Is vardidante.nl Legit?

On the tracking they say they delivery the package, but I never received the package, I ask for my money back 3/4 time and they say that the package was delivered so then they don’t wanna refund me.Most bad experience ever. Don’t buy from this company, it’s just a scam

I ordered 2 shirts from this company. On the website it stated would be delivered within 2 days. And that this particular item had a return policy of 30 days.The products didn't arrive until 10 days later. When contacted them to return then (they were too late for the event I needed them for), they said I couldn't return it because it was a sale item. Be aware!! Most of the products on this website are on sale the entire time. So you cannot return anything here!

the website and pictures look sophisticated, but don't let it fool you: the shoes are "made in China", they smell bad, feel like plastic (perhaps it is plastic) and the stitch is so thin that you don't even want to try them on for fear of breaking them.When I asked to return them, I received some AI-made replies that didn't say anything. In the end I didn't get my money back. I would not trust this company. They seem to be operating out of Hong Kong. Some real corrupt and morally bankrupt Chinese are operating it. Just don't buy anything here.

Ze houden zich niet aan de wettelijke regels voor retourbeleid. De kleding valt gemakkelijk uit elkaar en het internet staat vol met verhalen die bevestigen dat deze site een scam is. Ik heb een aankoop gedaan en kan niets retourneren. De kwaliteit is zeer slecht en er is geen echt contactpersoon beschikbaar. Er is een duidelijke misrepresentatie van alle informatie op de website:1. Ze beloven levering binnen 24 uur, maar het duurde weken.2. Ze beweren dat retourneren eenvoudig is, maar retourneren is helemaal NIET mogelijk.3. Ze roemen de geweldige kwaliteit, maar de artikelen vallen uit elkaar en zien eruit alsof ze zijn gemaakt in een zeer slechte fabriek in China.4. Ze rekenen een extra Zekerheidspakket aan van 7 euro, maar je krijgt geen enkele zekerheid.5. Ze voldoen niet aan de Europese wetgeving over het verplicht terugnemen van artikelen binnen 14 dagen zonder opgaaf van reden, zelfs indien de kwaliteit niet voldoet.Contact: alleen een adres fabriek in China (op internet staat dat dit adres ook nep is waardoor je retour weer terugkomt).Ik heb contact met hen opgenomen maar geen behoorlijk antwoord gekregen - het lijkt een chatbot ook soms in het Duits. Poor quality, small clothes, scam for top-up, questionable return policy.I bought a sweater in size L (large) for 50 euros. They send me a product that is not even an M (medium) and hardly an S (small). They insisted after all the photos I sent in which the product obviously would not even fit a kid (I am not the tallest or heaviest person, 174 cm and 73 kg).I was asked for a top-up of 40% to get a different size which I obviously refused as the company was no longer trustworthy. I asked for the 14-day return policy which I was refused because the product (which by the way was of the poorest quality) was... on sale and the return was not applicable... I buy products on line the last 5 years but I never had a worse experience than that, I strongly advice not to order from this site, the one star rating is given only because I am not allowed to give zero.

The product I ordered is of very poor quality and nothing like what the photos made believe. I wanted to return it and that's when I found out that they disclose in the emails a link to a website that doesn't exist, I received delivery failure messages for the only email address I could reach out too (customer service).Basically they are inexistent and I lost my money.

Extremely poor quality products. Nothing close to what the photos show. Shoe sizes don't match and are packed like cheap cocaine being transported through the mexico border

Vardi Dante its joke. Dont buy enything from this side!!! I buy box7 boxer. Not much 50 euro. But I wait from January 2024 now we have juli 2024 and still not coming.
