror covering which was probably a neater solution but I had an issue with what was sent and it was not resolved despite me querying it.

Phoned to confirm what I was ordering was correct for the car and confirmed it was. Ordered online and was delivered the next day very securely packaged as it was a body panel. I emailed shortly after ordering and asked if the could leave in secure place and did ao as requested. Straight forward transaction, exactly as it should be. Will use again and very competitive on price.

First time dealing vehicle spares com and they turned what might have been a difficult experience around in a matter of hours!!.. the experience being.. that I had ordered the incorrect part !.. contacted them through WhatsApp before it was dispatched and they sorted easily out with our fuss .
