Is valentimode.com Legit?

Ordered a two jumpers from the site. The delivery was so late that I tried to cancel the items. These were not cancelled because they had apparently "been dispatched", but it was days later that I received a dispatch notification. When I questioned this they said it was a glitch. I eventually received the items 3 weeks later (delivery supposed to be 5 days) - the items are of terrible quality and not as described. When I tried to return the items their customer service have gone silent and their phoneline 'mailbox is full'.

Very very poor!!! They have taken £75 of my money for a coat that I received which was awful quality tried to ask to return via emailing numerous of times, constantly getting told they will escalate to a manager. Who can I report this to? They are fraudsters taking people’s money, surely they can’t get away with this? They are an overseas company so the financial ombudsman will not deal with this.KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I ordered a Cardigan from this website on the 17th November and have still not received it. I contacted them and they sent me a tracking nr stating that the delivery firm they use is having problems delivering my parcel. Firm is EVRI ,who have been delivering parcels to my home and place of work to me for years.!Contacted them and latest update states that my parcel is on its way back to sender,.!!They have now raised an incident report as to what has happened. This is nothing but smoke screens to put people off chasing them now they have pocketed the cash. Disgusting!!I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO CYBER SECURITY CENTRE UK . Hopefully they will investigate them and take down this fraudulent website.

Same as everyone else - ordered a jacket that came in the wrong color, I contacted customer service to return it the day I received it (Nov 5) and it’s still in my house. No return label, no refund.At the time I ordered there was no reviews, otherwise I would’ve known.Don’t buy!! Very poor quality stuff and unhelpful customer service.

I have been trying to contact this company for over a week regarding a refund and getting ignored. Bought a coat nothing like as described and way too small despite it being XL for my daughter. If anyone has managed to contact them please let me know how

Ordered 2 coats and wanted to return. Been over 5 weeks now asking for a returns form oth coats costing £137.00 yo be told over and over again, We need to speak to our manager. Appalling customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM disgusting quick yo take monues

Do not buy anything from this site! Ordered a coat, terrible quality! Trying to organise a refund which they have come up with 20% off my next purchase! Urm no I want my money back!!!!!! How are sites like this allowed!

Literally the worst customer service and product I have ever received. Ordered cashmere jumper which arrived with no label, care instructions, make etc. Definitely not pure cashmere. Spent 4 weeks asking to return and they wouldn’t send me return address. Then offered a 30% refund which I reluctantly agreed to - never received it and now they are ignoring me. Said size Large for jumper and it doesn’t fit me. Awful. Stay clear

Do not buy from this company. Awful quality will not reply to give a refund. Their products are from AliExpress but sell them for x3 the price. Claim to be a Netherlands company but products are shipped from Thailand. Save your money just screenshot their products and put them in AliExpress for a lot better price. Currently going through bank to retrieve the money.

Never again order from this scam co.advertised cashmere cardigan.This is no way cashmere.This is fraud.They are avoiding my emails demanding a return/refund.I am nearly a month on and they will not tell me how to get a refund and return.It,s also one size,but they don't tell you the size is for an 8yo child

Poor product, not premium at all. I am still trying to get a response - asked for a refund in the 14 cooling off period and they are ignoring me. I will report to authorities if I don't recieve an answer on Monday.

Do not buy worst customer service ever ignoring emails refusing to allow me to return a coat that is to small. Offering a 20% then 30% refund now completely ignoring me. This has been ongoing since October it’s now December

Wish I read reviews before ordering exactly the same experience. Order took over two weeks to arrive. You have to email to see if you can get a refund, had no response, called them to be answered by a full voice mail - NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS

I'm still waiting for my refund and fear it will never arrive. i bought a sweater that was not as described, short in the body and tiny and not cowl neck but poloneck. My story is the same as others i have read, being fobbed off and asked more and more stupid questions, plus wanting photos so they can see if i'm eligable for a refund?? is this worth pursuing? Why hasnt this company been shut down?

Scam Company – AVOID AT ALL COSTSI wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from Valenti. This company is an absolute scam. I paid £160 for a coat and received a cheap, poorly made item that looks nothing like what was advertised. It’s thin, oversized, and doesn’t even have a brand or care label. The shipping was a nightmare—12 days later, taking 19 days in total —and dealing with their customer service has been even worse. 16 emails later, I’m still waiting for a refund. They keep referencing a "return label" that they never provide and push for an exchange when I’ve repeatedly said I want my money back. It’s clear from other reviews that this is a pattern with Valenti. I feel so sad knowing so many others have gone through the same awful experience. Please don’t make the same mistake I did—save your money and avoid this company at all costs. This is a scam, plain and simple.

Incredibly poor customer service. Bought a coat which took ages to get here. When received and we wanted to return it was impossible to do so as you have to contact them to get a return label and details of where to send it but you can’t phone them as their mail box is full and you get no response from either their online contact form or their email address

Ordered a coat on 20th November. Shipping information says: Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days,Transit Time: 3 - 5 Business Days. Almost two weeks later I see that the coat is in China. It doesn't make it clear that these items are being shipped from China. I've contacted the company and they haven't replied. So I can only conclude this is a SCAM company. Stay away! Wish I'd read these reviews first.

Totally agree with everyone's review of these scammers. Have had exactly the same experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. You will not get your money back!

Item arrived in the specified time from china to the uk. The jumper was great quality and fits perfectly. Customer service is slightly slow to be honest.
