Is valuelights.co.uk Legit?

Great value standard lamp that looks like it should cost a lot more than we paid. Heavy weighted base gives this lamp stability and a feel of quality. The shade is lovely and feels expensive

I had problem with a set of lights recently purchased via Amazon. As I had installed them it was impractical to return them via Amazon. I found a number and contacted valuelights not realising it was nearly 5pm on a Friday. However my call was answered and it was agreed a replacement psu would be sent to me. It arrived early Monday morning at which I was very surprised and pleased. Thankyou Valuelights for such excellent customer services.

Bought a light shade from debenhams online. Called in valuelights for some advice and both time the staff were very patient and informative. Debenhams sent it damaged and took long to sort out but when I phoned ValueLights they sped up the process on their end so I could get a replacement quicker. Will happily purchase more valuelights products I'm future.

Ordered direct from Value lights having seen the item on another companies website but not in my colour choice. Placed order Friday evening and goods delivered on Monday. Cheaper too. Floor lamp required some diy to build but relatively easy. Steady on feet. Extremely happy with item, colour options offered and prompt delivery

I've bought quite a few different lamps and lights over the last couple of years and been really pleased with them all. They really are great value. Very quick delivery and great communication when one of my orders was missing something.

Amazing. The product was brilliant. Small tear on shade, contacted the customer service team and within minutes they rectified the situation and another shade is being sent out. Absolutely brilliant customer service and amazing product. Very happy

Initially dubious about the site but a quick check on here, I decided to order. Paid £19.99 for a light that similar products in other stores were priced at £100 minimum. Good communication, delivered by courier in good time. Really good quality also. Highly recommend this company

Very pleased with this company and would order again and recommend. I paid for next day delivery but Evri let the company down. I phoned Value lights customer service and was helped by a friendly and understanding man (sorry didn’t catch his name). He messaged Evri while I was on the phone, refunded my delivery charge and apologised profusely - though it wasn’t their fault really, it was Evri! My lamp arrived today and it’s lovely. On the parcel there was a large Evri sticker clearly stating ‘next day delivery’…. I wonder which next day Evri go by!?!

Fantastic.. I received beautiful lamps at a fraction of the cost of lamps of the same design elsewhere, I actually only ordered one as I did think it would be poor quality.. when I received it, I got straight back online and ordered more, and called my family to tell them to order also.. not only was the order fabulous, u had recieved an item of the wrong colour (which turns out it was my mistake after looking) but Value lights dealt with it straight away without any problems and didn’t make me pay extra.. which they was well within their right to. Fantastic items and superb customer service with no waiting on call lines or lots of automated messages. I honestly would give 10* if possible.. thanks so much

The customer service at this company is fantastic, the best Iv come across. My light arrived damamged, it had clearly been dropped (guessing by Evri) when I contacted this company they simply said sorry and will send out a new one 1st class which they did with no issues. new one has been received and is perfect.

I had a problem with my delivery through amazon (which was actually due to an error on my part) therefore did not receive my order. Callum was quick to help me rectify this and ensured I could still receive my order. Thank you so much :)

Bought an exterior up/down lighter from Valuelights. It arrived quickly & well packaged. The light seems well made & instructions easy to follow. Bulbs weren't included & had to be purchased separately though this maybe the case elsewhere. Price on par with B&Q and other high street retailers. Would buy again from Valuelights as there was no problems here.

Lights not received. Company uses Evri so clearly not concerned about whether customer receives goods paid for. Customer Services have ignored 2 emails. This is unacceptable. Will never buy anything from them again. Now chasing refund. But given lack of response will probably have to go trading standards route,

Ordered a wall light on a Wednesday evening which arrived withinin 48hrs at 2pm on a Friday- but glass broken. Contacted them by email as phone lines not manned due to Covid. They had sent a new one by 4pm on Friday -to arrive Monday. Great service. Beautiful wall light- copper bulkhead.

I ordered 2 lights via Amazon, however I broke one of the glass shades while fitting them. Emailed Value Lights asking where I could obtain spares. Received a reply within 30 minutes advising they would send a replacement free of charge. Received it 2 days later. Can't fault the customer service. It is first class!
