Is vapehq.co.uk Legit?

My experience with Vape HQ was very pleasant . Veronica was very professional and helpful . Customer service was excellent - I will add a further review once I receive product but can’t fault their assistance

I placed on on-line order with VapeHQ on the 22nd July 2024. At the end of my order, I was told that I would receive my order, costing around £80 via next day DPD.Absolute rubbish.It's now Thursday, 25th July and not heard anything from anyone and certainly not received any order.It's shameful that they suggest next day DPD when clearly it's a lie

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews for Vape HQ. Thank goodness ours here in Grantham is excellent. First started using the store when James was the Manager and now it's Jason. Can't fault the customer service from either of them, such friendly guys who are always helpful and never pushy. The range of vape juice is really good, as are the prices.

Rude people with absolute zero customer service.Being a loyal customer means absolute zilch to them as consumer rights do not exsist to them. I had to call the police on them as they threatened a female with mental health problems twice. Do not buy from them until they sort the basics out ie the customer

Be careful!! three times now I have received out of date vape products from vape hq so check the date on any products you purchase. Delivery times are longer than what they state on their website when ordering it says it’s a 48hr delivery service and I have been waiting up to nearly a week most times for my order to be delivered whenever I’m ordering online. I have found it is much easier and less hassle to just go to your local supermarket and purchase vape from them instead.

I've been vaping for almost 12 months and purchased my first vape kit online with-out knowing too much what I wanted.Recently I was in mind for an upgrade and visited the VapeHQ shop in Birstall, Leicestershire. the guy there, Jamie Rushin was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable and very helpful, he listened to what kind of vape experience I wanted and went through all the options and made a recommendation for a mod & tank kit, which I then purchased and I must say, it's brilliant.in future, there's only one place I'll be going for vape stuff, and that's VapeHQ - Birstall...outstanding !

They asked me to write down my age, date of birth (I’m an old age pensioner), address, and email. When I refused because I do not want to fall victim to a scam they refused to serve me. This was the Alvaston branch near Derby.Further to your reply the next shop I went into sold me the same product without such procedures. It was also £1 cheaper.

Brilliant service visited woodhouse Rd have seen a few people working there a guy called callum really helpful a lady was good too found a brill vape for my friend but the most helpful was a guy called haydn helped me find me and hubby a brilliant vape . Service is brilliant definitely recommend vape hq

I go to the store in potters bar, the staff inside are very helpful and are more than willing to answer any questions. They are very knowledgeable about vaping including what's safe and what isn't. I can't recommend this business enough, especially for beginners who have questions.

Excellent products available.. I wouldn't shop anywhere else again for vape liquids.. a little more expensive than other shops but you get what you pay for.. delivery has been spot on everytime aswell.

I visit the Shepshed store very frequently and am always so impressed with both Jamie’s customer service and knowledge base. He goes above and beyond to ensure he answers all of my questions (which there are a lot of), and no time spent doing this is too great. I highly recommend both the Shepshed store and Jamie, and doubt you will find many, if anyone that disagrees.

I love the vape juice but I buy a lot online and you’ve changed the courier service and I’m not getting next day delivery or any updates! Also you never ever reply to any emails 😤

Went in on Saturday as we were in the area, the guy who served us was very knowledgeable and that was so refreshing, I told him that my current juice I can’t taste, he said it could be one of 2 things, and then I told him what I like and sorted my son n me out no problem, will definitely travelThere again to buy I then contacted them and asked if they post and yes they do! Result excellent

The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They don’t try and sell you the most expensive stuff in the shop, they sell you what’s right for you, other vape shop I went to wanted to sell me £130 worth of stuff, went to vape hq and they set me up for just under £30. They asked me to set up an account which I was a bit dubious about, it took a couple of minutes and now I don’t even have to remember what I had last, they know my device, what coils I prefer, what flavours I like and even the strength I have. The shops are all modern and clinical looking, not like the other vape shops that look like man caves with dust everywhere. 10/10 will shop again!

So About time I left some feed back I think. I have been using VapeHQ Grantham for about 5 years. Best thing by far regarding this company is there passion for Customer Service, the attentiveness that James and Jason give is outstanding as well as wealth of knowledge too.They are always happy to help, they have a good range of products from, Devices and Liquids Recent Release (May 23) Their own brand of Nic Salts called Q Salts. Tried 4 flavors so far, and can not fault any of them. Outstanding! To add as well, although they are "Vape" HQ They stock and are informative regarding CBD products. So in summary, Its Vape HQ for me!I hope you all find this helpful, and be sure to visit your closest store!

I've been coming to Vapehq Inkersall for a long time, I swear by the Pure liquid range and its the only thing I will use. All my devices have been from here and they always last, nothing ever faulty. I have tried differant stores but this is the only one were you get quality products.The new manager Ingrid has done an incredible job with this store she has put in so much work and attention to the store and it looks and feels better than ever. The way she speaks to everyone that walks in that door and nothing is ever to much trouble and always goes out of her way to make youre day better. Ive seen differant staff come and go but none have been as good as her . She is truly a credit to this company and I look foreward to every visit.

Vape HQ Shepshed. It is because of this shop that I actually managed to give up smoking, having tried everything else. The customer care from the staff is second to none, Jay is the regular member of staff and he is excellent. His product knowledge is very good and he has the time and the patience to guide a technophobe, like me, to exactly the products I need. He is always cheerful and glad to help. **NEWQUAY STORE**After waiting for over an hour in the pouring rain for the store to open I contacted the Vape HQ customer services to see if I’d got the store opening times wrong. The assistant told me the store should open at 08:30 (it was now 10:07) The assistant attempted to contact the store staff as they themselves were not happy that the store wasn’t open. Unfortunately they received no communication. I had wanted to purchase a new mod as mine had broken the evening before. Thankfully I was able to buy a new one down at Johnny’s Tobbaconist which is a 5 min walk from Vape HQ. Glad I did as their prices are so much lower and unlike the staff at Vape HQ are so much more friendly and really know their stuff. I find Vape HQ to care more about sales rather than their regulars as both myself and husband have been let down by them on so many occasions. Before buying any product from Vape HQ id check online as the prices are massively lower than instore. You’ve now lost a customer.
