Is varlascooter.com Legit?

The Varla Falcon is a great scooter that’s fast, easy to carry, and smooth to ride. It has good battery life and is fun for both short trips and longer rides. Reliable and enjoyable, it’s perfect for everyday use.

I bought this scooter early August 2024, I still have not been able to use it. The company needs quality control guidelines in place that work. Tire that doesn’t hold air, new tire/wheel/motor assembly that vibrates, now I am waiting on another new wheel assembly. All this warranty work requires labor, that I have to do, what sense does that make? And I have yet to receive a single torque specification on any not and bolt. Just a bunch of silent videos that are terribly filmed

my first scooter on day stop working the next varla pro was great fun but one day i have a flat tires so replacing the tires was really hard anding i have to pay a lot money to fix the back tires now varla is sitting at home

I had placed a order for the wrong tire and the support team responded pretty fast and helped me order the correct one and even gave a discount to me then when the tire finally came I didn’t really know how to replace it so they responded pretty quick again and sent a video helping me understand what to do. Overall 10/10 customer service and very helpful the scooter is also very nice you can go fast while it still being steady. Varla does great business

No local shop that do warrent worki email and i call support it takes them days to get back to me with soultionstry to pay with points no one can help me with someone sent me a discount code that didnt work they said pay full price and they will credit me the next time that not how a discount code workswating for my 95.00 $ refund / deposit for the battery i sent in

I liked the fact that I was able to get parts and repair the scooter back to functionality but I was pretty unhappy about the fact that I had to diagnose it myself and go back and forth. I believe the whole process from diagnostic to actual fix was almost 3 weeks which is a VERY long time. There needs to be an option to have a repair shop look at it, a professional, diagnose it and varla send a part rather than someone who might not have the tools.

I've had my varal eagle one for a minute or two now but gotta say it's one of the best things I've ever owned or bought period! It's almost like a Way of life! I'm able to ride it to work and to the store I haul my children around on it as well and even my wife and I get on and take very wonderful rides the amount of power and speed is fanominal! And I'd have to say at first when I saw the price I was a little uneasy but after doing some studying and looking at other companies and reviews I knew I had found what I was looking for great job Varla on this one.

I received my Eagle One V2.0 about a month ago. After about 10 miles the front hydraulic brake sprang a leak rendering the scooter un-rideable. I was unable to correct the problem and contacted support. They were very helpful and sent the replacement part needed via Fed-X air. I replaced the brake lever assembly in about 15 minutes and was back in business. I couldn't give a 5 star purchase experience because of the breakdown, but the after sales support was 5 star. I own several e-bikes and this scooter is my go to mode now for fun and local (3-5 miles) transportation. I am 73 years old and this thing is a HOOT.

I have purchased 3 electric scooter models from Varla and I have always been impressed with how they handle on the road, and always how safe they are to ride, compared to other models.The scooters are also really easy to fix when things go wrong, and they are always on top of their customer service. They have really easy to follow, instructional, how-to-videos and it has only taken 3 days when they have shipped me a replacement part when I needed one.They have a super friendly customer service and get back to you within minutes once you email them about an issue.It really is worth it to buy from Varla if you haven't chosen your eletric scooter ride yet!

I purchased my Eagle one about a month ago. It was on my porch within 5 days. I had it put together with everything adjusted to my liking within 20 minutes and was cruising down the road. I've had no problems with the scooter. It hauls my plus size body everywhere I've taken it. Customer service has sent me several after purchase accessories, all of which arrived promptly. I'm so thrilled with my new scooter.

I purchased a Varla Commuter series and after the first few weeks started experiencing a throttle that sticks. I reached out to their support email and they did not respond.

I ordered two Eagle One scooters and one did not have a charger and the other did not have a lock clamp for the steering column. Made several attempts to get Varla to send me but they wouldn't. So, I had to pay $69 for the charger and $59 for the clamp. Very disappointed in the company. Not sure if the missing parts were on purpose due to the high costs of acquiring the parts.

My Varla Scooter is less than a year old and I have had the main controller go bad as well as the rear motor. The scooter is a piece of trash! The warranty is also no good. They expect me as the customer to make all of the diagnostics and repairs. This company is not interested in customer service. Save yourself a lot of hassle and avoid this brand.

The scooter came on excellent condition. Also performs well. Everything is good. Over all a great purchase.

I bought my eagle one almost a year ago . And it’s been a really good experience to me because it’s powerful and strong. I’ve had no issues with it and my inquiries that I’ve had has been responded asap by the excellent customer service department they have . I use my eagle one to go to work and it’s been a really good decision I did . I’m very happy with my scooter .
