Is vaporfi.com Legit?

I gave this company three weeks before I would leave a review but since they could care less about my order that's fine. I'm just gonna start buying all my vaping supplies with another company. I made this order almost 3 weeks ago, I haven't received, the tracking information they gave me is garbage. I've sent 4 or 5 emails and the last one saying I just want a refund, we'll obviously that didn't happen. And it's funny too on there website it says something like will contact within a few hours. This is laughable. They just completely ignore me. And I make orders every month of vaping supplies. So someone should tell whoever runs this company that in the world we live in today you can't afford to blow off and straight up ignore people especially when I have every email I've sent and it at the same time shows this company never responding back. And since this company thinks it's just gonna keep my money, there wrong. As soon as I'm done with this review I'm contacting the BBB.. If I were you and thinking of ordering from this company, there are alot of vape stores online. I highly recommend you try somewhere else.

I received a defective product so I reached out to them and they never respond despite an auto email that someone would get back to me. I needed assistance and I expected a response one way or the other. Very disappointed.

I will never order from VaporFi. I received an email stating order had been delivered to a mail service store. Went to the store and they had nothing for me. Contacted VaporFi multiple times and was given the runaround. Not sure if it's VaporFi or the shipper(s) they use, but somebody is flat-out lying. Be sure to use a virtual card number for your own protection. I filed a dispute with my credit card and the bank quickly reversed the charge.

Good prices. Need more detailed description of items. . I bought Geek Vape Aegis M100(?) . On arrival, I notice the battery compartment screwed on. Slightly annoying. BUT !!! I came to realize my older batteries that weren't making contact, actually work with this mod. Most mods are sensitive to contact pressure over time. This mod solves that problem.

Ordered Friday last week, got my stuff Saturday this week. It took them a while to actually process the order, but once it was and I had a tracking number I got a text from the delivery service asking when the best day to drop it off would be. I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews on here, but overall my experience has been quite good. I can't dock points for the signature fee, as it's required by law. However, I don't think I will be ordering vape juice from them, or any online platform again and I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Great selection to replace my Uwell Caliburn. I loved the discreet fit in the palm of your hand specs so upgraded to the Tenant Koko which is essentially the same device with a more rugged design. What prevented a 5 star review was the because while Vaporfi sells the device and replacement coils, they do not sell the replacement pods. Additionally they do not sell Pod Juice Jewel Tobacco which is my preferred salt nic.

Probably the most scammy company I’ve ever dealt with. Their website says free shipping over $75. I had over $120 in my cart which was way above the $75 dollars even with discount but it was still charging shipping. When I checked out, I was still charged $12.95 for shipping even though my final order was above $75. I emailed customer service through their website and responded to the order email and no response at all. Nothing! They got the $12.95 but will not receive another dollar from me. Avoid these guys!

I love VaporFi mainly because they ship fast, have excellent service and great selection of items. Start to Finish after an order I have my pkg within a week normally unless it's Christmas time or major Holidays!Order from these people you will not be disappointed ever!Thanks VaporFi

I have been having alot of issues with delivery as the shipping company cannot give me a time of day for arrival. As I work this is very frustrating. I am going to have shipments sent to be picked up locally. This should solve the issue. The 50% discount offered was what made me decide to continue with Vapor Fi. I love the product just not the issue with delivery.

I was unable to redeem my rewards points on this purchase. Tried several times, but couldn't make anything happen. Love the Mig products they sell. Great vape pen and carts. Customer service has always been helpful. Looks like I'll be calling them after the weekend.

I sent a copy of my ID and they rejected it; sent it to their "verifier" and finally there was no problem....however, I can understand why Vaporfi needs to be extremely careful not to sell to under-age customers, so I may have been a little harsh on my 'stars' NOTE: I should have started with the fact that this is the ONLY place I can find accessories for my vape pen......it's old-fashioned, like me, and I appreciate that they have these products and hope they don't discontinue them. (I worked with the 'old' company for years before they merged/changed names) So, I'm up-grading my 'star review' from 2 to 4. The transaction was great, except for the ID and the Shipping Charges. The last few packs of cartridges appeared to be not full. A box of 40 would last me 5-6 weeks, the last two boxes have barley lasted 4 weeks. Also problem with batteries. customer service has replaced a few batteries however they are not working . I literally have 12 batteries that are not working all bought or replaced in last 8 months. i really like the brand , flavor but have not been happy lately. Also the page said 20percent off mig vap today applied at checkout. NOT THE CASE

it was easier to navigate, however what i don't like is the 5.99 charge for age verification when your site says it is free. Besides no one who delivers ever checks age and usually just drops the package

Your e-cigarettes work great and I will continue to purchase them. My one issue is the shipping costs, and separate fee for signature. I order from Theoreon for the cartridges and I am not charged this separate fee. It seems a bit of a scam considering other companies don't apply this fee.

Great products, I received my order within a week!! I was a bit nervous for the first couple days because I've never ordered vape products online before. The only thing.. I didn't get confirmation the day it was delivered, thank goodness I was home!! Getting ready to put my second order in. This is the only vape site I will ever use. Thank you so much!!

Delivery showed as delivered for 3 days before it was delivered. Since you have to sign for the package this makes it hard to make plans. More accurate delivery updates would be nice. One of the vapes had leaked half the juice but the others were fine. Price is a lot better than at vape shops so I'm happy over all. Just wish delivery time was better.

Haven't found anything better, VaptFi shipping getting better, except that delivery drivers do NOT ask for ID or to sign for, so why do you charge that fee?

It would definitely be nice to know the status of the order before it's delivered so I can know the day and arrange my schedule so I'm home. Yes I do get a call before delivery but it's only 30 min before, so at time that might not be enough time.

Quite easy shopping once you have an account and done with the signature verification. Prices are very reasonable. Ships fairly quickly.
