I was overcharged with excess tax $38.48 and adult signature $7 what is this tax for buying Vape stuff and California is 12.5 I even talked to a vape shop here in San Jose California I should get a refund for the $38.48 and the $7 that I was overcharged.. I have bought Vape juice over 50 times from other companies I figured I'd try out this company but they overcharged me $48.48 overcharged..

Really great vape. Tastes identical to fruit loops with a slight milky aftertaste. This vape is smooth as butter with virtually no throat hit to speak of. It is eerie how close of a flavor match it is to the real thing.

Have had nothing but bad experiences with this supplier. In the last three weeks they have been spamming message boards and reviews sites with fake, rave reviews to try to drum up business that suffered due to years of poor management.

I’ve never seen such a wide variety of vape juices elsewhere period. Been on a custard kick lately and I have been having a blast going through their selection. Right now, I have four different custard flavors in rotation that all come from different brands, and they are each really tasty in their own way.

Never once felt ripped off by Vape Society Supply, unlike the way I’ve felt from other distributors. They keep their prices impressively low, and this is clearly a way in which they beat out the competition and maintain loyal customers. With their good prices, I feel like I can stock up on lots of vape juice at once without breaking the bank.

Same as everyone else unfortunately. I have order from them in the past but this is the last time. Ordered the 4th, money taken out the 5th, multiple emails, multiple phone calls, and nothing. Left my name, order number, and best phone number in voice mail as instructed and absolutely nothing. I’ve escalated the issue to my bank to start the investigation process and retrieve my funds. STAY AWAY!!!!

Once again, I've ordered and had my money taken but no shipping number. Last time I published here, I got a response from VSS. Being that they don't answer their phones, emails, or DMs on Facebook or Instagram, this is my last ditch effort to make contact. My order # is 2273002. I'd like to know if VSS plans to actually ship my purchase or if they're now stealing people's money outright. MANY very recent complaints on their Facebook page about stolen money and no product delivery.

Buyer Beware! I placed my order May 9, received it June 18th. Like everyone else, multiple calls and emails to "customer service" (they obviously have no idea what customer service is) without one response. I am truthfully shocked I did receive my order, but I would NEVER use this place again. Horrible!

Price was great . Product good but processing and shipping horrible. Orded two bottles on a Monday after four emails and phone call where all I could do is leave a message on fourth day Friday my order finally got processed and I got a tracking number . Must have been put in mailbox after post office hours cause USPS didn't have anything on it until next day. Finally 9 USPS business days later it arrived. I have ordered stuff through Amazon and Wal-Mart where they fill millions of orders a day and got my orders quicker. Will be going elsewhere next time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.The shady delivery company they use will lie and say they attempted delivery and this and that but you will never receive anything. If they actually showed up they would realise that me home is covered in cameras, and last time I checked cameras don’t lie. No one ever showed up or attempted delivery.The company is fraud! Reviewer below me says she submitted an order on the 22 and already received it.. I placed my order in the 15th and it’s been completed since the 18th. Still no tracking, callbacks, emails, or anything, but already got an email asking to review the product that I DONT EVEN HAVE.. I’ve ordered from them before and it’s always been terrible service, so looks like I’m going somewhere else.

I had placed a couple of orders with Vape Society in the past couple of months with no issues. This time I decided to use the free shipping over $99 to cut down on shipping costs and longer between orders. I placed an order on April 5th and have not received any tracking information and am not getting any replies to my follow up emails or left phone messages.

I searched everywhere for the newest Suorin kit and so many places were selling it for way higher than necessary, and while it’s a good kit it shouldn’t be that expensive. Checked out Vape Society Supply and lo and behold there it was for the best price by far. Now I know where I’ll be buying my vape hardware from now on.

Placed my order on May 25, I have not received any shipping notification. I have tried emailing, no response. Called and left voice mails, no response. I finally reached out to my bank a couple days ago to dispute the charge. Now they all of the sudden sent a shipping email; however, the tracking information does not work. Save your money and save yourself a headache.

The shipping here is excellent. Ordered my new box mod setup on Thursday and it was shipped Friday. It was sent via priority and got here on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I’m loving my new gear. Fast shipping is super important to customers as certain companies that won’t be named have raised expectations for shipping times. These guys do it right.

1st 2 orders were fine, but like everyone else is saying, something happened. Took 2 weeks for them to process my last order. Emailed 3 times about it and never got a response. Then they processed it and shipped it through some shady no name company and its been sitting in a warehouse for 14 days. So we are at about a month now and my order (of $100) is still in limbo. I've sent 6 emails to the vape company and 2 to the shipping company and I haven't received a response to any of them. I'll be disputing the charges with my bank tomorrow. Screw these people. “They are pretty much out of business”

Vape society supply is basically out of business. Ever since the law passed restricting where they can ship and what states they can ship to the business has gone down hill. They were the only company I would order from and never had problems with my orders unless it was USPS causing the problem. Now all that has changed if you go to their website most things are out of stock and if they say it is in stock I would take that with a grain of salt. It's a bummer they used to be a decent company to deal with and had some of the lowest prices you could find. Now ever since those laws passed it seems to have really hurt their business and it kinda looks like they're just taking people for their money. The laws that passed were very dumb and it did hurt a whole bunch of businesses and that isn't fair but you don't turn around and start to be dishonest with your business practices. I have been ordering juices online for years now. This company is the worst of the worst. NO customer service. I ordered on the 3rd of December and it is now the 13th and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried calling and emailing them to no avail. The shipping prices are crazy high as well. Shop elsewhere.
