The build quality is excellent and I’m very happy with the leather along with the comfort. The customer service was outstanding, and the delivery and setup was as scheduled without any problems. I ordered a 4 seater couch/theater seats, and a 2 seater love seat. I spoke to them over the phone prior to ordering through Amazon. They were able to answer my questions and help with my selection. The packages arrived by carrier in a couple weeks and in good condition. One of the boxes was damaged but the additional packing around the chair protected it. It took 2 people to carry the chairs in but they were very easy to assemble and snap together. My whole family loves the upgrade during our movie nights and we have used them for about a month with no issues!

I have been very impressed by the quality of my Theatre Chair. I use this as my daily work chair, and it has held up incredibly well over that time being used daily. There has been no mechanical defects. Actually overtime, I feel like the leather has softned up and the chair is even better now then the day I recieved it!Great chair, great company!

I mistakenly fell for the bait and switch on the delivery timeline when ordering. In stock and ships within 24 hrs really means, we'll ship it to a holding warehouse and whenever they get a full load going your direction, it will ship. Not acceptable when you are paying this kind of money for furniture, any LTL carrier can get anything you want anywhere in the states in 4 days. Once the payment is made, you're on your own and have no choice but to wait it out. The reps are nice enough but I'm sure they are numb to the complaints. If you decide to take the bait, don't order any accessories, when you call to complain about the delivery, they will offer them for free. Joke of a company but i fell for it, so its on me. Save yourselves the frustration and look elsewhere.
