Is vaporauthority.com Legit?

This company charges you about 30$ shipping for a tiny package that will cost them 3-5$ at most to ship. Especially in the same state. But yet when they get the package back as a return, they do not refund you any of that. had very high hopes to order a lot of things from them. Complete scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Vaping requires an education; to get started, to maintain your products, to see what's new, etc. Vapor Authority has always taken the time to respond to email inquiries or phone calls to give me the best possible vaping experience for whatever options we discussed. They are the premier company for all of my vaping needs and have solved many crisis situations over the years, no matter how big or small the task. Thank You VA!

Purchased 2 Eleaf iStick Power 2 w/GX tank kits at the end of December. After being in service for 40 days, one of the Mods fire button was intermittently sticking in the fire position! Contacted Vapor Authority via email and received reply the next day! RMA was issued, dropped return in the mail and replacement is on its way! Top notch customer service! Vapor Authority always has great prices, fast delivery and customer service that is second to none!!! Happy customer since 2016.

I've purchased all sorts of vaping products from many different locations. When I say I was blown away by these folks at Vapor Authority, I absolutely mean it. I asked them a question early this morning, not only did they reply to my email in less than 3 hours, but they actually answered my questions! They have a huge selection of good quality products, no marked up cheap knockoffs, no questionable liquid, and every coil or pod you could ever need. I placed an order late night, after hours, during the Memorial Day weekend sale and received my nicely packaged order 7 days later- to the east coast! I consider that excellent service. I called another company I found first who said they would call me back but never did.( located in Florida).But Vape Authority was very professional and polite and filled and shipped my order within 24 hours.They also sent me an email with a tracking # to monitor my package. Vapor Authority is by far the BEST online vape store to buy from. I have dealt with other vape stores and unfortunately have received bottles that expired over a year ago which is a HUGE waste of money but not with Vapor Authority, everything they send me is up to date, packaged extremely well and I couldn't ask for faster shipping. I've never had to contact their support for anything wrong or broken, but I've still interacted and had positive experiences with them via e-mail. They're my go-to for vape juice and accessories hands down.

These guys rock!I had my order delivered with no issues. However, while placing the order, I had some issues because I was using my foreigner credit card and system blocked me.But that was not an issue, they helped me immediately and gifted me some liquid for this headache that was not their mistake.From now on, Vapor Authority is my only place for my vaping thing!

I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. I habe been using Vapor Authority for years now. Tried a bunch of the HUGE variety of juices and different companies. And have ordered 3 different mods and 4 different tanks until I found my perfect set up. Their care team responds within 48 hours max and usually sooner than that. Shipping is INSANELY quick... Usually 2-3 days. I tell everyone who vapes about this place and save EVERYONE some money. Best prices anywhere. 120mL of HIGH QUALITY juice... Maybe 20 bucks instead of the 35-45 you pay in shops.

I truly love going through this store and getting my vape supplies from here. When I order they always come early then with the delivery days supposed to also if you ever need help they're always there for you email them or go on their chat they always answer you back and help you work through your problems that you're either having with ordering shipping or item you bought that has the warranty on it. I don't write reviews ofter but when a company comes through you gotta give them credit. They actually reached out to me to let me know about some big problems with Fedex. Im pretty busy so I didn't even notice but my package was about a week late. I just thought it was super professional that they contacted me and so now since my order arrived and everything is perfect I'm happy. Great prices too!

Great product, great selection and extremely fast shipping! I placed an order on 5/15 and it was delivered to my door on 5/17! Their website is easy to use and I was able to order online easily with all charges and fees explained, no surprises! Even customer service replied to my email within minutes! I ordered four 18650 batteries for my vape. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with slight damage, so I wrote an e-mail to them at around 4:00 PM EST and included pictures of the damaged battery.I expected to hear back within a day or two. Surprisingly, customer service got back to me in *under five minutes* (!) with a pre-paid label to return the battery. As soon as I confirmed its return, a new battery was sent out to me and in my hands a couple of days later.Cameron's customer service was fast, responsive, and highly professional. I'll definitely continue to shop at Vapor Authority for my vaping needs.

Always accurate inventory and huge variety of flavors, including hard to find brands. Prices are great, and usually ships same day or next day the latest. I’ve used dozens of different vape stores and none can rival Vape Authority for service, selection, and price. 🙌🏼

Their extended warranty is a waste of time and money. I filled out a shitload of forms online and am getting loads of SPAM but no replacement product or contact from a person to resolve the issue. I bought a replacement product that failed in 10 days. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have my invoices and these jerks are dead to me. Next time I am in the San Diego area I shall pay a visit to their shop in person, and then head over to the AG's office to file a formal complaint regarding California's legal commercial codes. They do NOT answer emails or the phones, so they can answer to a subpoena instead. California has some of the most extensive commercial codes on the books. Their probate and estate laws are pretty awesome too.

I placed an order in my attempt to try something new. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my choice. I contacted Vapor Authority and authough I wasn't able to return or exchange my order, they provided me with a one time partial credit. I am extremely grateful.
