Is vaping101.co.uk Legit?

Gregg and Joe were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable around helping me select the right products for me. Also directed me to order online as I don’t live near Aberdeen but visit the shop every time I’m here, handy to know I can now shop online.

I purchased a lot online recently everything is always correct and packaged securely when delivered. The prices are very competitive than other online stores, as I live near Campbeltown I usually receive next day on my juices, coils, nic shots etc, main bargain was the bm40 boro device for the price very happy and works well, will be buying more things again soon when I get my next pension 😂Thanks 101 keep up the good work.

My experience of the Aberdeen store is always absolutely excellent. All the members of staff are really helpful and try to save you as much money as possible. They always give excellent advice and are so kind. I especially had a good experience in the store today, Greg was very helpful.

The amazing one serving us Joe made the experience so easy going and he’s always been kind, bubbly, cheerful and an amazing person at customer service! Can never fault he always has a smile no matter when I come into the store. It’s my favourite part of the day coming in when I see he is serving he made it so easy to advise on what flavours were popular and which he preferably likes which is always helpful for anyone!

Ordered numerous times off there. Good prices and delivery.I must of ordered about 5-6 rdas/rtas and one of them leaked. No others just this one.The owner said send it back at my cost for testing then said it was fine then charged me for posting it back. Long story short it still leaked/dumped its tank out(sad face). Havnt used it since. Avoided refunding a product not fit for use/purpuse.Good company apart from the refund process which is non existent / a nightmare.

I purchased dead rabbit mtl rta, looks the works, unfortunately the drip tip can be easily broken, contacted 101 who who informed me a 510 drip tip would fit, informed person it would not fit, sent dimensions of a 510 which was over 8.5 mm ,whereas the drip tip I wanted to replace was just over 6 mm.I would have thought, the developer of the tank would have developed a replaceable drip tip.Incase it sounds confusing,the drip tip I'm on about its a long one same colour as the tank (it looks great), I found out later there is a way to put a 510 on , but you have to take the top pyramid off with the drip tip on, which leaves a hole to put a 510 in (looks awful) removing it loses the character of the tank.person I spoke to wasn't very helpful, hence 2 stars

Excellent customer service especially from Greg and Joe. Very friendly helpful staff. Always able to help and have time for there customers. The new guy Ed that's started is amazing too very knowledgeable. Do not shop anywhere else now. Always willing to help.

Its been 3 years since I moved into Aberdeen and I am a customer of Vaping 101 since then. Whenever I visit the store, I am treated with respect and my queries are answered smoothly. I would like to mention JOE who is the most attentive and cheerful personality there. Its like a great experience Whenever I visit JOE at the store as he makes me aware of the new deals and new arrivals of the flavour. All the staff there is amazing. Loyal customer, 3 years and counting. Highly recommend.
