Great site to earn from surveys but rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

They are there to help if you need it, lots of surveys and easy redemption!

Website is easy to use thus far and fairly intuitive. I have had three surveys for which I didn't receive credit and my inquiries were responded to very quickly and credit was applied.

This is an update to my previous review. As One Opinion closed (Damn good survey company) Valued Opinions said they had to have personal details or I had to unsubscribe. I unsubscribed and they also do not have Paypal which is a big disappointment.I've never had to give personal details for a survey company and I'm not going to start now.

I have been able to find some really good opportunities for rewards through Valued Opinions! I can take a lot more surveys that are relevant to me compared to other survey sites, and get bigger rewards per survey! I've been able to join some communities through them as well! And lastly, their staff has always been helpful and friendly when I needed help! Thank you Valued Opinions!

After completing several surveys and earning rewards, I learned I had to upload my ID with photo before I could redeem rewards. I was not aware of this unusual rule or I would never have joined and participated on this site. I am not going to do this and will cancel membership, losing my points. I wanted to warn others who do not want their personal, private info shared with this sketchy site.

My issue was I wasn't rewarded for completed survey. Your support team resolved my issue the very next day.

It seems I can earn the rewards relatively quickly vs many other survey sites. Some surveys are way longer than they should be especially annoying when you are on one for a long time then it bumps you at the end.

They were also recommended to me because One Opinion was closing, and not once in a whole week, did I qualify for a survey. It's a waste of time and I'm sorry I joined!

I wasn't even aware of Valued Opinions until almost a week ago when my main survey site, One Opinion, sent me an email telling me that they would be closing down soon and recommended their partner site to me. I went right to it and filled out my profile and did everything to start, and soon I was taking LOTS of surveys for a LOT of dollars, seventy-five cents, and fifty cents every day. I'm already almost to forty-three dollars and at a Gold Badge! Ten dollars is where you can start to get reward cards! The only thing I wish they did was give small incentives for all of the surveys that immediately go to the end page or get disqualified, like twenty-five cents or even just ten cents apiece, because there are so many of those in between the surveys that go through. Nobody wants to feel as if they're not getting enough that they deserve for all of the time and effort they put in, especially me.

First of all you say don't write this or that but you want the truth. I like to do surveys but you keep putting up closed, closed, closed. I read some reviews and I agree completely. I will say customer service has been very nice and kind. you do waste a lot of time and to be told survey is closed. I agree with another person you should get some sort of points (25) for your time. I will give you more time to see what gives. Thank You

Great help when contacted. Quick and friendly. Enjoy the surveys. Some days don't qualify for anything, other days, it never stops. Good surveys too!

i have 73.34$ in my account when i reddemed my gift card after verification they locked my account. it took me 2 days that i message or emails them but they didnot replied me.

Pathetic site. At first they give one or two awards afterwards they create fuss about identity and ask for ID card and other details. Still they don't let us take surveys. Very Disappointing..

This is one of the best survey sites I've seen, there are always available surveys and their value is reasonable, although they have decreased a little, I have been able to do up to five in a single day, the only unpleasant thing is surplus that they charge for reward, they should improve this.

“Passed new verification method but account still blocked”

They won't let me log in to claim my reward even though I completed the dreaded verification which took several attempts (see below ;) I had to do the selfie without glasses because I wasn't wearing any on my passport and all I could see on the screen were blotches of color. I told V.Op. This but they ignored it in their reply. I think this is discrimination as I am visually impaired & they are required by law to make allowances for disabled people in the UK workplace. I bet they found a loophole around that though due to us working from home. I think a class action lawsuit is in order here. Service

“Catastrophe”

The other complaints written are mild. I have been with Valued Opinions for over seven years. I have experienced cybercrimes, intellectual property rights violated, and now a new verification with government ID I sent was not accepted for one $20 CVS gift card. I am attempting to locate the headquarters and consumer protection as Valued Opinions claims to be headquarted in London, England. Communication demands a regional office in this country. “IT HAS BECOME A HOLE OF THIEVES”

This survey website has become holes of thieves. Their team are now big thieves. They started by stealing my points, and that makes makes me to reduce filling the questionnare.If you complain, they will pay back only one-quarter of stolen points. Now they have refused to pay me finally. I am through with them. You are warned, this survey site is a rubbish.

“I like this site”

I like this site. I am a member of several online survey sites, and this is one of my favorite. I have been paid several $20 Amazon gift certificates. They do take a while sometimes to post completed surveys to your account. I have a balance of $11 now, and am waiting on $16 to be approved. I recommend this site

“Varication”

After some years with Valued Opinions, with no problems, I was disappointed to find about Veriff. They wanted a copy of a photo on my driver's license. A look at my passport and the number of my Smartphone which is hardly used. I am not keen on giving up that information so I've had to leave a small amount of rewards in and giving up Valued Opinions

“Started off well”

I have been with Valued opinions for years and built up money slowly over time. I changed my internet provider so didn't get any emails that they sent about surveys. I emailed and asked them if they could change the email for me as I couldn't but they couldn't. Instead they closed my account because i had not been answering surveys. “Merger nightmare”

I have been a loyal member of this site and I must admit I earned money for doing their surveys. They have merged with a firm I know nothing about but what I do know is this has gone from being a well run site to being a site I would not recommend. I filled in several surveys recently and have not being credited for. I am sorry to say I have stopped using them and have cancelled my account with them.

“Beware earning too much”

Been with them for years. Suddenly, no surveys available for a week after cashing out. On querying this, I was told account violations had occurred and my account was suspended. “Review”

Valued opinions is a great survey site, and they pay out very fast and have plenty of surveys. I been a member for a while and although i get screened out of some surveys they always have more to do. Hope to stay with them a while.

“False surveys and information and don't reward you the benefits”

This company valued opinions is false and don't reward you with the benefits I had done hours of surveys and received £18.25 and they wouldn't reward me with vouchers but also I've spoken to other clients who have been in same position and they also say this company is fake and don't reward you so pls keep well away from this company

Have been a Valued Opinions survey menber for years and just love it. The rewards are great and the surveys are fantastic, They also have a great customer service team who listens when you get in touch.

“Once a good panel—not any more!”

Once upon a time this was a good panel. I always got paid. Then Dynata took over this panel and e-Rewards. I too received emails for both panels stating I wasn't honest and that I had more than one account and because of that, my account was flagged and suspended. I've already contacted BBB.org and suggest anyone who reads this do the same. I also contacted the local Attorney General in Texas where Dynata is located and filed a complaint. If we can get some government agencies to intervene, we may see our money!

“No good reason”

I joined Valued Opinions a while back and never had any issues taking the surveys. Had enough saved up that I decided to cash in for a couple of gift cards. Every time it kept saying I couldn't cash out because my account wasn't verified. It was verified enough to take the surveys tho, how convenient. Sent email to support staff and received a reply that my account had been closed for 1 of a list of half a dozen possible reasons. Bull! Sent them another email because I wanted a specific reason. Got same reply, could be for one of the following reasons with the same list they sent before. After doing some research I see that this happens to a lot of people. “No Longer a Participant”

I LOVE surveys! As a retiree on a fixed income, it is a way to gain points to apply to venues for shopping (Amazon, etc.). I belong to several survey sites and am a long time user of Valued Opinions. Of late, they have changed their process for redeeming points and it is VERY UNUSER-FRIENDLY! Despite multiple tries to solve the issue,I continue to get formatted responses that do not even address the specifics of my issue and I still am not able to redeem earned points. I have decided to take a loss and have removed myself from this site. It is impossible to deal with. It is cumbersome, and for those of us who do NOT have a computer with a camera or a smart phone, it is impossible to redeem. There are so many better sites. Do yourself a favor and quit this one. I have. Tip for consumers:I tried to resolve this; I provided ALL information requested from Valued Opinions, explained my issues, asked how to resolve it - all to no avail. I could tell by the responses that they were not making any effort to help; they just kept sending and resending a formatted response that was completely off-topic and irrelevant to my problem. “This survey site promises payment after 28 days of...”

This survey site promises payment after 28 days of completion of their survey, they may take up to 3months to pay If at all. You spend 30min on their surveys and they kick you off and say you don't qualify without pay. They are dirty cheats, and I know that there are more people out there that have been scamed by their organization. I wish it were possible to get a class action law suit against these companies that make money off of the public but won't pay you for your services as promised! This is a lousy company, It took me 6months to get $20 with them & If they send you one payment you have to fight them every step of the way to get any monies owed to you.

“Waste of time + scammers”

I have been a member for years. NOW they require you to have a "Goverment Backed ID".i dint have an up to date passport.so...no good.i dint have a driving license. “Scam me out of my rewards”

Hi I am a 68 year old lady trying to make extra money for medicine and food so I started doing surveys and I had built up to $39 dollars so I ask to take it out they said ok I needed to take a photo with my computer so I did and take a picture of my driver's license so I did then they told me that it was not me and they couldn't give me my rewards I ask if I could give them a photo of my passport or birth certificate they said no and blocked me out and now they won't give me the money I earned honestly. So be ware because there is nothing else, I can do but I also put it on Facebook and twitter and set it to the better business bureau. You spend 10 minutes answering questions and then are told you don't qualify. The actual survey is 15 minutes? A waste of time for nothing.
